I contacted Adobe support to resolve the issue with logging into my Android app. After being transferred four times and spending over two hours on trial and error, I was finally able to log in—apparently, you need support just to log in! The entire process is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, especially on Android devices. My experience was particularly awful. During the login process, I was prompted to approve the login, which I did. After clicking "approve," a code was displayed, but there was no field to enter it. To make matters worse, the code couldn’t be copied, so I had to manually write it down. By the time I tried to use it, the code had already expired, forcing me to restart the entire process from scratch. The fact that I had to be transfered 4 x when contacting Adobe support is a testimony to how bad this process really is. The Adobe app login process on Adroid phones is absolutely RIDICULOUS! It’s needlessly convoluted and user-unfriendly, especially for Android users. This level of difficulty for something as basic as logging in is completely unacceptable.

Can someone please explain why trying to open any Adobe app on my Android device is such a nightmare? These apps are part of my subscription, but the experience is so frustrating that I’ve stopped using them altogether. Here’s what happens: I open the app, approve the number displayed on the screen, enter the required codes, and follow all the steps. Yet, no matter what I do, I keep getting looped back to the login screen. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a waste of time. Does anyone else experience this issue? Adobe really needs to address these problems because this level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially for paid software. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Why? Its called Copy AND PASTE for a reason. Why is paste missing. I have all sorts of weird names like duplicate. But where is paste???? I dont know another software that makes a basic feature like copy & paste so freakn' complicated. This should be a straight forward affair... Also, when I drag a file into explorer (to name an example), it moves the file instead of just copying it. Why? Again, why make copy AND paste so dificult. Is there some occult / mystical reason behind it? Is this just in windows?

Is there a way to refresh folders in Bridge? I cannot see any button to do that. Currently I cannot see any updates made to the folder! Is this a bug or is this feature simply missing in Bridge? Also, since my last update, Adobe Bridge is very sluggish and crashes often. Very unhappy with the performance right now and hope this will improve in future updates. Its really difficult to use right now. *** Update *** I figured it out. To refresh the folders click F5 (in windows). When I copy a file into Bridge, it wont update by default. I now have to press F5 every time. Seems like a bug or bad coding. Windows Explorer updates automatically.

Having to wait 20 minutes for my system to work is simply not professional. Maybe its also connected to Adobe's Telemetry bloatware slowing down the system in the background (and the notorious "Adobe CEP HTML Engine" running multiple instances in the background).

I have always had many fonts installed and never had an issue when installed locally. 20 years ago I already had hundreds of fonts in Windows and never had any performance issues. Your claim is simply incorrect. All my font issues are only in Adobe apps and Adobe fonts. This is a sync issue. I have been posting about this issue since years. But since it is already difficult to get anyone at Adobe to acknoledge the issue, I am pretty certain this issue will never get fixed. Anyway, I have reset my preferences, reset Adobe Creative cloud and restarted my system multiple times. I still have to wait 20 minutes until all my fonts work in any Adobe app. Even with a 1000/gbs internet connection. This is obviously connected to Adobe's cloud servers and apps. The issue also usually occurs after major updates (yearly updates). Unfortunately the only advise I get on the forums is to reset my preference.

Das passiert mir leider jedes Jahr nach einem großen Adobe Update. Die Fonts funktionieren dann nicht richtig. Bis ein Update rauskommt, würde ich einfach Creative Cloud öffnen und dann ein Reset machen. Manchesmal auch ein oder zweimal. Reset: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R Was auch funktionieren könnte ist die Fonts in der Creative Cloud App zu deaktivieren und dann wieder reaktiveren.

Yes, fonts will attempt to reload when resetting. However, the font syncing itself is inconsistent - many fonts require manual downloading or retrying, which significantly disrupts my workflow. I need a dependable solution that functions reliably. I may need to escalate this to Adobe Support for investigation. These annual major updates consistently present challenges, from Photoshop performance issues to font loading problems and migration complications. It's become a serious frustration. Like I said before, I think these might be a series of recurring Adobe bugs on Windows OS machines.

I'm experiencing recurring font loading issues with Adobe Creative Cloud following recent major Adobe updates. This is a persistent problem I've documented in previous forum posts over the past 5 years, consistently occurring after major Adobe software updates. Current issues: - Adobe Creative Cloud fails to load fonts after system restart - All application settings were reset despite selecting the "migrate settings" option - Plugins, preferences, and screen settings across all Adobe apps require manual reconfiguration - Several hours of productivity lost to troubleshooting and rebuilding settings As a professional working with tight deadlines, I've had to temporarily switch to alternative solutions (Affinity and Google Fonts) to maintain workflow. So today I had a deadline which I missed, because the same issue appeared and I had no fonts. My fonts are still stuck at "Loading Adobe Fonts". I have: -restarted my PC -reinstalled the app - Logged in and out of my account -checked my account -Checked my internet connection -Reset Adobe Creative Cloud App Nothing. I still get this Loading Adobe Fonts message. Adobe fonts is not realiable in Windows.

I was able to reset it using the Windows command: Ctrl + Alt + R After about 10 Minutes my fonts reappeared. But I had to manually click on "Install Family" for many of them. What I am also noticing is that the scroll bar keeps disappearing. There is no way to get it back, only if you use the scroll wheel on the mouse. There is no way to grab it with my mouse pointer. These super sophisticated minimal UX really suck. They may look nice, but they are really bad for productivity. In Premiere my scroll bar disappeared 3 years ago and never came back. Posted bug reports but it was never fixed. In the forums I got the answer to use key commands instead. Also, nothing is clickable or selectable any longer. When the message appears that there is a missing font, I cannot select it or copy the font name. I have to take a screenshot, then OCR to text, just to get the Font name. I really dread updates, because they always screw up my workflow in a big way.

Same here, it seems this loading issue at OS startup always happens after new main updates. Everything is terribly slow. Indesign is awefully slow after the update in general. There is 5 seconds lag on everything I try to do. Typical Adobe cloud solution.

When launching Premiere Pro after the latest update, the VST plugin scanner fails completely if it encounters any single problematic plugin. The scanner provides no option to skip individual plugins and continue scanning, forcing users to either: 1. Cancel the entire scan 2. Locate the missing plugin 3. Remove all references to the problematic plugin Impact: - Blocks access to all VST plugins when just one is problematic - Particularly severe for professional audio users with large VST libraries (500+ plugins) - Prevents workflow until the issue is resolved Expected Behavior: - Scanner should provide a "Skip" button for individual problematic plugins - Scanning should continue for remaining plugins after skipping - System should log skipped plugins for later resolution Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install latest Premiere Pro update 2. Launch application with missing/invalid VST plugin 3. Observe scanner behavior when plugin issue detected Environment: - Latest Premiere Pro version [25.0.0 Build 61] - Windows 11 Pro [23H2] - Professional audio setup with extensive VST library Thanks. When I start Acrobat (no matter how small the document), the program freezes with a black screen for 20-30 seconds. Then opens normally. Off all the CC apps, Acrobat is currently the least responsive of all my apps. It's very slow and quite honestly, pretty annoying. I am currently using a competitor product to open PDFs when in a hurry. Please fix.

Very strange. There is a feature in "Text Panel > Transcript > three dots > Enable auto-scrolling". But this feature only shows up, when the transcript panel is empty (no transcripts yet). Once you have transcripts in the windows, and you access preference via the "three dots" there is no way to enable or disable auto-scrolling? What am I doing wrong?

I understand that the current version of Premiere does not support multilingual captioning. Hopefully it will be added soon, as there is a whole world of countries and languages outside of America (believe it or not). Even if it is just a feature that supports manually adding text translations in a structured way, that would already be helpful. Some more suggestions (up for discussion): Editing the transcription text file is very tedious, because everytime you open a transcription paragraph in the TEXT panel, Premiere attempts to move the video on the timeline as well. On a 4K video (with good graphics card), it freezed 10 seconds every time, making for a terrible text editing experience. I often feel when using Adobe products, that the people who develop these features don't actually use them. Otherwise, its hard to see why this is not noticed internally before releasing these features. Maybe it's just that Adobe employees use optimized Apple machines only and development for Windows users is under par and / or neglected? Here is my suggestion (for us Windows users): Create a button in the TEXT module, that allows us to temporarily disconnect the auto-move timeline features, especially when we are just editing the text transcript. There is no need to move the video around in real time in this cause, as we are only editing text. I'm surprised no one at Adobe thought of this. Are Adobe employees using mainframes computers with A100 chips that they don't notice this kind of lag and slow performance???? The overall performance is very sluggish and slow (even when performing such simple tasks as exporting caption text files). Would be nice to have a usuable and efficient product for daily use.
