Team Projects

I'm trying to access Team Projects in Premier from a PC running Windows 10, I've just done fresh download and installs for Creative Cloud, and downloaded and installed Premier from the Creative Cloud application, as far as I can tell everything is as up-to-date as I can get it.Creative Cloud, and Premier show that I'm logged in properly to my licensed account, yet I can't access my Team Projects from Premier. all I get is an error message saying "This machine must be signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud to use Team Projects. [OK]"I am able to sign in on a Mac and able to access the Team Projects from the same account, but due to remote work and network speeds, I can't do the work that I need to do from the Mac. I've rebooted several times, logged out of CC & Premier and logged back in one at a time, etc. nothing seems to change. Any Ideas?Thank you

Two days ago I got an error saying that auto saving had stopped and it was recommended that I close and restart. I then tried to share changes to team project and got nothing. Just a dialogue that says "waiting for team project to synchronize" The blue arrows at the bottom left say "syncing local changes remotely" I have tried creating a new project from latest version. That project opens but crashes. I have reverted project to autosave from two days ago and that did work but I am still left with the same problem. Dialogue box says waiting for team project to synchronize. I have left it in that state overnight and it does not finish. What can I do to resolve this?  Thank You Also, I tried creating a test team project and syncing that. It synced fine. Hovering over the blue arrows tells me that latest sync was 8/15. Four days ago. Premiere did have episodes of "not responding" start at that time and it is doing so now as well.

Is there a way to see the autosaves for a Team project on the finder level?

So I have a team project that I work on every single day. Today, when I opened Premiere, it asked me to log into my Creative Cloud. A bit odd, since it never asks me to do that, but I didn't think anything of it until I went to open my team project. The file was there, but it was empty. All the assets and sequences were gone. Everything was gone. I can't seem to find any autosaves for it either, and the only thing I do have is a corrupted file from a week ago that's missing the past week's worth of work. How do I restore my team project? The file is there, but it has none of the assets that it did yesterday. It has nothing.

Does Team Project in After Effects have an autosave function?  The Team project was working fine until yesterday...I shared changes, quit out of AE at my office, went home and the changes weren't there...looks like there are several Comps that never saved properly...is there a place where there are previous version like in Premiere?  Thanks Dave

Recently switch account to a team account so me and my team member can work together on a product every time I convert project to a team project and invite him to work on it all the media transfers but no work on the timeline transfers fairly new to this but any advice would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi, i have a problem in editing what my teammate imported into the team project. we can see the folder he imports, but all media appeared to be offline. thanks so much for the help if you can help us know how to make it online for us to edit!! 

Hi, is anybody having problems with making new team projects? I'm getting used to this function and at the star it was working without any problem but now I can't creat nor open another team project. I'm logged to my creative cloud account so I don't know what the problem is. This are the messages I get when I try to create a project:"This machine must be signed in to adobe creative cloud to use team projects"   I do not know what's the problem since I'm signed in to adobe creative cloud.   [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]

Hi there,   Question basically in the subject line. I'm working on a team project with one other Adobe user, and my account is set to expire at the begining of September. I'm hoping we are able to finish the project before then, but if not, what happens to the project when my account expires? I'm assuming it stays intact on my editing partner's account?    Thanks for any help.

you can't make subclips from proxies, but the user with access to the original footage can. After sharing them in a Team Project other collaborators with access to only the proxy files should be able to see the subclips and manipulate the in- and out points.

i could not create a team project , converting project to team project and open a team project.whenever i clicked the button of creating, converting and opening, it returns to the homepage. many thanks

A colleague and I are working on a Team project. This is our second Team project, so we are still fairly new to the workflow.I worked on the project last night and shared my changes. My colleague recived my changes, and today she's made and shared some changes, and I received notification of it. When I open the proejct, the sequence is showing white pencil status, even though I don't have unshared changes that I know of since I shared last night. I go to Team Project -> Get Latest Changes, see that the asset (our main sequence) has changed as expected, and choose "Take the shared version. The shared version replaces your version". Premiere Pro chugs for a while, but I end up not getting her changes, and my sequence still has the white pencil icon.In the hope of starting with no local changes, I tried renaming my "Team Projects Cache" and "Team Projects Local Hub" and opening the Team project again. I want to collab with a fellow editor in Premiere Pro CC 2020, but they cannot access team projects. Everything is synced on both our ends, but she gets the error that her 'machine must be signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud to use Team Projects'. She opened Premiere Pro through the creative cloud and downloaded the latest version as well.Even though, she still cannot open or create Team Projects, and thus definitely not join mine. How do we fix this?Thank you in advance.

One other collaborator and myself were working on a Team Projects, we had to stop for a few weeks and went on to work on regular Premiere. Then we were coming back to TP so I created the TP, invited her and she was seeing all blank. Nothing in it and couldn't map her media management. So because of a time crunch we went back to PP. Today we tried again, she created the TP invited me and I get all blank. She's working fine on it but I can't see anything inside the project completely empty! Called tech supper, they don't even seem to know how TP works. It's very frustrating and expensive, and I don't know anybody that's worked on TP. Anybody here has any idea? Thanks! 

Hello. I’m trying to setup a teams project for members to edit the footage remotely. I setup the teams project and share the media via adobe cloud. I don’t want to share the large original footage in the adobe cloud instead create proxies in the teams shared folder. My colleagues can access the project ok but...In the premiere project I can create proxies from the computer that created the project - this PC has access to the original files, but for my colleagues working remotely (with access only to the proxy footage) they are unable to make subclip from the footage, the option is greyed out. any ideas please?

I'm running into a issue opening a Team Project created earlier this year in May 2017. Premiere does open the "opening Team Project" dialog box but unfortunately gets stuck with the first four progress bars spinning for several minutes before disappearing. I do not get an error or warning as to why the project cannot be opened. Undeterred I've attempted the following solutions.Using both Adobe Premiere Pro CC version 11.1.2 and version 12.0.0 I have attempted to open the team project normally with no result. I've attempted using both versions to use the solution proposed on Premiere Pro can't open my Team Project by creating a new team project and attempting to navigate to a creative cloud version though the media browser but it also hangs up while attempting to load any information before simply stopping with no error message. I've also tried checking my local machine following the path ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Local Hub but unfortunately the only dire

Has anyone able to reach out to Adobe to see when we'll be able to open Team Projects and sign into CC?Like most of you, i've got a ton of deadlines to meet and this has been a nightmare!

I have a Team Project with a lot of sound effects. Currently we have a shared SFX folder in a cloud service that we use to sync up sound files.   Now that Premiere allows for audio Libraries, we're considering moving our workflow into a CC Library so that we don't need to worry about keeping a synced SFX folder. Is there a good way to replace the existing assets in a project with identical assets from a CC Library?   Currently the best option I've found would be to add all the SFX to a CC Library, then import the sounds into the project from that Library, then manually Replace Footage using the SFX file that gets created on the Scratch Disk after importing from the Library.   This would be hugely time consuming, and I'm not even sure this would be an actual solution because it's still just looking for the local file from the Scratch Disk and maybe not flagging the asset as a file from the shared Library.   I've also tried importing the Library assets then Consolidat

Hello. So to describe out situation. We create around 500+ videos per week, which results in about 100 different projects (for different products) to handle. We are a team of 5 people, which just started working together. A lot of projects are localy stored on shared NAS storage, and now we want to migrate the projects either to Productions or Team projects. Can you please make suggestions on which feature to go with, with advantages/disadvantages of each? I have already worked with Team Projects, but you have to have a lot of Projects open and with templated file structure, we have to create a lot by hand. Hope this sums it up for you guys, if you need any additional info, just ask. Thanks to all who will asnwer.

Hello So I have a really big team project getting bigger every week and now this issue can not be overlooked any more.Long story short whenever I share changes all my editors loses 7 out of 8 audio tracks and have to re-attach all proxies again. My main computer are connected to all raw files and are generating proxies whenever I get new footage.I will get a .mxf file with 8 audio tracks, right clicking and create proxies. Then using my prores proxy preset with machting amount of audio tracks. Then I get a perfect working proxy on that machine.I will then share my changes and manually drag'n'drop the proxies to multiple external harddrives and give them to my editors. Then they mount the harddrive, press get latest changes and using the media management window to link to the new proxies.That should be really simple but this is where the headache starts.When they open the proxy in the source monitor and looks at the waveforms they see one green track the rest are red indicatin
