Al actualizar Photoshop tanto la versión original como la beta y Lightroom me sale el botón Probar en vez de Abrir y abre una pagina de prueba de 7 días, supongo que será un error de la App ya que estoy al corriente de pago, gracias 

Hello. How can I contact you?the amount of 11.89 euros was taken from my card by mistake.about 2 weeks ago, I logged in with the wrong account on Adobe and I don't know how to cancel it. I thought he hadn't logged in, but apparently he did. I want the amount back and I would like my account to be deleted and no more money to be debited. Hallo zusammen Ich habe vor Kurzem ein Photoshop Abo gekauft, kann aber seitdem nicht mehr meine Abos verwalten.Stattdessen wird mir seit 2 Tagen diese Meldung gezeigt:  Hattet ihr sowas auch schonmal und wie lange kann es noch dauern, bis ich auf die Abo-Verwaltung wieder Zugriff habe? Danke im Voraus 

I am using Premiere Pro and its media encoder ONLY, but I see an additional charge of $9.99 with the description:  PHLT,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUN,001,N/A,1 YR NEW What does this mean?  Im a bit confused as to why I am paying for Premiere Pro/media endcoder, but it appears to be some of the other apps that I have never used/installed.

Hi, I am a university student who had an adobe account previous to enrollment. The university I attend offers coverage of Adobe creative cloud and all apps for free, so I have been attempting to change my account over, and failing. I had changed the email in my account from my personal to my school email, but that didn't seem to work. Along with this, it seems that my student email is now connected to two seperate adobe accounts, 1 being the default school account, and the 2nd being my original account that now carries my adobe email. When I go to change my plan and browse plans, the student plan isn't there. Does anyone have recommendations for how I should either transfer my old files into the new student account or change the plan of my original account that was personal now turned school email account? 

I've using Adobe PDF for YEARS! I always purchased the new verson when it came out. However, ADOBE was getting RICH enough so they switched to SUBSCRIPTION! I should have said NO but I figured it was about $12,00 a year so that wasn't bad. WHOOP! It's a monthly charge so I'm getting RIPPED OFF! There are replacemt products that are NOT subsciption so that's what I'm switching to. GOODBYE ADOBE!!!

Hi everyone, I recently signed up for a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud. I was not aware that the trial would automatically renew at the end of the period, and I was charged well over $49 for a monthly subscription. I would like to request a refund for this charge. I understand that Adobe has a policy of not refunding charges for automatically renewed subscriptions. However, I believe that this is a case where an exception should be made. I did not intend to subscribe to a monthly plan, and I was not aware that the trial would automatically renew. I am a student, and I am on a tight budget. Is there an option to pay for Adobe Subscriptions that don't involve a credit card or Paypal?  Can we get a monthly or yearly invoice instead?    

So a little while back I subscribed to premire pro. When I decided to cancel the subcription it didn't show the "cancel" button, it was becuase I was having a payment error, which is fair enough. However after I fixed the payment error, and the "payment error" banner stop appearing adobe would continue to try and charge me but it would never be successful. And it is starting to feel like a scam because now I cannot cancel the subscription and adobe is about to add on to the debt that it will not let me fix. I just want to cancel this subcription and get out of this nightmare that is adobe. Any help would be apriciated.

I canceled my annual plan on 20.07.23. During the cancellation process, I was told that a certain amount of refund would be given to me, and I even waited for my month to be completed just for this. However, instead of paying 1692₺, this amount was automatically withdrawn from my account. How and why? Even on the monthly plan, there was no withdrawal of this much money. I would not have made this cancellation if I had not been told that a refund would be made. please fix it, i'm just a student.by the way, there's not even enough topic title options are given. How will you find this question for God's sake?

Adobe needs to stop trying to bill a debt card that I never authorized to be charged for Adobe services. I don't even use Adobe for anything, other than what is already installed on my laptop that is a free service. I can't even find how to cancel this stupid subscription from r something I never needed or even set up.

I have tried to cancel my free adobe creative cloud trial since a week ago, because I don't use it but I can't cancel it from my plans page on my account because it only says to switch to a new memerhsip but it says that I'm still on my free trial, and I can't seem t find a link that leads me to the cancellation process.... Ireally don't know what to do at this point, but I really don't want to renew the membership.

Hello, When I go to The trial button for Substance Painter, Then click "students and teachers", then confirm, it brings me back to The main page for substance painter. This makes it impossible for me to get pass this page. Is there another way for me to get a trial? My entire class is stuck, and is unable to start learning. Thank you!

Hello everyone,  I have been trying to change my username for an hour now. I go to the creative cloud application and click on Manage account and then a window in my browser appears. I change my username there and refreshed my MacBook. But then when I go to the creative cloud application again, the name still doesn't changes... Plz, help me. (I am a student and I use my mom's card to pay for this thing. When I was creating this account, I put her name instead of mine. Now I have to change it.) I need help. HiU wanted to cancel my plan on the last fay of free trial but i coudn't next day my card balance was 0 and 23.99 $ payment was unsuccessful i had no money on my card yesterday a month later iwanted to buy medicine from my card and was charged that mo ey immediatelyas cancellation of the plan was not possible qithout paying this money i cancelled the plan and was informed about upcoming cancellation fee in the amount of 100+$ ( please help me to get refunded i never used the app ( and even deleted it on the next day
