Using the Community

Most broswers these days include a spell check (and grammar in some cases) for text boxes.The Adobe community forum posts disable this functionality. And for those like me who are spelling challanged, this is a major PITA. Please restore normal browser behavior for the text boxes to post content.

Hi there! Magento Account shows me an error, that I need to verify my email, but when I can try to verify my email in my Adobe account I see, that my email is already verified. Could you please advise me on please workaround for how I can get access to my shared projects and skip this 'Please verify email account' error?

It seems when Uservoice was converted over to the forums, it moved my account over instead of merging it with my existing account? Is there any way for me to even log into this other account rather than the one I'm currently on? Hi there, there is a lot of things that includes several Apps from Adobe. E.g. working with paths. there are different ways to work with in several apps. Uservoice.com is my choice to mention bugs and ideas about possible improvements to solve my headaches. Is there a general site? Kind regards, Patrick

So I'm guessing this has somethng to do with the Feature Request being merged into the regular forums. I had notifications set to on for the old system but I never actaully got any and just brushed it off as a broken feature. Well today I seem to be getting every notifcation I  never got before going back a few years. I just  got another 12 while typing this.

I just got an email notification that someone upvoted my post, but as I see it still has 0 votes.So, it's either a bug or the person changed his mind and unvoted.But I had this before, at least once, a few weeks ago with another topic (I don't remember which one). It's quite strange if people vote & unvote. 2 times already. So, I think it may be a bug...    

I got 4 emails sending a verification code to me but I did not ask for any of them. How do I stop someone who's trying to log into my account? 

We are using Adobe Livecycle ES2 Version 9.0.0.0.Under credential details of admin UI, we see that it has expired on 08th January 2023. Same goes with the certificate as well.We are using Livecycle to invoke processes and services from our application form (PDF) and we can see that few functionalities are not working which calls the webservices through Livecycle While checking the logs we have the following error: Caused by: com.adobe.livecycle.readerextensions.client.CredentialException: ALC-RES-001-027: Unable to apply the requested usage rights because the credential specified, [PRODUCTION CREDENTIAL], expired on [Sun Jan 08 19:00:00 EST 2023].    and  Caused by: ALC-DSC-003-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.DSCInvocationException: Invocation error.   We need urgent help to renew these certificates/credentials and to import them to our Livecycle. I am using AEM Designer 8.0 and SQL Server. I have made a form and connected it to the SQL Server. I want to retrieve specific record from the table into the form depending upon the lookup ID entered in the form by the user. I have issues with the Quote button. It qoutes just the main (first) post of the thread, disregarding what comment I'm replying to. In some cases it works, but I can't understand clearly why&when it happens. I've just noticed that the quoting works properly when there are already some replies to other comments.upd. Windows 10, Opera browser (if it matters)

It seems, there's no moderator there... I asked to move my topic to another section several times (both in the thread itself and with the Report button), but nobody cares, it's still there in the wrong section. Here's another topic (not mine) in the same community, its title should be edited, imho.There's no need to write "feature request", esp. with Caps Lock, since it's already in the Ideas section. 

Why can't I attach files to my replies in the Lightroom Classic Ideas and Bugs subforums, though I can in Discussions? Tested on Mac OS 12.6.1, Chrome 108.0.5359.98 (Official Build) (x86_64), Safari 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16), and Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit).      

The Bugs and Ideas subforums of Lightroom Classic don't support the threading controls that Discussions allows. This is most unfortunate, since threads in these subforums can involve dozens of people and be very long with concurrent sub-threads. In Discussions, you can set Sort to Earliest or Latest, you can choose Linear or Threaded View, and replies have clickable "In Response To" links:  You can't do any of this in Bugs or Ideas (see screenshots below). Tested on Mac OS 12.6.1, Chrome 108.0.5359.98 (Official Build) (x86_64), Safari 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16), and Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit).
