If you are missing a tool from the tools panel, you can click the 3 dots [...] in the bottom of the tools panel to restore or reset the panel. But if you are asking about options in the options bar, it depends on the tool you are using. It is the option of the active tool.

Using clipping mask, you can make it. But to make something like this logo, you can do these steps: You need to separate the O2 and the shape in the background. Use the Layer Style > Bevel and Emboss to make it like 3D. Use Clipping layers to add the snake skin texture or you can use it in the bevel & emboss texture.

You can Alt+Click the mask to see and edit it. use the magic wand to select the grey area and convert it to white or use the Levels to lighten it.

You should focus on: = Processor cores, The more cores, the quick render you got. = VGA Card that help you make advanced effects, preview, cahs and render. NVidia is the best. Your RAM is good, it also depends on what is the kind of projects you are going to do.

A.01 We mad a ratio between the sxist and the desired size. I mean to make the size 50, 25, 10 % of your desired size. When you open it in Ps, you can Write this in the width field (exist width*2) if you made it 50% of the desired size, *4 if it was 25% ..... A.02 You can scale the artwork down before copying it.

You tried to use the transform command. Object > Transform > Scale Right Click the object and Transform> Scale. It is working as a percentage from the existing object state.

Did you tried to select the banana (make a rectangle selection around it) and go to Edit> Define Pattern? Then you can draw a rectangle and give it a layer style Pattern Overlay. Also, you can define it as a brush (change the brush setting if you need it to be random in size and position)

Did you make this before in this version, The calcualtions method wasn't available in CC 2018. It started from 2019 version. But it was in other Adobe Apps.
