Using the Community

Hi everyone,   The Community team released bug fixes in the English community. Along with the fixes, we also updated the Creative Cloud mnemonics, favicon, and the global navigation header with the new Adobe corporate logo.   With that, here's what we released on Thursday, June 25th:   Creative Cloud Branding Update  The change includes updated Creative Cloud and non-Creative Cloud mnemonics on Community board pages and home page  an updated community's banner a new community statistics module below the banner in the right sidebar a new related communities module with updated mnemonics an updated submit product feedback module with a new link out icon.   Bug Fixes  English Community Added a new category filter for 3D & AR Spacing and padding issues on the resource components Fixed the issue where the  stats on community page label looks enlarged in IE and Edge browsers Fixed the issue where clicking on search was showi

In the interest of fairness, I'd like to see a thumbs down button added to the platform.  It doesn't make much sense to have one and not the other.      

It would be nice to have more room in the reply box so that we don't have to scroll so much to review our replies.   This has become more of an issue for me since I need more than 10 macros and have to combine many responses into one macro and delete the parts that do not apply to the OP's specific issue.

Hi why is my curved line printing as straight lines on one section? There are no anchor points here and the rest of the curve is printing out fine. So frustrating!

Just an hour ago I posted in Coldfusion community a post about "Error: Could not convert socket to TLS.." including just technical info about the problem, and it was marked as SPAM!!! It was there in grey color, but it was there.I send a message there to explain the problem and my post was disapeared.Please fix the problem, I need urgent help on this error.Could we see somewhere the criteria of your systems marking a post as spam, in order to avoid them???  

 Hi, We recently send an email to our customers and the anti spam check was good but most of the emails have gone to spam. Could you tell us why and how can we avoid this? 

How do I contact a moderator to fix my post? I really needed an answer to this for a project and right before I could respond to the first person, the post got marked as spam. I'm assuming that's some kind of weird auto feature? There's no reason for this to be spam. We used to have a dedicated Arabic forum that was active with many posts. The changes on the Community forums over a year ago took that Arabic forum away from us and have taken off the valuable active topics over there.   How can I access those topics, and whether there is a chance of reinstating the forum back on?

Hi all,   Over the weekend, we made some big moves with the Get Started board. We often saw posts about many different topics within the board and they could range from trouble with downloading and installing apps to initial questions about payment and billing. Get Started as a name was generally confusing and invited tons of other conversations that were overwhelming for the community to wade through.   So here's what we did: Links to the Get Started board were redirected to the Adobe Support Community's home page. The Get Started board itself was hidden. Posts were migrated to three different new boards over the weekend: Account, Payment, and Plan; Download and Install; and Creative Cloud Services. We validated against a bunch of test criteria to ensure conversations were moved as expected.   We’re hoping with this refactoring of the Get Started board, it’ll be more clear to users where you can ask for help with certain issues. Hi all,   I just wanted to post a quick update that the team is aware of some timeframes in the past week where community members are not receiving email notifications.   The first timeframe occurred from Thursday, June 4th, 2020 around 1-2 PM PT to Friday, June 5th, 2020 around 8 PM PT.  The second timeframe occurred from Tuesday, June 9th, 2020 around 2-3 PM PT to today, Wednesday, June 10th, 2020 around 2-3 PM PT.   Additionally, we're seeing incorrect behavior where the Notification feed displays "You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here."   We are actively working with our partner vendor to narrow down the root cause so that we can proceed with a permanent solution.   Thanks, Melissa

I regularly visit the community and check for people who are looking for help, but now I see almost no Japanese users. The new community does not readiness to help non-English languages. Instead, the translation function by Microsoft is terrible even if a translation function is added, and there are many cases where it cannot be understood even if translated into Japanese.Please rebuild the system once again so that the necessary users can get support.

Is there a way to swop some picture(s) uploaded to one of my forum posts - not trying to remove all images, preferably replace some with subsequently improved examples? Also I note that all images uploaded appeared to be stored by Adobe as they are all offered for insertion after clicking on the 'insert photos' icon - all photos and public_(user_name) folders exist. Do I have access to my images in my account to replace some of the stored images?    

Hi,Wanted to know where and what configuration needs to be added for links used in delivery content to use a standard, say adobe domain? Like I am integrating adobe with my system server, have done the configurations accordingly, wherein it does call my MTA, but upon delivery, what-ever links I had, say www.google.com gets encrypted into a said format with my server name as domain. So redirection fails. To avoid this, I feel, somwhere in configuration need to add adobe domain, so that my links get redirected and tracked as well. Could someone please help here....
