Acrobat Reader

Hallo, ich kann die Überlappung, beim Ausdruck von PDF Dateien in Postergröße nicht einstellen, sie beträgt immer, egal welche Auswahl im Kästchen angebe,an Überlappung, 5 mm. Ich möchte ohne Überlappung ausdrucken.Jemand eine Idee dazu ? 

Every time I open Acrobat it stops me from doing any work with ads, notifications, etc. Is there a way to shut all of this off so I can just use the application? It kills productivity and it's ultra annoying.

I have a large book as PDF file and it contains a number of maps with topographic names.I need to select these names only from the map and export these names to MS Word or any other text editor for translation purposes. Currently these names are in English.Is there a quick way of doing this?Translating a globe per se is a rather tedious task.

I have a project in RoboHelp 2022 publishing to Frameless that includes Conditional Tags that I have added as Dynamic Content Filters. We use these filters so staff can quickly find items that apply to their audience type(s).The filters work perfectly in locating topics, however I've run into an issue when users use these filters and then try using the email share option. The URL that is attached to the email includes the Dynamic Content Filter selected:If someone then trys to use that URL that is emailed, it will launch the correct website; however, the topic details don't display. Instead, it states "This topic is filtered out by the selected filters".  I'm not sure how to correct this issue and looking for advice.

I have always been able to open and read Acrobat files without a subscription . Since Monday, Jan 3 2022 I get a pop up asking me to buy or take 7 day free trial.When close the pop up , it closes out of the pdf file. Has something changed? I am using Google Chrome browser

This question has been asked several times - and answered by Adobe staff with consistently incorrect information.I want to print single sided from Mac OS 10.13. Adobe is set to print duplex by default. Version 2018.009....Referring to answers provided in other threads:1. There is no "Print duplex" option to de-select.2. There is no way to specify to print single sided.3. There are no settings in Mac Printer Preferences to override what the application (Acrobat) sends to the printer.Please guys, provide an answer that is useful and correct rather than dismissive and incorrect.Thank you.

Hi everyone, there appears to be a bug with the latest release of Adobe Reader 2024. When you zoom the content and then reflow the content is reverted to 'Fit to width'. It doesn't seem possible to use the reflow tool. The only way that I could solve this problem is by going View > Disable New Acrobat Reader. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there anything I can do to advise users how to avoid this problem in the new version? Is Adobe aware and doing anything about this?

Hello. Recently, as in just in the last month since Adobe Reader auto updated, I struggle with print consistency. I will open a PDF file that we have printed thousands of times before with no issues, hit print, and it comes out of the printer with all colors negative to what they should be, whether I print greyscale or not. (see image for example). I have since figured out that the "Print as Image" selection is what causes this. Why? I haven't figured that out. But I have figured out that this is the root cause for sure. When I uncheck this selection, it prints fine. HOWEVER, I am also unable to reliably uncheck it. Checking other forums/discussions lead me to believe that simply unchecking grayscale will allow me to access this, but it only works 50% of the time randomly. I have no idea how to fix this issue, and it is the same whether I "disable new acrobat reader" or not. I have a problem with certain colors not previewing in pdfs only in Pro DC...older acrobat views same file correctly? Reinstalling didn't help. Has anyone else had this problem?

I do not understand your question. I expect to open my documents/files using Adobe Reader. However, I am now forced to use other applications like Foxit PDF Reader which I do not like.

why I can't complete annotate without stopping . for example if I want to write a word I have to press the annotate icon after each letter

When I try to highlight text, my cursor is very big and it selects two lines at one, how can I reduce the size of the cursor.   I can select and copy text to paste in to new document.Very frustrating, can any one help?Anthony

I have a PDF Fillable form that includes text fields, drop downs, and check boxes. These are used as check lists to complete loans. 1 person starts the form, they are able to fill everything in, check the boxes etc. They save this form to a folder. The 2nd person comes in and the form is no longer fillable. There are no signatures on the form, we just have them type their name. There are no security settings.  Any ideas on how to fix this? We desperately need each person to be able to use the fillable fields after the previous person saves it. 

Ich hab folgendes Problem mit meinem Adobe Acrobat Reader. Ich bekomme imme das Dokument mit seiner Beschnittgrenzen angezeigt. also der Beschnitt ist immer mit zu sehen. Egal was ich in den Vorreinstellungen änderer, die Ansicht bleibt gleich. Ich habe Acrobat bereits neu Installiert und das Problem bleibt weiterhin bestehen. Vielleicht kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir Helfen die Ansicht wieder auf die Standardt Ansicht zurück zu setzen, sodass ich den Beschnitt des Dokumentes nicht mit in der Ansicht habe, auser ich blende ihn geziehlt ein. Ich verwende die aktuellste Version vom Acrobat Reader und verwende einen Windows Laptop. I had to download the reader for a document that specified it. Now, every time I try to open a document, it is opening in Adobe's reader instead of the one I have set as default. I have checked all the settings in apps (Windows 11) and they are all set to my preferred reader except for Adobe protocol which I assume by the name is specific to adobe.And even though nowhere else in the machine shows Adobe for anything related to my files, when I click a pdf file, it opens in Adobe. Why is that and how do I prevent it? It is beyond irritating when I have filled in the blanks and added the exceptions to have some app decide to override my preferences. 

I'm trying to download Acrobat Reader and am having issues. An online notary service I'm planning to use requires "Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Standard, or Acrobat Professional with JavaScript and browser display enabled to access the digital certificate electronically attached to your notarized record." It then gives a line to download Adobe reader for free and says "You must have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader version 6.x or newer." My Operating System is Windows 10. I have an Adobe acct. for PhotoShop and LightRoom. I don't see an option for the free Reader version of Acrobat, just buttons for Try (7 day trial) and Buy for Acrobat Pro. There are no options for Reader or a free "lite" version. I wouldn't be using Acrobat enough to buy it, I could likely "Try" and do what I need during the trial period, but I'd like to be able to have access to the free Reader edition. When I click on the provided link to the Reader edition I un-click the option to install McAfee Security Sc
