I'm brand new to the forums, had a question about Acrobat. I have only 1 post in my user history, and my first post was marked as spam. I obviously have never posted before, so I couldn't be that I am spamming the forums with this question. I did a search on this topic before posting, but it was either 'answered' by the user themselves with a more unconventional solution, or not answered at all. And it wasn't like there was a lot of posts for it, as I only found 3, and 1 of them was not really related to what I was dealing with. I did find a post that had this same problem of being marked as spam, and they stated that the only thing they did was post some images along with their post for proof of their issue. I also did this, since in the other posts related to my question, it was requested that they post images of their issue and some device and app versions. I have a community account I want to delete but I can't access it as the e-mail I used is no longer in use. When I try to log in to it, I get a message saying I must change password but when I try an e-mail containing an access code is sent to the old e-mail so I'm stucck. Can an admin' help please?

I have no clue how to fix this, but my sincere requests for help have now been marked as SPAM twice. I've 'reported' this to the moderator, but that 'report' is worded as though I'm reporting 'abuse'. What good is a 'community help' forum if I'm not allowed to interact, for reasons unknown?
Unless you plan on turning into a gold bullion vault, a 4 numbers password is more than enough security for a discussion board.

Hi, I am unable to respond to any query posted over Adobe Forums. I have tried across different Communities like : Account, Payment, & Plan ; Creative Cloud Services ; Enterprise & Teams but the same issue persists. I have tried Signing out and Signing back in , but unable to respond to any thread. Can someone please help in identify the cause and how to resolve it. Thanks in advance.

Hi, since the previous forums(Get Satisfaction) was made redundant, I've not been getting any email notifications from this "Adobe Support Community". I have them all switched on in account settings> notifications but nothing. I read on another thread that I can try to disable it, save it and reenable again(and save) and that would remedy the issue. I still am not getting notifications of any new posts to the Communities I'm signed up to? Any tricks to solve this? [Mod: Moving to the appropriate forum]
I was trying to get some insight/advice on something but need to upload the file I'm working on. Not sure if the support community supports AI files as attachments? I tried to attach it but got this as an error:The attachment's snowy.ai content type (application/postscript) does not match its file extension and has been removed. Just wondering if there is any way to share the file I'm working on in illustrator to get support on for my question?
So I read the posts from snapshot and I tried the repair, reinstall and nothing. My document is not secured which means that should be able to do it. I need this function for my dissertation notes...Help!

Whether I use 'Skip' or take the tour - Next time in the forum I get the pop-ups again. During the day I am on a Windows machine, in th evening (just now) I'm on an iPad - but at least in the same WLAN.
Now that the forum has moved to this community how do i restart the e-mail notifications I was getting prior to the move.
