I cancelled my subscription but I haven't got my refund yet. I cancelled it 1day after i was charged, when do you think it will be refunded to me.

I paid for the Substance Painter Perpetual License and I have the license key.On my new PC, I installed Substance Painter using the Creative Cloud portal. I installed Substance Painter as a free one month trial.The Activation Wizard for Substance Painter is not popping up.As mentioned, I have the license key for Substance Painter but can't seem to apply it.Please help.Thanks 

I got debited on my bank even if I have cancelled my subs before the trial ends. This is very frustrating. I got a confirmation about the cancellation but still the payment got debited. Thats so unfair. I need the funds for medications.

Hi, I could use some help. If there is anyone in here from Adobe, this would probably be best.  My college  is migrating our emails this weekend, and my email address (and thus my login ID) is being changed, but is not yet active.  I went in and signed up for a paying student/teacher education account, using the older email address. AI will not allow me to access cloud docs because I'm on a free seven-day plan. I cancelled this, went in and purchased a new account, paying up front, and it is still saying "Not able to access cloud documents." Anyone know a workaround for this. Does Adobe have a chat support system? Thank You. 

Hello guys, I need your help, I bought Premiere Pro Yesterday (15th June 2023) by mistake because I also have the Creative Cloud subscription which means before the cancellation fee actually applies but they're telling me that I have to pay 104$ (by the way this is an Annual plan, paid monthly.Check the Photos and understand why.

I tried using two different cards but neither were accepted. Contact my bank in Lebanon and everything checks out but still can't pay for my subscription. Can anyone help?

I couldn't cancel it before but now Adobe has taken money. And I'm broke. Where can I request for a refund asap?

I currently pay monthly on the annual plan for illustrator and the photoshop/lightroom bundle, and I want to purchase the Adobe all apps prepaid plan. Does anyone know what happens to my other plans when I purchase all apps? Do I need to cancel them and will there be a fee? My current plans renewed in April and May. It seems easy to change plans when you have one but it's not clear what to do if you have multiple. 

I took Adobe's yearly plan with monthly subscription. Now I have financial problem so I am cancelling this plan. But Adobe illustrator is charging Cancellation fees. I am not capable of paying it.How can I get rid of cancellation charge?

Salve.Ho un problema, Marzo scorso scaricai la versione di prova di photoshop creative cloud, che però mi resi subito conto che non mi serviva, quindi andai sui piani attivi per disdire tutto ma non risultava nulla di attivo, quindi ho lasciato stare, oggi dopo tre mesi apro il mio conto postale e mi risulta un pagamento di 24,39 euro per questo servizio, controllo meglio e mi accorgo che sono tre mesi che questo pagamento è attivo per un totale di 72 euro, il problema piu grosso è che se vado sul mio profilo adobe non ho, tuttora, nessun piano attivo, non posso disdire niente e sono costretto a pagare per non avere nessun servizio. Ora quello che vorrei è capire quale è il problema, disdire tutto e avere un rimborso.Come posso procedere?

Hi, I just accidentally paid for a €25 subscription, I don't need it now, can I get a refund?

Hi!   I'm a user of the Adobe Suite, and, as a teacher, I have a Creative Cloud plan that is supposed to cost me 24,99€/month. But, for the last couple of months, Adobe is charging me 62,99€/month (in addition to some payments of 24,99€ in between). My user e-mail is <removed-kglad>, and I'd like to receive technical attention or an explaination, because otherwise I'm very tempted to cancel my plan altogether and stop using Adobe, after years of loyalty...   I've attached a couple of screenshots, so you see that I'm telling the truth about the plan I purchased. According to Adobe Creative Cloud's website, nothing has changed that justifies those extra charges.   Thanks in advance!

The titel says it. Invoices only show my name, not my company's name, please help. In the videos that are supposed to explain this, there is a field "optional company name", but in my version, there isn't. Thank you.

Due to circumstances I ended up loosing my student account and ended up paying 2 years adobe full subscription while still being a student.I lost my flat and was made homeless and during my struggle I didnt realise I was paying the full amount of 49.94 Pounds. Can you Help me somehow with this issue? Thank you - (Edinburgh College and Kingston University London) 

There is no way on the Adobe site to disassociate a PayPal account. When you go to Your Account > Edit billing and payment > Edit payment method, you can change between payment methods on PayPal but not remove the account link altogether. While speaking with a customer service representative over live chat, I was told:"I would like to inform you that we currently do not have the option to remove the saved details. However be rest assured as you have added the credit card it will not charge you on PayPal."We went back and forth a number of times after that, but the agent was not able to resolve anything for me. This seems like a major violation of GDPR Right to Erasure and I am highly concerned by this issue.

Bonjour, j'ai souscris 2 fois à la même formule adobe acrobat pro, je ne sais pas comment ni pourquoi vu que je n'ai qu'un pc. Je ne peux pas en resilier une sans payer plus de 80€ vu que la periode de 14 jours est passée... Je trouve ça vraiment injuste et peu commerciale de la part d'adobe, avez-vous une solution à me proposer ou quelqu'un que je peux contacter? Merci
