Adobe Fonts license does not include embedded applications.Font folio's font licenses can only be used for printing.Fontspring's font licenses are only available for the desktop. Where should I buy the font license for the game

I have bought Arabic fonts in the past from different vendors, most of them were well written and had not many problems in using them. Since many of my students in InDesign training are an ex-Quark users, they still have AXt fonts from that workflow. Students usually raise the AXt questions whether they can be utilized or not on Adobe products specially InDesign. I requested from one student to bring these fonts for trial, which he did. On my first test I exported to PDF from InDesign, there were missing letters, the same 3 or 4 letters in all occurance dissapeared in the pdf. I printed the file to PS and distilled it, the result was good, all letters appeared fine. I used 3 different AXt fonts in the test, just one was misbehaving when exported to pdf. my question would be, if any one have used AXt, what is the compatibility of these fonts with Adobe ME or international products? Who makes them? Why some letters dissapear upon export and comes fine through distiller?

Hey Folks, I'd like some opinions.I am starting fresh and have recently upgraded to a new computer, all new design software, and font management program. I have several old postscript fonts that I have amassed over the years and still often use.  Before I spend the time moving and reorganizing all my fonts, I wondered if it would be worthwhile to convert my old postscript fonts to open type (with a font converter like Trans Type). Or, continue to use them in their postscript form?  Has anyone here converted postscript to otf and experienced any issues with functionality/rendering?  Buying all new open type fonts is not an option right now. 

Why is the for the Monotype Grotesque Black different from the rest of the font? I’m curious to know and hope you’ll be able to help me.   

Hey there.First off, I'm very happy about the rework around Minion which saved me from choosing another font for a book project containing glyphs not included in Minion Pro.Unfortunately Minion 3 also moves the Th-ligature from the standard liga to discretionary dlig. I know this is controversial (no need to discuss if it's right or wrong, thanks) but I would love to keep the Th-ligature—but without all the swashes in dlig. Is there any way to activate it as an otf-feature on its own (stilistic sets? alternate character?)—without stetting it by hand each time?As far as I can see there is neither any documentation nor specimen for Minion 3 available and minion.typekit.com doesn't mention and tutor all the technical features.Thank you very much and best regards,yad

I'm working for a client who is a reasonably large business based in Italy. I'm completing an integrated campaign which will be executed across multiple channels including print, digital and outdoor advertising and some in-store items. Throughout the campaign, I'm using Helvetica Neue. Our client does not have this font but they do have around 3 people who will need to use it to co-author some of the work. In addition, the work will be sent to various countries for translation. Can you please advise who needs licences, what type and the cost?

I'm using the Apertura font and am now trying to get the glyph ï to work in a website.When you test this character in Typekit, it shows only the top dots but not the i shape. In Illustrator this glyph works perfectly fine.I selected the option to include all characters in the Typekit project, without result.What's wrong here?

I'm working on a book about conspiracy and would love to use this particular font -- https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/conspiracy Unfortunately, I can't unzip the folder I downloaded, and FontSquirrel Support wasn't able to help me. So I'd like to create my own conspiracy font. Do I have to start from scratch, drawing all the characters by hand, or are there free (as in public domain) fonts I can use as a base font. I like the appearance of the font I linked to above. Alternatively, I think something that looks like the characters produced by a typewriter would look nice.Do you know where I could get such a font? Thank you.

Hi Adobe, There's a huge problem with the Adobe Typekit website and with the CDN (CSS file). Causing page loading speed to be extremely long and unreliable. Do someone knows what happen ?

I want to make my own font. Some of the tutorials I've watched are confusing because I don't own the platforms they use (e.g. iPad). So the first step is to figure out what the particular platforms are. I'm on a Mac, so the first choice would appear to be an iPad, using a font app from the Apple App Store, like Procreate or iFont. Can I also use a Wacom table and a program like Calligraphr? Are there other choices? Is there a particular platform that'a recommended? Thank you.

I'm trying to edit PDF files using the Arial font. However, when I switch to Arial, it automatically switches to a different font ("Z@RBC4.tmp") and when written out, it is gibberish (see attached image). This is maddening; please help!!

Is there a way to delete and/or remove some of the fonts in the font pulldown menu in all Adobe programs?I'm referring to Adobe Thai, Adobe Fan Heiti Std, Adobe Heiti Std, Adobe Devanagari, Adobe Gumukhi (and others, but I'm not sure they are made by Adobe). I will never use any of these fonts and, therefore, are more of an annoyance than help in my font list. These are all fonts that "came with the program", not installed using Adobe Fonts. 

Is it possible to force fonts in an epub?I'm exporting from Indesign using the embedded fonts option, but in certain readers (am previewing with Amazon's kindle previewer), the font is selected within the reader and over-rides embedded fonts.Specifically, I want to be able to "force" some glyph-based fonts that I'm using for chapter headings and scene breaks.Is this possible?

Hi,Do you know why Sofia Pro renders differently in Firefox and Chrome? In Chrome the font is good but in Firefox it is slightly bolder. Chrome 1, Firefox 2

I'm having an issue with the professor font not showing a d character if it is preceeded by woo. Adobe fonts own tester shows this issue. My temporary fix is to add an extra d to the text for it to show one d on my website.  Has anyone else encountered this issue and know of a way to fix?   

Dear Everyone and Anyone Who Can Help: I'm using InDesign via Creative Cloud with Windows 10. I'm editing a preexisting document, which I've saved as a new document. When I open the newly saved document, it says the fonts are missing -- which is funny to me, since InD has no problem locating those fonts when I open the older (original) document. The font family in question is Univers LT Std. I've downloaded the the entire family and added it to the font library on my PC, but InD doesn't recognize/find it. I copied the family into the Fonts folder of the Adobe InDesign 2021 folder in my Program Files. Still not found when I try to substitute the fonts in the document. From what I gather in other posts here, this font is no longer supported by Adobe -- whatever. But as I have already downloaded the font family, where do I put it so that InD finds it? Really hoping someone can help. Hat jemand einen Plan, warum ich keine Schriften auf meinem Mini (2011) aktivieren kann? Bzw. die werden als aktiv in er Cloud angezeigt, fehlen aber in der Anwendung. Auf dem MacBook funktioniert alles. Ist mein Mini zu alt?

So done all the usual check, deactivations, activations etc. Any fonts takes like 45 minutes to sync when it used to be near instantaenous. Anyone found what broke the matrix? It's literally been an hour and a single font hasnt sync'd yet. Its pretty much destroying workflow.

Hi there One of our customers uses webfonts from the Typekit on his website (Germany). This raises the question of whether the use of Typekit is GDPR-compliant or whether consent must be obtained via a Constent Tool before the fonts are loaded. Utterly bizarre. Trying to optomize my own website, so using the Safari Web Inspector to look at the size of the images being loaded on a page. Notice the page never ever finishes loading. What's the culprit? p.gif from p.typekit.net. What is this? The fonts were correct. But, the worrisom part is I have some jquery interactions that kick in when the page stops loading. Guessing this could cause the page to never stop loading, then people never see my content. More strangem, what IS this p.gif? Totally bizarre.

Mac os, Catalina 10.15.7I'm trying to use the font Poppins, in the attached screenshots you can see that in AE (it's all adobe apps and apps outside of adobe) I only get the one font weight of bold. In the other screen shot you can see that I've synced the whole font family. I checked and I don't have Poppins installed already, it doesn't show up in font book nor does it appear when I search my system with hidden files shown. Any help would be appreciated.
