Acrobat Reader

Help!!! I can't turn my computer off because it says that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC still has a task running and that I need to close the task before it can close the program and then turn my computer off. Problem is, I can't close the window and it doesn't even let me quit using the tool bar.Thanks!!

I added some comments on a pdf on the Adobe Acrobat Reader app on my laptop. After a couple of days, my laptop shut down, and I had to restart it.Now when I reopened the same file, those comments are not there.I do not know what to do. They were really important. Can someone help me?

Following an Adobe software update the main tool bar has disappeared. (cut and paste below) How is it restored please?  

One of the main reasons for QBDBMGRN not running on this computer is that one should update his QuickBooks. Because the software is updated but the firewall of the system has old versions that block the working of QBDBMGRN because it is an unknown process for it. To overcome this, one should update its system Firewall to get the latest security updates. And reboot your system. If still, the issue occurs then close your QuickBooks app and reboot your system. 

When using Adobe Reader and I get a pop up message "Terms and Condistions" unable to accept or Cancel the pop up. I have to re-start the application however problem contiunes unable to use the software

Hello!I have a problem. When editing a pdf-document (PDF form) in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, the changes are saved. However, when you open this saved form through Acrobat Reader, the changes are not visible. The source document is opened without changes.When you open a document through Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, changes are visible. With what it can be connected?

Why do my toolbar icons looks so pixelated and aliased? Both on Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) as well as external 1920x1080 monitor? OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6

My Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 2023.0008.20470; which is up to date) does not show the option of 'Export to Word' for comments even though forums say that option should be available. Does anyone know how to fix that? Here is what it shows as options.

Dear Support and CommunityI have a strange problem with opening active forms. In the attachment you can see the screenshots.I will write the steps I am doing and what happens is even stranger.1. computer with Windows 10. I remove Adobe Acrobat DC completely.2. I delete the Adobe directories from USERNAME/AppData3. I restart the computer4. I install a clean version of Adobe Acrobat DC (doesn't matter if I do it with 64 or 32bit)5. I launch Adobe Reader6 I open the active form7. it works!!!8. I close Adobe Acrobat9. i start adobe acrobat10. open the SAME file with the active form11. i get screen 1 - NO BDU12. i click OK - i get message number 2 that reads "Please wait.... if this messsage...." Interestingly - I copied adobe directories from AppData (local, locallow and roaming) after clean installation of Adobe Reader. When the problem appeared after step 8, I restored these directories to AppData (local, locallow, roaming) but this did not cause Adobe Acrobat to respond correctly.&

When I open a Multi-Page document, generated out of Adobe InDesign, the imagery 'flashes' on screen. If for example I have 4 images, they will flash intermittently. Really annoying. Anyone experience similar?

Hello. I am using Microsoft Word and sometimes I have to save documents as PDFs. The question is where is saved the document after I hit the Save as Adobe PDF button or the Export -> Create Adobe PDF?It's looking like is saving. After that, the Word document is closed but PDF is not opening, or requesting a location to be filed.I have searched in my documents in program files, but I wasn't able to find the newly generated documents. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, I am making PDF maps for my company to use. They are being made in Bluebeam Revu 21. The plan is to allow employees to view these massive PDF documents in Adobe Reader and select the layers they need to see. When opening the PDFs in Acrobat Reader, the child layers remain even when i deselect the parent layer. Then the child layers become grayed out. I have many parent layers and child layers and cannot expect employees to go and deselect 50 layers every time they open it.I cannot make most of the layers "Default: No" on view due to the fact every employee will wish to see different layers. I attached some pictures of an example document to illustrate. Bluebeam Revu shows what I want: which is the child layers to dissappear when a parent layer is deselected.Please help me!

Bei mehreren PDF Dateien sind die Kommentare verschwunden.Die Dateien wurden 2021 mit der damaligen Adobe Reader Version erstellt.Dabei wurden Kommentare sowie Textfelder erstellt. Diese sind nun nicht mehr vorhanden.Der Adobe Reader ist auf der aktuellsten Version.Auch auf anderen Rechnern in unserem Netzwerk sind die Kommentare nicht im Adobe sichtbar. Die Geschützte Ansicht sowie die geschützte Ansicht ist aus/deaktiviert. 

Hi When I click on the highlight tool and highlight a specific text, the cursor automatically goes straight to the hand tool. When I hover my cursor over the hand tool, it is described as 'click to pan around the document'. This means that every time I want to highlight a text in my document, I have to reclick the highlight button which is quite annoying. I would like to keep my highlight tool on as I go through the pages of my document so that I can highlight different texts without reclicking the highlight tool. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.Can someone please please help me?  Kind regardsAlexandra 

This is when the PDF is created and rendered/previewed from Acrobat Reader and the issue is there for latest acrobat version too.When you open the PDF in Acrobat Reader and then when you scroll it and if you have more that one page in the PDF, it gives an error saying "There was a problem reading this document (135)".Is this a known issue in Acobat? Any resolution? Reinstalling acrobat version didn't help.Thank you in advance...!/Manu

Hi, I bought new laptop, win 11 if it is important. I downloaded Acrobat Reader 2023.008.20470, installed it but Adobe PDF (Virtual printer) wasn't installed.Tell me please what i did wrong? On the old laptop i just installed Acrobat Reader and printer automatically installed too.
