You need to DM Adobe support so they can resolve it. This a long running issue. Adobe seems to be trying to keep new users from the application (it is in maintaince mode). Unless you are needing to work on an existing project that is fine, but I would not start anything new using Adobe XD.

Not directly. Both tools can let you design the look and feel of your dashboards, but neither directly produces code that can be put into production. The development team will draw upon those design specs to code the dashboard in some other language (React, Angular, etc).

I had hoped with the merger, an official conversion tool would be released. Many, many of us are faced with that problem. I suspect that might be why XD lives in maintaince mode, simply to open legacy work. I know of two solutions: 1) Manually copy from XD to another program 2) If moving to Figma there is a paid plug-in that will convert your files. I have not used it, so I can say how well it does its job.

I highly doubt it. Most of, if not all of the product management has either moved onto new efforts within Adobe or left. I honestly do not see Xd rising from the ashes. I would be looking to migrate your efforts to a new tool.

You might need to DM support or wait for an official Adobe response here. They are basically hiding it from folks unless you directly ask for it. Tells you how much they still care about it... This has been an issue for a long time.

Highly, highly doubt it. All of the team I personally knew on the project has either moved onto new ones in Adobe or left all togther. While this is not an official statement, you need to find a new solution for your design needs.

Don't think the ROI is there for them to re-enter this marketspace. You need to find a tool that works for your needs. There are more tools than just Figma, so you need to see what works for your workflows.

The team is gone onto other things. XD was slowing down before the Figma deal was even annouced. I know it is not official, but XD is dead. Period. End of Story.

They started winding down even before the Figma annoucement. Look at the cadence of releases and what was released. It was clear that Adobe wasn't investing as much into the product and some started to wonder even then about its future.

XD is in maintaince mode, and as such I would not start anything using it. I would instead look at Figma which is actively being developed and also has a plug-in system. Good luck!

With almost all the program management team that I know on other projects and the product officailly in maintaince mode, that is about a clear sign as you are probably going to get. Explore the other solutions and see what fits your team.

This question has been asked multiple times in this forum. XD remains in maintance mode, and with all likehood stay that way. The product management team has moved on to other efforts in Adobe or left. You need to transition you work to another solution.

Adding on to this, almost all the management team has moved on to new projects or left Adobe. I assume the same is true for most of the engineering team as well. I would not expect anything more from Adobe.

XD is in maintaince mode. I do not see any signs that it will be returned to active development. Most of team has either taken new roles in Adobe or left. I suggest you look to a new tool for your work flow.

Search the forums for the steps you will need to take. You will need to connect Adobe Support directly and have them solve this. Adobe is actively hiding installs of the product since it is now in maintaince mode.
