Thanks for all answer. So is there anyway to add layers to jpg file, save it compressed but not flattened, and open it again later, edit the layers and save it again as editable file?

i don't get something: my psd file are always so heavy. When i drag a 2MB jpg file intoshotoshop, do nothing to the file and just save it on psd, it size will change to 20MB+ If i'll add linked file (LINKED, which means the data stores elsewhere!) then the psd size will change to 45MB+ What am i missing? how can i reduce the psd files size? Thanks 🙂

I have phone conversation records which the other side is barley can be heard. i've tried to improve the record by gaining the volume of other side using Audcity and with the help of "Automatic gain control" plugin, but it is still very hard to understand the other side sayings. Is there any more techniques to use?

BTW i can use the rearrage all artboards button but then if i want some artboard to be out of the grid? i cant find any way to apply the "rearrange all artboards" on selected artboards only.

Hey. I'm saving as pdf while checking "use artboards" and choosing only the relevant artboard. The pdf file size is huge. i think it save data which is outside the artboard while not displaying it (what for?) i guess that beacuse if i copy the relevant artboard content into a new file and then save it, the saved file is light.

When i change it on "document setup" menu, it applies only to the open document. i want to change it for good. And.. is there any way to batch change all quotes from Typographer’s quotes to strait quotes at one click? Thanks 🙂

Hey 🙂 I have a project which is running on mac, and sometimes being sent to me to check it, on pc, and then back to the graphic designer on mac. There are always some layout gaps between pc and mac, though we have the same fonts used. The only way to solve it is to outline all fonts, otherwise there will be always those layout gaps. any official way to solve it? it's a disaster

Hello everyone. As you can see on the video (https://vimeo.com/622554724), somtime Illustrator ignores elements which i want to snap by them. In this example, i want to align the 3 square so that they will be aligned on the same row and with the same space between them. What am i missing? the AI file is attached.
