Hi,Can the team account admin see and access the documents that I open or edit with my Adobe reader? Thanks
How can I increase the mouse wheel vertical scrolling speed in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? Mouse wheel activated vertical scrolling speed for all of my other Window 10 desktop programs is sufficiently fast. But Acrobat Reader DC is rather slow. And consequently it takes a lot of extra spinning of the mouse wheel to scroll vertically. For this reason alone, I strongly prefer using Microsoft Edge as my default PDF reader.
Hi there, my Adobe Acrobat Reader has been doing something wrong recently, it just happened today, when I was trying to write on a document using my pen tool, right after I touched the screen with my finger to write, it immediately changed it to the select tool, and it is continuously doing this, which is really frustrating if I am trying to do my work. Can someone help me with this issue or send me some guidance steps, please?
Is there anyone who can help me cancel the Adobe subscription? I tried to do that manual thing and it's not working. I have been trying to cancel this subscription ever since and it's refusing. Is there anyone who knows the contact details I can use to get any account canceled?
Hello all, I have noticed that Acrobat Reader (free version) crashes when clicking on a field in a PDF. However, it doesn't crash if you wait a bit until the "Free 7-day trial" prompt pops up on the bottom left. Only then can you edit the PDFs as normal. Selecting Menu > Disable new Acrobat Reader seems to fix the problem. I have tried multiple PDFs and the issue only happens with forms that have fillable fields and not static PDFs. Opening Acrobat by itself and then selecting the PDF from the recents list also is a workaround. This issue happens when opening the forms directly. I am running Windows 10 Pro 22H2. I have tried reinstalling, repairing, disabling security features like Protected View, as well as the various registry edit tweaks discussed in neighbouring threads. Nothing seems to have worked. Version of Acrobat Reader: the latest January 4th update, 2023.008.20458 Thanks for your help
I got a new laptop so had to download acrobat reader to it, and the latest version is so user-unfriendly that I cannot use it for my work. I can't even find simple functions like enable scrolling, sizing, etc. How can I find and download the older version? (version 2023.008.20458 according to the info on my old laptop). Thanks
Was ist passiert?
Every time I try to open a PDF I get a pop-up with the Adobe logo that says Welcome back. (I just opened a PDF a day or two ago so I have not been "gone.") It then lists an unfamiliar email address under "Personal Account" and says that I've previously signed in with that address. Um, NO. And it invites me to sign in with another account/PW. This just looks suspicious to me, like it could be malware. (I am using a Mac.)There's a red close box in the upper left corner but it doesn't work. The only way to disable this is to force quit but then it appears again if I try to open a PDF. I will try to attach a screen shot.Does anyone know if this is legit and I should just enter my actual account email and PW to get rid of it? Thanks.

Hi All, I have a question. When I print a pdf from my Adobe, lets say its 5 pages. The First 4 pages will print quick and fine, then the last page lags. My printer is set up manually so I have it plugged into my computer. When printing once the 4th page is done I had to pull the cord out a little to have it print the 5th page. If I don't do that method it takes over a minute to print the last page. Even if I only print one page it does this. I hear the printer make the noise that it got the document it just doesn't print. I print on other formats too like Microsoft Word/Excel on the internet, even my email it prints all pages fine it is just with Adobe. Any help, or is it just my printer?

I now find when I attempt to open the reader from the desk top icon I get an error message that it has been moved or no longer exists. I attempted to access the settings app to run the modify function and I get an error message that that the uninstall function is not supported. I tried to run unistall and I get the same message. I also attempted to just install from the web site and that also failed. The app in settings shows the reader and a 351MB volume but I can not find it anywere on my system. My operating system is windows 10 Greg Thornley [Email address removed]
Hello, our company uses Jobber for our daily work, and when I open up Adobe PDF files in this program, only the top 15% of the page displays. When I open the file in my own file explorer system, this issue doesn't occur, and the entire contents of the page display. My colleague does not experience the same issue that I am experiencing in getting the entire contents of the page to display when she opens an Adobe PDF in Jobber. Can somebody please advise on what could be causing this? Thank you in advance.
Whenever I try to open a new sticky note in my pdf, it always moves to the extreme right and gets hidden in the right side panel. It's not at all visible, and so I have to drag it every time, and then resize it again to take notes. It's always so frustrating. Can anyone please help me with this?

Is there any way I can get a PDF to show the way I last viewed it ?This means:1) The same zoom level.2) The same page.3) The same navigation panes4) The same bookmarks expanded in the same way.5) The same show/hide settings. Is it really too hard to store this information somewhere ( databases anyone ? ) for each PDF document I open ?This is baby programming. I would even pay for a version of the reader which did this. Instead every time I open a PDF document everything is set to some predetermined beginning and I must change everything once again the way I need it in order to view the document. Why oh why, Adobe, is this so hard to provide for users of Adobe reader ?
I am running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro through my Creative Cloud subscription on a 2022 MacBook Pro, which is running the latest version of Ventura MacOS. But Acrobat keeps crashing when I try to Create PDF From Scanner. While it will do the Overview scan, when I click Scan again, it completes for all of two seconds before crashing. As noted in the next paragraph, I couldn't even get that far without any issues unless I used the Show Details mode. Before now, it was only working with my Epson ET-2800 if I used the Show Details mode, and then only in black and white. And even then, only if I use the driver that has “(ICA)” at the end without quotes. Otherwise I had to Force Quit from Activity Monitor to be able to try scanning again. The ICA bit was an issue before anything else, but mostly manageable. It’s not the Epson; I replicated the problem with my Epson WF-3620. Full crash logs from both are attached, but this error stands out: Exception Type: EXC_CRA
Hi there!I was reading through a very long pdf file, highlighting the most important passages. The auto-saving option is activated to save the file every 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I can't find those "temporal files". They are neither in my C>windows>temp-folder, nor in my C>programs>Adobe-folder, and I can't reopen or restore it by opening adobe reader DC (version 2015.023.20070), or the original file.I am really lost right now, and appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. Maria
When opening a document from a WebDAV location (e.g. \\server@8081\XXXX) then Adobe warns me about opening this document because the host is not in the trusted list. The host should be "server", but Adobe interprets the non-standardized port (8081) from the file path "server@8081" as host.Is that a known issue? This is the path of the document when it is open in Adobe:This is the warning when opening documents from this location:We have tested this issue with different Versions of Adobe Reader, at least with Versionand also with Version 2300820421
