Thanks. it works. but one thing: one of the endpoints is moving upward so the angle become "near" 90 degrees. is there any way to lock postion of one of the endpoints or any other way to maintain 90 desgrees angel?

Thanks for both answers. The scale tool doesnt change the font size numeric value, like indesign does. i'm looking for this feature. Do you understand what am i trying to acheive?

okay i tried over and over again and this Photomerge option doesnt handle the file well. sometimes it works sometime it doesn't, and it connects the photos wrong. Maybe there is a speciel software or online service that deals with it?

about 70 images of 13550*9744 pixels i just checked File > Automate > Photomerge for the first time. thanks! it is exactly what ive been looking for but after few images i get the error message "Could not complete the command beacuse the scratch disks are full" (i have 75GB free on system ssd)

i'm downloding lots of airial photos from GIS and connect them each other in illustrator to a big image. i'm doing so in illustrator beacuse i need to draw some rectangels and lines on it. the thing is illustrator is creating a huge size AI file (more then 2GB so far and i still have lots of jpgs to add. now it don't let me save the file and loading 2 min for saving. i don't get something. each jpg is only 3mb. total of 108MB so far. why does illustrator making t 2gb file from it? am i working on the wrong software?

I'm trying to implement your way-of-work, but another issue i stumbled is that when i PLACE it, it shows in a really low resulution, it shows normal only when i change "display perfomence" to "high quality display" How can i make it to be shown normal on typical display?

The pasted element just disappears in the indesign book. sometimes it work well. most of the times it's coming as a huge element which i can cope with. but sometimes as this example shows, i just dont find the element. Is there any smarter way to paste? https://vimeo.com/526373933
