Up until a few weeks ago, the echosign feature was working perfectly in our PDF, and also we had seen the fields working on PDFs on other websites.  Now, the fields aren't working, and you have to type in your name rather than sign inside the field.  Has something changed?We have tried this on a number of different PCs and browsers, and internet connections - nothing works!ThanksHeather

Not sure how many people got the recent survey request from Adobe. I love Adobe, which is why I have to tell someone that the survey design is pretty poor. I can find no other place to communicate this. First, the early questions allow an option for the self-employed. After that, however, the questions allow only a single selection for a job title or description. As the Adobe community and everyone else knows, the self-employed wear a lot of hats. Allowing multiple selections in these areas might have produced useful info. Later, the questions were geared to what products you might consider buying. There was no way to specify what the person already owns. I'm pretty much stocked up, with Creative Cloud. So my answers to the later questions were, I'm sure, less than helpful. Finally, I like to recommend to anyone designing a survey that there be an empty field for commenting somewhere along the way. Adobe may not even read them, but allowing that space feels like potentially good custom

It was not like that yesterday...

No matter what I have tried, the forum uses my Adobe ID, which is my email address, for any posts I make.Why is this happening? I have changed my screen name to see if it helped, deleted cookies, cleared cache in Firefox & Safari [Snow Leopard].I have checked & rechecked my Adobe profile for inconsistencies...but what have I missed I don't want my email adress attached to my posts!I spent an hour with the chat support and got nowhere (but I have to say he seemed clueless).Thanks in advance

Hi all!I am a Singaporean student who might be studying in Australia soon. If I were to make a purchase of the student's edition of Master Collection Suite in Australia, will it still work in my Singapore PC when I return home - i.e. can I still download in Singapore and install it? Or will certain apps not work? I am aware that apps such as After Effects and Premiere Pro are not part of the original package available for Singaporean students. I really need to use them both, on top of Adobe Photoshop. Hope someone can shed some light on this, thank you!

I am calling the number that Adobe gave me for Platinum Support (866-335-2256) and getting a message that it's down for maintenance until July?   Anyone have a way to talk to an actual person to log a support case? 

I'm looking for a simple solution for converting videos. I would have thought that somewhere in a Adobe's vast suite of software products that a video converter may have been included. To date, I have not been able to find one. If anybody can offer some advice please.

I've just upgraded to Mountain Lion (OSX.8.x) and It appears the font being used on this forum is being substituted. I need to know what font is used so I can go back into Time Machine and get it.  OSX.8.1 FontBook is much tougher on fonts.  and puts many in Trash.  You have to put a few back.

When I click to answer to a message, I am taken to this faniliar window:However, if I click on the Use advanced editor button, the scenario unnecessarily changes to this:Note that, in contrast with the first layout, I am no longer able to see all previous messages, but only the one I am responding to, which is uncomfortable, as also is the fact that that message is now at the bottom of the reply window.If there are more people who think that this layout change is not only unnecessary but also uncomfortable, could something be done about this?

How can I stop the typewriter bar from popping up each time I click on the typewriter tool?  It is so frustrating as I need to move it out of the way each time it comes up and then X it closed when I'm finished.  In previous versions you could click on the typewriter tool and type away without the bar popping up on the screen.I use the typewriter fairly often in .pdf documents and would REALLY love it if the bar would not pop up on the screen each time I use typewriter.Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.

Why is that I cannot fax my details of student/ teacher proof. Due to accessability at the moment I am unable to upload an image of my ID but can have one faxed - why does Adbobe not provide a fax number to do this and as for te customer service person - why hang up on someone - rather you shold have been trying to help resolve the issue. So, in a thread, a Community Professional gets a style that looks identical or at least very similar to a correct answer and they get their name in red.Accepting any reasons that a CP might need to be distinguished in some way I don't like the implication that an answer is a correct answer simply because a CP offers it.  OK, so style them differently but not it like this.Sometimes a CP might be contributing to discussion where an answer isn't needed or they may be asking for a bit more clarification.There, I said it!Martin

I know there are more threads about this issue, but I can't undestand what is going on. I recently bought the cs6 master collection And this error: I spent thousands of dollars for ...THIS? I reinstalled, but the same thing happened. I need a simple fast answer....I have work to get done, And without these programs, I will get fired! So, I need a simple answer, or another CLEAN install for all cs6 programs. This happens when I open ALL cs6 programs. Thank you for your support. It helps alot.

I then i realized that i had a new screen name, which screen mane is a part of my personal info. then i discovered that my email address was clearly visible. i don't remember under which name it logged me in under at the time, but i assume it was the new name.I am a several years member with screen name"VINSOLO".
