Hello - Trying to overcome a decent-sized problem and grateful for community insight:My Team Project is not auto-saving to the Creative Cloud. Nothing shows up there at all. And the menu typically available on local projects -- where a happy home for such files can be designated -- doesn't show up at all on the main menu. Under "edit," inside a project, "browse versions" and "browse autosaves" fails to make anything happen. And there's seemingly no local save of the file, either. I've started new Team Projects as tests; all the same issues occur. I'm working from the latest update, as of 5/18.Stray fact: I am not the designated "owner" of the project, should that make any difference. (That person isn't actively working on the project.) Grateful for any guidance! I'd highly appreciate some guidance.
The May 2020 release of Team Projects is recommended for all users and provides important bug-fixes. For more information, visit this page.
I am editing about 15-30 different clips into one video between me and one other.... He uses windows and has the original clips in hard drives connected to his usb ( We also synced the clips to the cloud ) I am on mac using cloud sync team projects to pick up where one another left off...... although he can edit and save the project just fine I on the other hand can't import any of it ( or i can, but it has a "Media Offline" error ). I looked up a bunch of videos and guides on how to fix that which i think i know how. The files are in the incorrect format for me... idk if its just bc i am using mac? or if its because he has the hard drives. I thought maybe if we synced to the cloud and saved them we could both use the clips and open/edit the project no issues without the hard drives ( after the clips have been imported to the cloud ) Also we are both using the same account, just different computers. Please let me know how to fix this! ❤️
So, I'm sending team project request to my friend but he simply can't accept the request. he can decline it but accept button doesn't work, and he can't invite me for project too. What should we do?
Hi TeamRecently I came acorss a use case for adobe cc library for which I need help form the team.Use Case:I am working on a team of around 110 designers across globe who works on web, mobile and tablet ads. We receive lot of product images from our client which are not properly cropped, transparent or needs retouching. So we created an independent cloud repository to keep all the finished product images. Whenever designers have requirement they visit the repository, download the files and use it in photoshop. But we want to reduce number of tools in the process to make it centralized.I have built the same repository using CC library for beta testing. During this I noticed that all the files which were in cloud are automatically synced into local storage. As we have limited local storage and the images are heavy in size its started creating issue in the laptop. My question over here is can we have any feature in which files can be store over cloud using CC library and can be use without
Hi Adobe, We are using Team Projects with the creative cloud. Quite fustrating as we are all trying to work remotley and users keep running out of space in the cloud. Also the local creative cloud files folder show 24.2gb and the Creative cloud storage(Web) is still sayinf 47.5 gbs. Why are the files that are permanently deleted not deleting? Please help.Rakesh Files dont be deleting from the Cloud. It is deleted and freeing up space for the owner. Topics
Hello, My group and I are trying to work on a school project, so we turned to team projects to collaborate remotely but we are running into issues. I imported some images that we want to work with, but the other three people see those files as just question marks, not the actual images. Another person tried importing an image, and I again just saw a question mark. I have tried researching about media mapping, but I can't seem to get one solid answer that I can clearly understand. How can we import images that we may not all have downloaded on all our computers into our team project and have everyone be able to see them?
Hi Team Projects community - We have added new functionality to Team Projects in Premiere Pro beta, which allows you to share media with your collaborators using cloud-synced directories like Creative Cloud or Dropbox. Google Drive and other cloud providers may not work. As long as you have shared the storage location of your media with your collaborators, they will be able to use and contribute to the cloud-shared media in your Team Project, from within Premiere Pro & After Effects. You can find and install the Premiere Pro beta builds from your Creative Cloud desktop app - just click on "beta apps" in the lefthand nav to see beta builds to install. You can install beta builds side-by-side with shipping versions with no issues or conflicts. For Creative Cloud a directory can be shared though https://assets.adobe.com/files and for Dropbox it can be either shared through https://www.dropbox.com/home or DropBox app. All collaborators should have edit
Can't I create a team project with my basic account? Me and one friend of mine both for AE in normal version but can't create it. Is it only avaible for company account? Thanks from now!
For months now, seemingly randomly, when we open one of our After Effects Team Projects, we get multiple errors to the tune of "After Effect warning: can not find source item for layer ID=1452; will will replace with a placeholder. (26 ::143)" This happens, not only with footage, but with precomps, nulls, solids, etc. It's beyond frustrating, not only because of the interruption, but also because it creates a "Recovered" offline placeholder, but with no reference to what it replaced. So, unless I specifically remember what that layer was, I cannot replace it and it's now dead and broken. Please help, Adobe! I am truly at a loss and need to fix this ASAP.
Hi all, I'm using team projects as a way to sync projects across multiple devices (same user) but keep running into issues with my motion graphics. I have the .mogrt files saved on both devices, but when I open a team project shows the .aegraphic as offline. If I transfer the relevant .aegraphic into my creative cloud and edit the media mapping on my second device, it still doesn't show correctly in my sequence. Can anyone help? Or is there an easier way of synching projects to be edited across multiple devices? Thanks, Jordan
Hey! So a few classmates and I were using premier pro to edit a video. We were all in possesion of different videos, so we created a team project so that everyone was able to edit it and put their media in. However, as we were editing we noticed that we couldn't see what the other people were working on. When I closed the project, I was sure to share my work with the group, and I made sure everyone else did the same. However, when we reopened the project, we found that it was completely blank for all of us. All of the work was gone. I checked on earlier versions of the project and it's the same thing, all blank. In the most recent version all of our media is in the media section, but the sequence is completely gone. Any idea what happened, how to get it back, or how to avoid it in the future?
Hi Adobe community, I am currently having trouble with a team project in premiere pro. My issue is that the other collaborators who have access to to the project are unable to see the footage and files I have provided in the media library thing, where footage is stored. They can see that files are folders are there, but when the footage is selected it appears with the error style wording and colours which you see from your files when the location of that footage gets changed on the computer. My inital belief for this is because they do not have the files on their computer. Is there a way to make these files accessible for other collaborators to see and edit, by having them stored on a cloud or within the project, as it seems too much hassle to have to transfer all files to their device just so that they can see them. Thanks in advance,Olly
Hi everyone, now that Team Projects is available to Creative Cloud individual members, I'm attaching a PDF Team Projects user guide for your reference. This provides guidance and should help answer common questions that arise when getting started in Team Projects.

Hi everyone, i hope you're all safe and healthy. So here is my problem, i created a shared folder for me and my client in my creative cloud online assets 3 month ago so we can work together. My client also have a Creative Cloud account and we found this workflow : >The client upload photos on the shared folder>I edit the photos>I upload the edit photos>The client make comment on some photos>i edit them again if needed>i upload the new photos ...etc Everything worked fine since last week. Now, when me or my client add a new comment on a photo, this comment appears on EVERY photo. Here is some snapshots to give you an exemple : On the first one i add a comment with a pin. And the same comment appear on the next file. Same problem when i upload new files. Every new comment i make now appears on every files, same for my client.Seems like my Creative Cloud files library had a bug. Did someone already have this kind of issue ? Ev
Hey,is it possible to collaborate on a team project when I am the only one with a business license? So, can I invite other editors who only have a individual license or does everybody involved have to have a business account?Corona has me struggling with sending back and forth project files. I am thinking about upgrading to a business license so I am able to share a project with my fellow editors.thxd

I am a high school media production teacher, and I am interested in learning how I can give my students an opportunity to collaborate on a video project. I hope that makes sense. My school has an Adobe CC subscription and I'm hoping each student can add video, make edits, and collaborate on a the same video project.
I don't use team projects and only have a single license. I constantly receive the following error and want to rid my self of this nuisance. "An error has occurred while renewing the access token used for communication with the Team Projects service. Your changes will still be saved locally and will be synced remotely when communication can be reestablished. Please relaunch the application to reconnect." Any help would appreciated. I have made sure I have the most recent update, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Nothing seems to clear it.
Hello. My team and I have a Team Project 1 in After Effects that we currently use for all of our titles/overlays. We are beginning a Team Project 2, but we want to use the currect compositions we already have in Team Project 1. When I select the comopistion I want to use and go to File>Dependencies>Collect Files, the "Collect Files" and "Reduce Project" are grayed out. Please help. If there is another way(s) to share the current compositions in TP1 to TP2 then please let me know. Thank you!
I am working in collaboration with another editor on a documentary film. We have been working on multiple computers over the past few months. Recently, we noticed that there was something odd happening- the cuts were remaining the same in terms of length and place- but their contents were shifting half a second earlier. So, when someone was speaking, they would start on the second word, instead of the first. We thought it was a little bug and ignored it, tweaking all the shifts ourselves, hoping it wouldn't happen again. We are now in separate cities- working over Teams- and have encountered this issue. When my editing partner sends me premiere files, or shares edits, they open on my computer with that shift. On his computer they are right, but when I open them up on my computer they are off. It's very frustrating. The first image above is my editors timeline. The second image is what it loked like when I opened up Premiere. We are both working on the same version
I know you are now able to invite groups to a team project by syncing your Adobe Enterprise active directory...but can you invite multiple groups? For example...Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3 are all collaborating on a project. All three groups have their own separate Adobe Enterprise accounts and have synced their active directories. If a user from Group 1 creates a team project, can they invite Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3 as three separate groups? If so, does the 150 person limit apply to the entire team project or to each group (for a total of 450 potential collaborators in the above example)?
