Acrobat Reader

We are experiencing issues nstalling Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro (x64) on a VMware Horizon Instant Clone Image or in an App Stack.We can install Adobe Reader on the image or create an App Stack and it works fine.We can't however run Acrobat Pro on the image - it would violate the volume licesning.Acrobat Pro "lools" like it packages correctly in an App Stack, it attaches but is not available. Ideally, we would like to have both applications installed on the image, but having the apps in an App Stack will work. The image is based on Windows Enterprise 10 x64 - Build 22H2.Running VMware Horizon View 2303, App Volumes 2209. Any help will be appreciated. 

Hello Adobe Community, Trying to help one of our customers with their Adobe.When clicking on review and sign from the Outlook email, it takes them to the following page  - Tried opening it in another browser but it still does the same thing.Tried clickinig on Adobe Acrobat Sign linkon top but and when we sign in I get the following error We do have Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine. 

Hello We keep getting this when we open a PDF in our adobe Pro and  once it pops up takes sometime before it allows you click on the X button.We have gone to Preferences to stop the pop ups and restarted our computer and this is still happening.Dont have the option to  EDIT, PREFERENCES, PAGE DISPLAY AND DISABLE CONTENT PREPARATION PROGRESS BAR  or EDIT PREFERENCES DOCUMENTS, CLEAR ALL UNDER DOCUMENT CRECHE SECTION Please advise, thank you 

I downloaded a PDF from an email, opened it in Adobe Reader Acrobat (DC), and now when I try to save it to a particular folder, cannot because when I click on the "save as" all I get is an empty white box. I tried re-installing, but when I do the installation fails because it is already there. So I went to see how to uninstall it, and was invited to look for the CreativeCloud icon on the Apple menu bar, and it is not there.Help, please.

HiI'm opening PDF's which open in my Acrobat Reader. This is showing I'm logged in and shows the function to convert PDF to Excel etc. I click convert and nothing happens (it used to just convert). I'm finding now I have to log in via the browser to convert. Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong in the reader? Surely the conversion functions would not be there if we weren't meant to use.Cheers, Neil

Buongiorno, da quando (pochi giorni fa) Acrobat è stato aggiornato, non mi dà più la possibilità di gestire le firme (immagini) che uso. Sono utilizzabili le due che avevo precedentemente, ma se le voglio sostituire il pulsante x per eliminare una firma non risponde. Nella precedente versione utilizzando "x" eliminava la firma e mi dava la possibilità di sostituirla con un'altra.

Adobe has been doing this to me for the past few days - I've removed and reinstalled half a dozen times with no fix.  I get this weird non-text when going into preferences or properties and the tool side bar doesn't show lables/text. Since it keeps occurring even after a completely new reinstall and I cannot access preferences to check, let alone do, anything, I'm at a compete loss.

The document allows me to choose the highlight function; however, the highlighter tool doesn't highlight anything. The document is not protected and was saved via microsoft save to pdf. Thanks for you help!

Bonjour, Jai malencontreusement appyé sur "non" lors de la restauration des fichiers que je n'avais pas sauvegardé lors de ma session précedente  sur Adobe Reader. J'aimerais savoir si il y a moyen de les récupérer parce que ce sont mes notes de cours et c'est super important. Merci à vous. 

I am having trouble resetting my retangle tool, the settings dont always appear to adjust the fill and line ect. I also locked the setting on accident, and cant seem to delete or edit what I am drawing. I would like to just default the entire tool, basically.

Hi all,When proofreading 3-column documents, I'm finding that I have to shift the pages very slightly for each new page so I can see all three columns at once. If I could only make the Comments window slightly narrower, that would solve the problem. Is there a way to do this? (I need to keep the Comments window open, but I'd just like it to be narrower.) I use Firefox to view the cloud files, if that's important. Thanks in advance!

Hi, when will the 32bit version of Adobe Reader be end of life?I guess the 64bit unified will sometime replace the 32bit "old" Reader install because why would Adobe maintain 2 different applications when the unified application is enough. Is there some information on that?The best would be a Timeline because many companies still use the 32bit version and need to test the 64bit version before it will go EOL.Kind regards Luca

Please help me about the screen noise like mosaic problem as bellow. This is the screen when I just opened the file.                           When I click on the screen, noise appears. If I change the zooming, it will disappear. But if I click on the screen again, noise will be shown again.                         My PC condition Windows 10 Home 64bit Acrobat Reader DC 19.021.20049.27333 I already installed latest patch (19.021.20049 Optional update), but it didn't work.   [Title Edited by Moderator ]

I have yet to get an answer to why my Adobe Reader is crashing while doing a SAVE AS function. It's been over nine (9) months. I've upgraded to Windows11, uninstalled using the special tool, reinstalled. Nothing helps.  It is extremely annoying and not worthy of Adobe.

The Acrobat Customization Wizard allows you to modify the start menu shortcuts.You can create new folders and shift where the shortcuts are created.But the rename option is greyed out.Is there anything I can do to be able to rename the shortcuts?Adobe Reader x64 defaults the name to Adobe Acrobat DC which I would like to change 

And I have tried every password imaginable. Can't open certain PDFs. How can I get around this? Since I am unable to open the PDF I can't go into Protect and turn off encryption. So now I havePDFs I can't open. Anyone know of a workaround?

Hello everyone, While I tried to open a file in Acrobat Reader I had an update warning and couldn't open the file, then I uninstalled the existing software and downloaded the new version from the website.Despite I always downloaded and installed this software  the same way, this time I got a warning message saying I already have the latest version of Acrobat reader and therefore the version I was trying to download is failed (I was trying to downlod the new version after I uninstalled the existing version).I would be pleased if anybody knows how to fix this problem..Best wishes..

When I want to mark something in Pdf it switches all the time to the function "to select". It is very annoying, is there a way to turn it of so that i can use the function "to mark" constant without it switching all the time? 

In desktop mode, we can jump to specific page when open a pdf from web browser.(e.g. https://www.adobe.com/jp/print/pdfs/preflight_low.pdf#page=4 )However, it does not work on Mobile App (Android / iOS).   It can download the pdf file but cannot jump to specific page. How to do the same for Mobile App?  

Hi,  Scrolling with finger on touchscreen in no longer available in my Dell XPS WIN11 laptop.  When you try scrolling it mealy highlights the text.I have re-installed Acrobat DC 64bit and restarted laptop several times.Any ideas?  thanks in advance. Dale

Hallo, ich verzweifel hier. Vor ein paar Wochen bin ich auf Win 11 gegangen. Immer wenn ich den Reader öffne, bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung. Das Programm startet aber und funktioniert auch. Ich kann die Fehlermeldung wegklicken, sie kommt aber nach Minuten immer wieder. Auch, wenn das Programm nur im Hintergrund ausgeführt wird. Ich habe auch schon deinstalliert, den Adobe Cleaner genutzt. Als Admin neu installiert, immer das gleiche Bild... Hat jemand eine Idee? Das nervt leider sehr.
