Necesito ayuda!!! De la nada me meti a LR y me pidio iniciar sesión, puse mi correo y me sale que no existe, hice una nueva cuenta y ahora me sale que que plan de pago quiero elegir siendo que ya pago mensualmente el LR classic y no quisiera que me lo esten cobrando, no se porque me cerro de mi sesión, ya no me acuerdo del correo que puse o de la contraseña.

Hello, I keep getting persistent errors when I try to update my payments online. I've tried with two different cards, my PayPal and a different browser but I keep getting an error updating my payment details. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Hello!   I am unable to subscrube for Adobe's products because my payment is not being accepted by Adobe.   There is only one method to pay in my country (Egypt) and it is through credit or debit card. I tried more than 5 imes now, using different cards with even different Banks but every time I get the same error:   "Incorrect billing info" while it's all correct..what shoud i do?

Hallo zusammen,ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig. Ich versuche seit heute mein bestehendes Foto-Abo in ein komplettes Creative Cloud Student umzuwandeln. Meine Uni-Mail-Adresse ist hinterlegt, VPN ist aus, Werbeblocker sind auch aus. Nachdem es im ersten Schritt klappt, kriege ich bei Bestätigung der Bildungseinrichtung dann die Fehlermeldung "Ihr Abo konnte leider nicht geändert werden. Versuchen Sie es erneut."Ich weiß leider nicht, was ich noch tun kann um das Abo abzuschließen und wäre für Tipps dankbar.

As in title. This is infuriating. Not really any way of contacting a real person to resolve this issue. The issue is present on all browsers i tried on MacOS and iOS (it's 500 so shouldn't be browser dependent but worth the shot).I tried contacting adobe on social media but no response. And issue is still there.

Adobe ha cabiado sin ningun tipo de aviso el plan de estudiante a empresa cobrandome de 30€ a 60€ sin avisar. Aunque he entrado y he actualizado la información que solicitan, no veo que haya un servicio de ayuda para reclamar ese cobro extra, no hay chat y no hay correo. En mi caso yo elijo pagar la sub por que la licencia de la universidad suele dar problemas pero me parece una verguenza que te cambien de plan sin aisar a uno mas caro y encima no tengas donde reclamar. Por todo ello y si veo que en unos dias esto no se soluciona procederé a darme de baja definitivamente y a usar la competencia.

I was recently charged for Adobe export pdf at $25.46. I didn't authorize it and didn't agree to a subscription so I could use it for three days while being charged for a year when I had to use the service in 2020. How do I cancel this and get a refund.

Hello, are there any authorized Adobe partners/seller in Brunei from where I can purchase Creative Cloud Services? Can't seem to find any

I canceled my subscription and as expected I was charged 50% of the remaining abo fees. HOWEVER, I also got charged for this month's fee even though it was expected later (on April 30). I would like to file a complaint to the customer's support or wherever possible since I can't find any email or contact window on their website (is there a reason to hide contact information??). Really disappointed and won't advise anyone to use acrobat pro!!!

Hi,I wonder why there is not a single primary identification feature printed on the bank transfer text. No customer number, no invoice number, no order number, no nothing. But there is the ULR (even twice), EREF (?), MREF (?), CRED (?), IBAN, BIC ... Why couldn't you print at least the invoice number? That would be nice. Regards,Stefan

원래 실수로 모든앱 플랜과 포토그래피 플랜을 둘다 구독하고 있었는데요 현재는 똑같은 포토그래피 플랜이 두개 있는 상태입니다.하나는 활성화 되어있고 하나는 결제 오류로 플랜 취소도 안되는 상황인데요.두가지 문제에 해결을 문의드립니다1.중지된 포토그래피 플랜을 삭제하고 싶습니다. 어떻게 해야 할까요?2.활성화 되어있는 포토그래피 플랜을 크리에이티브 클라우드 모든 앱 플랜으로 변경하고 싶은데 플랜 변경을 시도할 때마다 "오류: 플랜을 사용할 수 없음" 이 뜨며 변경할 수가 없습니다.

Hello!I can't change or quit my adobe plan. Right now I have the plan called "Photography" wich include Photoshop and Lightroom, but I would like to upgrade to the plan that includes all Adobe programs. But the button called "manage plan" is not even visible. So I cant quit or change the plan. Why is that? Looking forward to an answer. Thanks! Sincerely,Mattias 

Hello,beginning of March 2023, I have created an Adobe account with an e-mail adress. Today, I wanted to access this account BUT in the meantime this e-mail adress has been deleted (the company was closed and the e-mail domain deleted). How can I still access this Adobe account ? When I log in, Adobe sends a validation code to the e-mail adress but since e-mail account doesn't exist anymore, I don't receive the code and cannot login.I absolutely need to access this Adobe contact to stop the monthly paid plan Thanks a lot

hi, i just got the annual substance plan for students, but i have some questions regarding the free of this plan. It is because in an email that I received it told me that when I applied for the plan for free and if they approved it, they would give it to me, which they did. But when I check my account, in the plans area, when I click on the Substance plan management button, it appears that they are going to charge me a certain amount per year.My question is: That amount will be charged to me after the first year or when? And why did it appear in the email that it was a free plan for students if in the end they are going to charge me for use? Please explain to me, to know whether to keep the plan or not  Greetings and thanks

I get the creative cloud in its entirety free from my school, bu when I log in with my school account it still says I have to pay?

Hi I'm unable to get hold of Adobe as I just cancelled my pro subscription which charged me £70. I had recently selected an option where I got 3 months for £1 and when this expired they have charged me to cancel the year subscription however I was within the 3 month period. Is Adobe able to refund me or assist me?? I can't see any way of contacting them. thanks! 

Hello,Today, I have been just charged for the renewal of my annual subscription after a year of using Creative Cloud. Last year I chose the student discount plan option and had to provide some information about my University and thus got charged the discounted amount. The email provided in my account has been my personal email until today.I thought they would charge me the same amount this year but I got charged the full subscription without a discount. I can't even provide a University ID as it says on the support site because there is no "educational information" section in my adobe account. If I click on manage plans I cannot find a student plan in the options so I have no idea how to change the plan and provide a student ID.I have tried changing my private email to my University email to see if I could then provide proof of my student status, but nothing changed.My question is if there is an option to change my plan to the student annual plan. And if I can get my money for the full

I have a pre-paid annual subscription for Illustrator that expires in September 2023.  When i tried to use the application today (Dell Windows 10 laptop), it didn't recognize that I had a subscription and prompted me to begin a free 7 day trial.  I purchased the subscription my self and used my school email for the account log in. Would appreciate any help.

Please free up my account number and regulations.
