Thanks so much for that. This project is 'quick & dirty' - shot on a cellphone with a greenscreen. If I had the time, I'd do a rough mask that travels with it, but unfortunately, no time or budget for that. I feel like it's 9/10 of the way there, as far as having a transparent background, but it's still missing something....

Why does one show up with the regular Ai icon, then one show up with a weird multiple icon and adds "[001-003]" to the file name? Also, that imported file doesn't show up (preview) Both files are close to identical... I rebooted, emptied cache etc. - but still no change...

Finally found an answer! There is an issue impacting the GPU preview. As a workaround, in 3D Scene Properties , check "remove hidden backfaces".

On their own, they import fine (individually), but as a sequence it says they're missing. However, I fixed it by doing this: Import 1-9 Then Import 10-20 Works fine.
