Using the Community

Frame blend seems to do great in converting frames. The only issue im having is, the issue if "wraping effect" or "Wiggle" in cuts and fades within the clip. Is there any fix on this, cause frame blending is great and does not slow down redering speed.I hope there is a fix.Thank you.

What's the resolution that fit's the profile photo box which means that there won't be any resizing so that there won't be any quality loss.

I run and Android phone and access to my CRM is paramount!If this is not possible, why am I paying three times the average price for a website, when I could have a fully accessible wordpress site that allows mobile access?

After recently changing the password for Adobe Community ID. Sign out page errors out (404). Page cannot be found. Provide(s) a choice to go back or home. None of which helps to sign out.

If an instructor gives classes in an Adobe trainning center formore than three years, is he able to recieve the certification of the software that he teaches?

Just curious.  It's taken about 1 hours, and Illustrator is still at 2% on the install.  Do you think this is because my account information was hacked?  Is someone stealing all of my computer processor's cycles? Or is it because Adobe has their heads...I think I need a beer.  Arrogant Bastards Ale anyone?

Hi I'm using a second Adobe ID just to write this message.It's been about 6 weeks now that I try to sign in with my official Adobe ID in this forum and when I do so, the address bar goes crazy: it keeps redirecting.I tried on my Mac Pro, on my Mac Book Pro and on my iPad. I tried with Safari (up-to-date) and Firefox (up-to-date). It is allways the same.When it happened, it was the first time I was signing in the forum since I was a fully Creative Cloud Member (so far I had the free 2GB version - but this summer I signed up for the full package deal).I tried to chat online with an Adobe representative, and he said to me about 3 times that I needed to connect into the forum with my ID - and I was so speechless as I kept telling him that this was exactly the reason why I was contactiing him: because I couldn't do it.He finally said to me that they were not trained. So I'm hopping someone from the Adobe Team, United Stats side hopefully, will read this thread and let me know what can I do

I am allowed two computers under the monthly program I have.  I need to deregister one computer so I can register a different one, but I can find no instructions on how to deregister?

We are going to visit Korea (ROK) for a few days.  I don't think I will come near any computer while there, so you won't see me around for a short while.Shall I bring back some kimchi for anyone...?

I was pleasantly surprised to find that these forums have been patially localized. That is, I am now getting many (but not all) of the fixed texts in Spanish in Firefox/Mac (but not in Explorer/Win). A welcome improvement for those who don't understand English, no doubt.Obviously, I do not fully agree with all the translations, but they are probably understood in all the Spanish speaking countries, so I will accept them as they are. There is however an exception: posts has been translated as artículos which, literally, means articles. This is incorrect, and in my opinion also confussing, so I would like to suggest that it is changed to mensajes.

I am having issues with video or pictures displaying.  I have production premium cs6 running Win8.  I had not problems for months, but now I cannot see my video or pictures in Premiere Pro, AE and Photoshop.  I can see Pics and video in Bridge and pics in Illustrator.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I am getting the same issue.  Not sure what to do now. 

I'm not sure where to post this, off topic, question so I'm sticking it here; with appologies. I want to change my signature and I've forgetten how I did it the last time   I've checed My Address, My Infor and My pref but none of those places have the signature option; so, after doing a search and surfing this sight for over 30minutes I gave up and came here.

If it's not just me, is all that content just gone forever, or is there a way to get at it?

My library has many downloadable books in PDF format (e.g.: epublications ). If I download a book to my tablet, I cannot currently also download it to my phone. I understand that I would be able to read PDFs on multiple devices if I were to register them with Adobe. How do I go about doing this?

Most forums I frequent (or all) show only two pages to select from on the top:Very often there are three, four, or more pages (with the default 30 topics) with new or updated topics.  This becomes very inconvenient when replying to topics on page three or four; we have to paginate through pages 1, 2, 3, 4.Can we have more pages listed on top; e.g. the first four or five?Thank you.

Ok, So I was a subscriber to the e-learning suite. I got an email saying it was being discontinued. I supposed this was Ok, there was an upgrade was to the creative cloud and I got to keep my Captivate because I got a free year..Then I got an email from Adobe saying that they were sorry I had chosen to discontinue my subscription to the E-Learning Suite. A little checking and it seems that the e-learning suite still exists. So I have just spent 20 minutes looking for a telephone number to talk to someone (why, I am not sure. Every previous telephone call to Adobe has wasted 4-6 hours and gone no where.)So my question is this - does the Adobe e-Learning suite still exist? Can I resubscribe? Is the new marketing plan for the Creative Cloud simply to poach customers from other divisions of Adobe?Sadly, I do not expect a coherent answer. Recently I have not been able to add photos to a quick collection when the marker is clicked. The marker fills in, but the photo does not appear in the quick collection. At the same time this problem occured, I could not remove photos from the quick collection that had been previously added. I had to remove those photos using the menu system. I upgraded to the new release of Lightroom 5 yesterday thinking that would solve the problem. I still have the problem so I am wondering if it is a setting I have missed. The quick collection marker button is checked in the view options and the button does appear and change when clicked... The photo thumbnail is just not added to the quick collection.
