You are trying to control the paragraph style with a condition tag? No. Condition tags merely control the visibility of the selected text. You can't assign a paragraph style via a condition tag using InDesign's standard feature set.   Scripting does extend InDesign's feature set, so that may be a possibility. InCopy is Adobe's solution to collaborative editing. The InCopy users will need an Adobe account but InCopy is US$60 per year, so affordable. You will both need to learn the InDesign/InCopy workflow, but it's pretty easy.   An alternative to consider is WordsFlow Pro from Em software. You still have to purchase a subscription and it is more expensive than InCopy, but it allows the editors to edit in Word and you get their edits fed into your InDesign document. Hi @Frans van der Vleuten:   We have had a lot of reports of this happening over the years because other applications interfere with InDesign's modifier keys. These are usually but not always anti-virus and anti-malware apps, but we've also had reports of browser extensions causing a conflict. Webroot is the most-cited culprit, to the point where they add instructions to fix this on their website.   I'm going to make an educated guess that this is what's going on for you because when you restart your system, the program that's interfering with shortcuts is also shutting down. Now that you know that can happen, pay attention to what program you're opening just before the problem re-emerges. Hi Gary:   It sounds like chapter 2 isn't finding the exact paragraph style match—remember that FrameMaker has zero tolerance for typos/type inconsistencies. The first thing to double check is that Headling1 is spelled exactly the same way in both documents. (Heading 1,  heading1 and Heading1 are all seen as different styles to FrameMaker). And then double check that the first paragraph is actually been assigned the correct spelling of Heading1.   There should be an easy fix so if that's not enough information, definitely either share a file or share screenshots that document the spellings.   ~Barb ... I am trying to find out why the shortcut stopped working per the defaults and how to fix it.   We can change the default keyboard shortcuts (Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts) but to the best of my memory, neither Shift+Alt+Ctrl+D (Duplicate) or Shift+Alt+Ctrl+E (Fit Content Proportionately) has ever changed in the default set.   You could have been using a customized shortcut set. @Robert at ID-Tasker:   It's hard to tell from the close screen crops but I think @martine36476443 wants the border around the paragraphs, even if they split across pages/columns/frames. Hi @dublove:   For sure, take a moment to vote for the bleed addition to the Align panel using the link provided by @Eugene Tyson. That's where to log feature requests. Align to bleed is missing from the Align to: list.   On the community forums, our job is to explain features as they exist today. And as a trainer, that's my day job. My observation is that Align panel frustration normally stems from not understanding how it works.   I'm showing align to selection, align to key object, align to the page edges and then grouping and moving the object to the bleed lines with the Shift+ arrow keys in this 22 second video. If that still seems like too much work/taking too long, then @Robert at ID-Tasker's suggestion of looking into a script is the only other option to solve this today.    ~Barb       ... View more

And just to clarify, Helvetica isn't included in our Creative Cloud subscriptions so it won't be available to activate on fonts.adobe.com.. You can purchase it, or one of the variations that Mike mentioned. Arial is fairly similar though, and you likely already have it installed.   I'd be surprised if your instructor included the requirement to use Helvetica in a class assignment, because it does require you purchase it to use it legally.  ~Barb ...
