Uw plaatsen is in English Your Communities, and not Your Posts. I find the translation ok, but I'm not a native Dutch speaker.

May be one of our native speakers could help out: Marja de Klerk , Lilybiri , Ton Frederiks​ for example.

It is indeed Your Communities and not Your posts  that is translated into Uw plaatsen.
