Hi! I had a subcription to use AI illustrator and minor problems with its payments otherwise illustration were great! Subcription was taking my money from my bank account on 1 month 3 or 4 times for the usual monthly rate. When I was about to end my subcription I got this pop-up deal for 3 months of subcription and when I pressed agree to it still was taking monthly charges from my subcription! . At very end when I was done with Illustratord monthly overcharging payments I end my subcription and even I end it. It still took my money from my account! Because of this I made between 40-50 min call to your helpdesk and they advise me to block my bank card and make refund case through the banking system!I did block my card but I have not got any refund ect still today and also my phone call was pretty expensive for nothing :(((((! I hope I get some kind of refund in money or at least 1 year free adobe illustrator because otherwise I feel kind of robbed. :(it is so sad because illustrat

!!! URGENT !!! Hello Authorities, I signed up for an Adobe Reader trial in June 2025 and a payment was deducted from my account today because it was the first time money had been deposited. As soon as I saw this, I immediately canceled my account. AND UNTIL TODAY'S PAYMENT, I WAS USING ADOBE FOR FREE, SO MY 14-DAY REFUND PERIOD HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN. I request that the amount be refunded to my account.
I just got off the phone with a customer service representative that was more than willing to cancel my services rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I've been getting billed annually back in 2018. It certainly does not pay to be a long time subscriber so I'll be using one of the many free services that are available online now.
I signed up for the free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus. The seven day free trials expired and i hadnt noticed. it charged me two days ago but there wasnt enough in my bank account. Im trying to cancel the plan so i dont pay for it but it says i have to update my payment method before i do that but its going to make me pay then. How do i cancel my subscription
When I start Photoshop I see that I have to pay for the next month, but when I click for updating my payments a popup screen appears in which I can choose the way I want to pay. But this popup screen is completely white and I can not choose or change anyhing anymore. Even when I choose https://account.adobe.com/ for my memberships I also can not Edit Payment. It gives a white popup screen which disappears and it gives a error message.Does anyone has the same problems ? [Moved to Account, Payment, & Plan by moderator authority]
How do you request a refund on Adobe? I do not see any link to request a refund on their website. I cancelled a Adobe Pro subscription before the trial period ends but was still charged several amounts despite not having any active paid subscription.
I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on 26th June 20206. I noticed the credit card charge on 26th June 2026. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund. Please assist with this request?
Dear Adobe,i subscribed to a 7-day free trial 2 months ago and even though i cancelled my subscription before the 7 days were over i am still being charged 35 € every month. There is the possibility that my card is being charged by another account as i misstyped my email when creating my account and you dont require any kind of email confermation to activate the trial.Nevertheless please cancel any subscriptoins that are still open so that i do not get charged again this month. Furhtermore be so kind and refound the amount that was charged to my card over the last two months as I do not have any active subscription which i use or have been using that would authorize my card being charged. With best regards,an unhappy customer.
I am trying to redeem the 12-month free Adobe subscription through the Airtel offer. My Adobe ID was originally created while I was on a short trip to London, so it appears that my account region was set to the UK. I have since returned to India, and I am an Indian resident. When I try to claim the Airtel offer using this Adobe ID, I receive the following error:"This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID."Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a way to change my Adobe ID's country/region or otherwise resolve this so I can redeem the Airtel offer? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
In the last two days, whenever I try to open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat I get an error message that I have reached my device activation limit and need to sign out of another device to continue. I have only ever used Adobe on this one device, and am not logged in on any other device.I have repeatedly gone to the “Sign-in and security” page in Adobe Account Management and clicked “End all sessions.” It successrully ends the mystery sessions and shows just my current active session. But when I try to open Acrobat again, I get a prompt to sign in, then I get the same “You’ve reached your device activation limit. Sign out of another device to continue.” Now when I go back and refresh the “Sign-in and security” page there are two Active Sessions listed that I did not create as shown below. Chrome, Windows 10 is my active session and I am in Portland, Oregon. I never use Windows Edge, and I have no idea what the other device is. I have looped through this multiple times, and every time I go to s
I need to cancel my subscription and appeal the first payment.
I want to unsubscribe from adobe before my free trial expires.
I cannot delete my adobe account. It requires new card information, but I have canceled my cards, I do not have a card to update the billing information, and now I cannot delete my account. I just want the subscription canceled and account deleted.
I would like to get a refund for being charged after cancelling my subsrciption, before my 7 day FREE trial ended. I started the free trial on August 11th.I canceled the subscription on August 12th, and received a confirmation email. Two months later, I am still being charged.
I’m trying to buy the creative cloud pro plan but it just wont let me pay,on the pay screen it will keep saying theres something wrong with my paying even tho it works fine or everything else, I tried incognito, a different browser, 2 different cards everytime still the same issue, it pretends I put the wrong info on all filling boxes.searched up online and couldn’t find a solution for a bit more context this is not the first time I’m getting the plan, I had before like 8 years ago but my mom payied, now I’m the one trying to pay
J’ai résilié mon abonnement car ça faisait doublon avec le creative cloud et je ne veux pas que « l’abonnement prenne fin » dans un an, je veux qu’il s’arrête maintenant et qu’on me rembourse
Since 3 months I pay for 2 accounts. That's a big mistake. Can you please refund for the account i just canceled?
I had briefly activated the free trial for adobe in order to export a flash file to a different format, since I could not open animate normally. I would like a refund since the only reason I did so was because my adobe tools were provided by my educational institution, and they were facing issues with the college-wide license. I only did so in order to complete my assignment, and despite having previously cancelled the trial once the exportation was done, I was still charged.
Last week, i have subscribe for Adobe Acrobat Pro and on the next days i got an email that says “We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.”I’m really confused like what’s going on to my account and contact the support team, but they can’t even tell me what the cause of this and i can’t get any refund for this case. After that, they said to wait for 5-7 days to investigate. I've been waiting for 5-7 days, but there's no any update to me. I’m really want to know, what is going on to my account. If there’s somebody that had the same case, please share with me. I’m tired with this drama and can’t even get my money back.
Can someone help me with cancelling this subscription why can't we cancel it
