The Lounge

I am frustrated with this website that sends me in circles trying to find support for submitting bugs. Where do I do that?.. Jim ..

Here is a question for Adobe. What did you use in order to create the beautiful balloon/housewall paper for the background on the Adobe home page? Thanks

I am reaching out to the community for you opinion. I have been in an ongoing spat with Adobe and Adobe care regarding a very poor experience with customer service trying to get an importing issue fixed. After multiple chats, emails, tweets, and almost 2 weeks of empty promises I finally called them out in the forums. The post below is just one example. Keep in mind, in 2 weeks I cannot get support for their product that I paid good money for, within 2 days of posting on the forums they have gone through and deleted every post I have made with a silly reason. My post below was deleted for "swearing". If I could have gotten a support response this timely I wouldn't have an issue to address. Am I wrong here???Photoshop FamilyThis reply has been removed by Photoshop Family:Elements is still a total rip off and customer service is a JOKE. Spent 2 hours today with no resolution. Only Adobe would make a product that will not allow you to import imagesReplies can be removed by community moder

Hi,Is there a way I can fine tune the position of the ruler tool in CC?  I find dragging around the pivot point to be not fine enough.Regards,Steve

Man, it's been a rough year for famous people and movie stars. She wasn't all that to me other than I grew up in that era when televisions were hugh boxes and every show seemed to portray life as peachy and had happy-ever-after endings. To bad she couldn't hold on a little longer and make it into the new year. But she still made her mark and left a legacy for the rest us and those after. May she find peace.

While I was rotoscoping this image on my desktop last night my computer "blinked" and everything just went gray.  All of the images that I had loaded on the stage to trace just vanished, but the bounding boxes that the images were contained in are still present, but the images are gone.  This morning, I restarted my computer, but I'm still not able to drag any images from the library onto my stage and I have the same issue on my laptop.

How can I make my nick name; Storywizard, my forum name, at present the software uses my real name...

Trying to figure out how to manage my swatches and organize libraries.  I have lots of Ben Moore and Sherwin Williams paint colors downloaded and it's hard to find the colors easily, by name or number of the swatch.  It doesn't allow me to create separate paint libraries.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Hi I'm a professional photographer/web designer and I'm looking for someone to collaborate for websites and mobile apps development. I would like to work with Adobe CC (experience design, photoshop, illustrator) to easily manage the workflow. If you are a web programmer looking for job opportunities please contact me.

I am used to adding captions to my photo's. This morning that was-not possible anymore. When I type a caption in the caption box it disappears when trying to save it to the image file. This is a nuissance for me, because I use this discription to find files on certain topics in my 35.000 pictures library. What could have happened and what can I do to solve this problem?RJS
