We all know that these forums are not particularly easy to navigate, especially for newcomers, who frequently end up posting their questions in the wrong forum, Well, something seems to have made things worse, st least in the forum in Spanish. Starting perhaps some two weeks ago, we are getting an increasing number of Spanish-speaking novates posting theit questions in English. At this moment, we have 8 threads started in English in the first page of the list of topics (30 threads).This is an exceptionally large number of lost participants. Unfortunately, none has explained why using a language they do not master when they could use their own, and we have not asked them explicitly for their reasons. To top it, a large proportion of them are of the "one post only" kind, so it would be anyway no use asking them.Anyone have any idea why we have this sudden invasion of messages posted in English in the forum in Spanish? It is too bad that becuase of Adobe's position in the market place it does not feel the need to maintain a good relationship with its customers. The problem I had was totally my fault - I purchased the CS6 Student Edition for my daughter 6 months ago and she disgarded the packaging (with the product code affixed to the box) before registering the product. I realize that Adobe has no obligation to remedy the situation and apparently they feel the same way. When I contacted Adobe about the problem they said they could not help me and that I should contact the reseller that I purchased the software from. I had Proof-of-Purchase, I had the software disc, how hard would it have been for them to let me send them the disc and have them replace it? This is still a product that costs over $300. even with the student discount. If they felt no obligation towards the purchaser of their product what would a reseller do for me? Well, I did contact the reseller, Amazon, and I cannot sing their praise

But I've the following requirement: "After clicking OK button on the dialog and before the data stored into the content, I've to do some action(I want to write some code)". Is it possible? I purchased Adobe master collection CS5.5When I opened my AI, AE, PSD ID  I noticed the font was changed. How can I bring back the original font Adobe used (File, Edit, Window, View). Greetings, That's Volodymyr from MacPaw, Company-developer of CleanMyMac (cleaning solution for Mac OS X) here.Some time ago we've stuck with a case when our customers are compaining on the cases that uninstalling one of Adobe's products affects and corrupts other one. From the recent cases was a case that uninstallation of Lightroom 5 corrupted Adobe CC. It rather looks like there are common resources are used for both apps and removing those corrupts other apps. Is there any one here who can help us with that issue so we'll add those resources to the ignore list and won't touch at all in order to prevent any types of corruption? You've made it easy to post ideas in these forums, BUT not easy to see them and Vote on them! I don't think many visitors even know about that feature because it's tricky to find unless you've already posted an idea and check on it in "Your Stuff" and then click the breadcrumb trail...Would be awesome for more people to vote on ideas for each product!Thanks!Aza

How can the email address to which Adobe emails are being sent be changed.  The most recent was sent on August 1 titled: "August 2013: Digital imaging news and events" from "Adobe Systems Incorporated".  There is an unsubscribe link but no "change address" link.  The number to call for help was called but they were unable to help.I have two accounts.  The gmail is old and is receiving emails; it has one license associated with it.  The yahoo has all the other licenses but receivs no emails.  Before having the license transferred the email issue needs to be straightened out.Both accounts have preferences as follows.preferred contact: Emailreceive communications: NoSubscribe to adobe inspire:  gmail no: yahoo: yesAny suggestions?PS.  I did not find a better forum for this issue as it is not product related.

I use to computers to visit these forums: a Mac with OS 10.6.8 and Firefox 22.0, and a laptop with Windows 7 and Explorer 10. Both are connected to the same LAN.Some minutes (?) ago I tried to enter the forums in my Mac and I found that I had been logged out. I did not log in but closed Firefox and moved to my laptop, where I entered the forums normally. On going back to my Mac, I had to log in to enter here.Anyone?

Hi Adobe,(please excuse my English- not a native)i call and call and get to an Indian agents all the time. They told me there is no Hebrew support any moreIs this true? Until a month ago we had a wonderful support. there were 2 ladies there and they were the best!! we used to call all the time and always got an efficient, kind and fast service,the pepole in the new support CANNOT  speak proper english, the don't understand a thing i'm saying, have no Idea what Hebrew is.we spend hours and hours on trying to solve the issue- they keep saying they will call you back and they never do!!!!We are loosing money and time over something that is a minimal service for a company that charges so much for the softwares.This is an outrage. Not only does Adobe doesn't give us all the services- and we only have the creative cloud for teams, you charge us more then anywhere else and now we can't even get support in the language of the software???????????Bring back the Hebrew support yesterday!!!!!

so Adobe -listen to this- i have a problem with my Illustrator and i called the Hebrew support. After a life time of waiting- i got to english support,OMG- i an telling you i lost a decade of my life just trying to tell her my email address. my english is not very good but the language she spoke was not english. After almost crying, keep saying- israel, hebrew. she said something that if i understood correct, there is no hebrew support.WHAT???????????My problem is very easy and with hebrew support was solved in 2 minutes. now i an stuck and can't work, so many thanks Adobei know what is bad customer service but this is redicilous.i have hebrew version- u think an indian can help me? didn't you think befure you made this move? can you think of another company that will do it? this is very disrespectful to your customersand there is no where to complain. I need the collective mind to help with this...I'm interested in finding out if building an Adobe Air App will meet this client's requirements:The Situation:Client currently has product catalog in 3 ring binder.  Product pages exist electronically in PDF format.Case studies and Project Profiles exist in PDF format.Client wants the flash drive to automatically update itself when it is plugged in so their users always have the latest version on their flash drive/allows for printing,saving, emailing latest info etc.Here's the solution they came up with internally and submitted an RFQ to build.1. Put the product catalog on a Flash Drive and have their sales teams hand deliver it to their clients. (Their Reasoning: Their client base is an older generation and prefers having something physical in their hands)(My Response:  Put the catalog on the web. Hide from SERPs using Robot.txt and use ACL/permissions to protect whatever you want)..they insist on using Flash drives...go figure.

This was the list of Popular Discussions on the right sidebar of the main page on this forum some minutes ago:Shouldn't such lists be restricted to discussions appearing in the specific forum one is visiting? I do not have and I do not use Flash, so the first item is completely wasted on me. And it doesn't amuse me to follow a link such as the last one and find that it is a four post thread in a forum I never visit...Also, I think it cannot be all that difficult to prevent the listing of closed/archived threads. It's not fun to follow -for example- the link to the Spam report thread [6] only to find that it has been closed for months.

I upgraded a system that had been running Adobe 5.5 for a year or two and now it is getting a pop-up claiming that the activations for that serial number are reached. I upgraded to a Core i7 pocessor and increased memory from 8GB to 32GB, but the hard drive and all software have not been changed. It is the same computer, so I can't do as Adobe suggests and de-activate and re-activate the software. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe that actually works. Their listed phone number just plays on-hold music for several hours - I have never actually reached a support person.

I use linux and would love to see adobe products come to linux. I would like to suggest that prehaps Adobe could use kickstarter to fund the development of a linux version. With kickstarter it wouldn't cost Adobe anything really to develop if it goes through, if it turns out not many people want adobe products (or don't care) and the fund rising attempt fails, oh well those who pledge will get their money back and adobe would of lost nothing.

Dear Adobe, i have been using your products in one form or the other for 20 years now, i just want to let you know that your products are the absolute worst products out there. As someone who earn their living using your products, i must say that they are a major contributor to the stress in my life. Your products are slow, crash prone and just downright foolish in their esecution and layout. I am thankful that my Honda is not built by fools like you. I am tired of your products bringing down my entire system, Mac or PC, its not enough to crash or slug along, nw i must restart because an Adobe program has misbehaved for the 5th time today.

Why is it that I can get through reasonably quickly to Adobe Sales and their fine if I am buying, but technical help or accounts will not answer the phone even when being transfered internally.This is unbelievable, I have wasted hours of my day today waiting on someone picking up and on the one occasion that they have I was put on hold again to be left hanging indeffinatley.The after service is so so bad for an organisation as big as Adobe, all they want to do is sell, but are not interested in helping afterwards.Can anyone help me with a contact number that is not thier standard 0800 0280148 as I am losing the will to live
