I haven't had time to check all of the links yet; but I will. An example of what I'm looking to do is to use my Creative Cloud images in Canva. I don't see a way to directly access Creative Cloud assets for direct upload into Canva. All that I have discovered to do is to export the Creative Cloud image and then upload it to Canva from OneDrive where my photos are stored locally.

Hello! Please forgive what may be an insultingly basic question, but I don't know the answer. I have images stored in the Creative Cloud. Can I access them in apps that are not in the Adobe ecosystem? If so, how? Or do I have to export the files that I want to use to my hard drive and then use them from there? Thanks much! Dave

Hello, I am a newbie here and, thus, have a question that some will consider naive or downright stupid. For that, I apologize in advance. I am confused about the new sync policy being instituted at the end of February 2024. I use cloud-based Lightroom, Photoshop, and my 1 TB Creative Cloud storage to enable me to work on both my laptop and my iPad. My question is: Will the new Creative Cloud sync policy allow me to continue doing that without additional fees? I'm afraid that it will be a deal breaker if I can no longer work across devices or have to pay extra fees to continue doing so. Thanks much for your help in understanding this. Dave

Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Photography Plan through Amazon. Subsequently I cancelled the plan. Amazon insists that the plan was cancelled. Adobe Customer Service insists that I have a subscription with Amazon. As a result I cannot manage my subscription. I would like to convert my account to an Adobe account so that I could manage my account. Adobe will not convert the account due to their insistence that my Amazon account is still active. I have talked to Customer Service about this several times. They have continually said that there is nothing that they can do about it. It appears that I am stuck between the Amazon and Adobe systems with nobody willing to help. I would really appreciate any help and advice that you can provide. Dave

I have been using Creative Cloud version 6.5 on my ipad pro. It has worked fine until the last several days. Now it crashes immediately after I open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. I have signed out and back in twice. Neither of those things fixed the crashing. I would appreciate help from somebody so that I can repair this. Thanks much! Dave

Thank you, Dave! I am a PS Newbie and, thus, still on the lower end of the learning curve. I also noticed that when I open a photo (or in this case, a collage) from LR, I am given 3 options. I had been checking to "Edit a Copy with LR Adjustments." When I did that, the result was a flattened collage. When I selected "Edit a Copy" or "Edit Original," the result was my collage with the layers intact. I guess this is a part of my learning the relationship between LR and PS, too. Again, thank you. I started a collage yesterday which contained several layers. I wasn't finished with my work and saved it. When I returned today to complete my work all of the layers were flattened into one layer. Is this typical behavior of Photoshop? Is there anything that I could be doing to prevent this in the future? Thank you.

Hello, I am using Windows 10. I have recently uploaded over 1000 photos to LRC from my OneDrive folders on my desktop. I placed these photos in several Collections. I would like to use Google Drive from now on to store my photos. I then plan on uploading photos from Google Drive and then adding them to Collections. My question is what do I do with the photos already uploaded from OneDrive? Do I need to remove that data and start all over again using Google Drive? I want to make sure than my LRC Catalog doesn't get confused and continue to think that the photos are still stored in OneDrive. I am a LRC newbie who is just learning this complicated system. So please be kind, gentle, and patient in your responses. 🙂 Thank you!

I already store my photos in OneDrive. Do I also need to sync them to Creative Cloud? I don't want to pay for additional Creativce Cloud storage but the 20 GB will fill up soon for me. Thanks much for any helpful information and instructions that you can provide.
