Hi! Yu did not mention turning off your Graphics Processor card? Go to Preferences>Performance> and unclick "Use Graphics Process" Click Ok, then restart Photoshop. If it fixes the problem, then you want check and see if your GPU needs to be updated. Let us know if that helps? Michelle

I forgot to ask if you know how to do that!?! With the brush tool selected, Go to the options bar and from the Preset tool menu, select the dropdown to see the brush tool presets. Select the gera icon on the right side of the dropdown, and from the menu choose Reset tool. See if that makes a difference? Michelle

HI! What 3D Filter are you using and in what version of Photoshop? 3D was taken out of Photoshop (so going back to 2021 is one option if you want to use it inside Photoshop). Another option is to check out Substance 3D which you can use in conjunction with current versions of Photoshop. Hi! When you move over the icon, doesn't the version number show up? It does on the Mac, and I would imagine that it would do the same on Windows. I am not sure if it is something your could turn on in Windows? Michelle

Hi! Have you checked under the View menu if you have "Proof Colors" checked? This would change the color of your image on screen to reflect what it would look like in CMYK. Let us know? Michelle

It is a beta--that means that it is not quite ready for standard use. If you can give more details about what happens, it would help the engineers figure out what is happening. I would suggest using a version that is not beta until the issue is resolved. Michelle

Thanks for the screen shots! I think Chuck asks a great question about which RGB you are using and could be the contribuiting factor. Is this logo going to be used in print? Because f8f8f8 is c2. m1. y1. b0 -- which is basically white. The percentage of color you have in that hex number will not be visible if you are going to use it for print purposes. The RGB values are 248, 248, 248 which again is only 2 less than white 250,250,250. What color are you looking for? Please let us know the rgb profile and how you will be using the artwork?
