buenas, tengo una duda....... adquiri photoshop y me dieron la prueba de 7 dias...... y en el mensaje del correo me dijeron que no me cobraron nada, que recien el cobro se haria a partir del dia 27 (luego de los dias de prueba) pero verifique mi cuenta de banco y si me debitaron el dinero..... alguien tuvo este caso?

Bonjour, un ami souhaite s'abonner à Adobe creative, mais j'aimerai payer l'abonnement car c'est un cadeau, est ce que c'est possible de s'abonner, mais que la carte banquaire ne soit pas au nom de la personne qui a le compte adobe?

I purchased Acrobat and Microsoft Office as a bundle when purchasing a Dell Optiplex. The Acrobat was nominally a 3-year licence. It appeared to install OK when installing with the redemption code supplied by Dell. However, after 30 days it announced subscription has expired and inviting me to pay (as if it was just a free trial). I managed to get a new redemption code and it worked OK for 30 days and again quoted licence has expired. The installation has not been recorded on the records in my Adobe user. dell have offered no further help. How to get the Acrobat to run for the purchased term?

Adobe online Plans page is not loading, that's where one can make changes to plan.  Looks like this has been done purposefuly to prevent people from cancelling their plans.  On their help site it showed if plans are not loading try in 24 hours.  I ended up paying additional two months subcription after unable to cancel it online on their Plans page.  Eventually called their customer support line and cancelled it.   [Topic edited for clarity]

Hi, I would like to request a refund on my Adobe Photoshop subscription. I tried cancelling it the other day and the website was glitching and wouldn't let me. I really need this money because I lost my job and I'm dead broke. Please help me.

I cancelled a trial subscription within hours of opening it because I could immediately see it woul not be of any value.I recieved a message We are sorry to see you go....'My credit card was charged a few days later and I assumed this was due to the time for the systems and that I ewould receive a refund.I have now been charged a second month.I hVE GONE ONTO MY ACCOUNT AND SEE THAT IF i NOW CANCEL i WILL BE CHARGED  a further £86 or more. I hve tried the Adobe help and that is completely hopeless.Can you advise please.Dear Tom,This email confirms that you canceled your AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription. Acabo de registarme en Adobe para la prueba gratutita, y me aparece el plan de adboe acrobart pro y el del asistente de IA, ambos en prueba gratuitua.La gracia es que no es lo que esperaba, con la misma le doy a los botones de cancelar plan dentro de mi cuenta, y luego de elegir el motivo de la cancelación y darle a continuar me dice error, no se ha podido cargar sus datos, inténtelo de nuevo más tarde. No entiendo pk pasa esto, otra cosa es que en ambos planes me dice que me quedan 0 días de prueba gratuita, cuando hoy mismo, hace unos minutos me he registrado y apuntado a la prueba gratuita que SUPUESTAMENTE tiene 7 días de prueba. Necesito ayuda urgente, me niego a que se me realize ningún tipo de cobro por un fallo de ustedes.

My CC all apps subscription is coming to an end next month, so I thought I would look at what other options are available.Creative Cloud All Apps (Pro?) is jumping to a little over $30 AUD per month, Ouch! For context, I am accessing all apps on a student/teacher discount. Anyway, I digress. So, I look at the other plan options, and I see the Photoshop Plan. $35.99 AUD for Photoshop and a some other cool stuff. But then you dig a little further to see what else is included in the Creative Cloud single app membership. So, you click on 'Learn more about Photshop'. I've tried a virtual visa and my local bank card and both were rejected, could you supply me with a different payment method or just activate a 7day trial for my account? i need access to photoshop.adobe.com not the desktop app. Thank you

In September, I accepted Adobe's offer of two free months.On December 6th, when the offer expired, I was supposed to purchase the annual prepaid photography plan for €144.However, this morning (November 5, 2025), Adobe notified me via email that my account had been suspended for non-payment?!I contacted an agent via chat with the intention of suspending this payment request because November was still free.Instead, they offered to resolve the issue by immediately paying for the annual prepaid plan with an additional free month.I declined because I couldn't afford that this month, intending to proceed in December.Now, however, I no longer have offers for photography plans at €144 per year, but at much higher prices.What happened?Is there a way to resolve this?I've been using Adobe software since 2011 and don't want to abandon the suite now.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud for my company and entered my credit card information, but the page froze during the process. Since then, I’ve been prompted to confirm my email via a code — however, I’ve never received the confirmation email.I’ve checked my spam folder and tried resending the code multiple times, but I still can’t access my account. When I attempt to create a new account using the same email address, I receive an error stating that an account already exists.I’m concerned that since I entered my credit card details, I may be charged for the full subscription despite not being able to log in and cancel. When I log into/ sign into Creative Cloud, it shows all the apps are locked? Never happened before in at 5+ years. I have a pristine Adobe relationship/account. On an apple OS 26.1 My plan page, etc. is blank with the data also. Logged in. Logged out. Re-started, etc. What's going on? Thank you?

Hi!I currently have the photography plan 20 gb. I would like to change this plan into lightroom for mobile/ipad 100 gb (premium paid version). I dont get the option to do this, lightroom for mobile does not come up as an option. How can I change the plan? Will I loose any data/pictures in the cloud or elswhere changing from photography plan to lightroom for mobile? Best regards!

hello!I purchased an annual premium subscription in the lightroom app for my phone, which unfortunately stopped working.I checked on the official website, he sees the subscription. and she's active. in the lightroom app, I tried to restore past purchases and he doesn't see them. the iphone phone. logging out of my account and restarting my phone didn't help. Hey i already unsubscribe before the deadline in the last month but still didn't get refund and also you deduct money this month please refund my amount.

I am unable to access Plans for the last 3 days (since 2/11/2025). The home page is just 2 spinning discs but pretty much everything else is working on my account page. No Plans access from any direction. I wish to cancel my plan since the 50% increase to the monthly payment. Is there an email address for adobe or a telephone contact as I can't seem to find either.Denis.

Hi,I wanted to start a free trial with my current email. Instead of logging in with my google account I typed in my email. Unfortunately, I mis-typed it with one wrong letter. And the result? A new 7 day free trial account is created with MY CARD details!As a software engineer to me this is outrageous! How on earth a big company like Adobe does not have a security check before activating an account! Before password creation! It's unbelievable! Was this done on purpose to rip people off as I can see some other users who were charged like this and they couldn't even access to real customer service agents!Does anyone know how to contact to a real agent as their customer service AI bot tells me I do not have an active account(not counting my free trial, very sweet Adobe!), so I am not allowed to access to their real agent?Please do let me know if there is anything I can try. I do not wish to cancel my card just because of this!

I took out a free one week trial of Adobe and cancelled before that week expired on 29th October 2025, but today i have received a charge of £29.96, please can anyone assist?

I wanted to restore my purchases from my new email account, but I subscribed to my old email account instead. 

I thought that the Creative Cloud 20gb plan had been withdrawn for new subscribers? However Amazon appear to be selling 12 month subscriptions for arounf £100 here in the UK. It states they are only for new subscribers, but then says  existing subscribers must first complete current membership term before linking new subscription term. Are these fake? It doesn't seem worth the hassle for the cost saving.thx

I have two accounts. My employer paid for an account in early October. A couple of weeks later an auto renewal happened with my personal account that is no longer needed. I would like a reimbursement please. I have had no success in reaching someone to address this situation.
