Acrobat Reader

So, i have my notes updated on one drive, as I want to access them using my android tab acrobat reader but can't do so as it won't connect with my education one deive account. It says 'Connection failed consult IT' I am able to connect it on my iphone and also laptop but not my android tab plz look into this.

HI.we use pdf 3d dravings often and one feature that is important to us is when you highlight some anotation it highlights part of the 3d part that that anotation refers to, at least it did that on the windows 7 and reader version 11.0.18. now we have new hardvare, windows 11 and the leatest reader and cant get that functione to work.atached are the pictures to see the diferenceplease help, it is a crutial feature.

Hi,I think that the license for Acrobat Reader DC volume distribution license does NOT allow what I want, but I just want to verify... We have an RDP farm set up for our customers to access a custom application. On the desktop hosts that customers access, would we be allowed to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with the free volume distribution license? Seeing as this is perhaps not fully internal (the servers are, but the users are not), perhaps this is not covered by the license?Thanks in advance.

I use Adobe Reader for proof-reading (in Danish). In earlier versions of the Adobe Reader software, if I wanted to replace a piece of text, I could simply mark the text and write the correction directly in the text file. The old text would be crossed out with a blue line, and the new text would appear as a comment. Also, if I wanted to insert, say, a comma or a space, I could simply mark with the cursor where the text needed to be and type in the insertion. Now I have to constantly press the commenting toolbar if I want to add or mark text, and afterwards I have to press the toolbar again to get back to the cursor. Having to do this for every single correction is a pain. Only the deletion of text retains the previous function (using backspace). The old system worked perfectly, and I wonder if there is any way to enable the old functions? This new system is literally making my job harder, and I am considering looking for other text commenting software.

Hi all,I have a number of marketing users who, at the moment, must turn on "Simulate Overprint" on every single document. Additionally, after the output preview box is closed, the view reverts back and layers are dropped off.Is there any way to turn "Simulate Overprint" automatically On and keep it that way? I am having an issue where the Adobe Reader prompts "Do you want to save the change" without modifying or making a change. And, then it took me to "choose a different folder" and then asks me " This file already exists, do you want to replace it". This happens with all Adobe filles after I downloaded I new Adobe Acrobat. Any idea? Any help?

I have been having issues today with downloading and installing Adobe reader. I have even gone through the direct link and I get this error: The requested URL /pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/2300120143/AcroRdrDC2300120143_en_US.exe was not found on this server. The requested URL /pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/2300120143/AcroRdrDC2300120143_en_US.exe was not found on this server. This happens on both my hotspot as well works network. As well as in an incognito window. When I use an old exe. I get Application failed to initialise. Hope this helps.

Very annoying bug, I cannot access my own file anymore.MAC Adobe Acrobat added a password protection to a file when I added a government form (which was only protected from modification?). I have hundreds of files named in Chinese, when I use search funtion and type in Chinese text to find files, the results always shows irrelevant files!I use windwos, andriod, iOS and Chorme platforms, al the problems stays the same...so sad!Please Help fix this bug!!

Why is Adobe Acrobat Reader behaving so weirdly on Windows 10? When I select the text, it takes me back to the previous slide, and the zoom-in box randomly opens; that takes at least 1000 clicks to get shut. 

My online research shows that Adobe Acrobat Reader by default updates on its own while connected to the internet. Can someone verify this and also where I can see the settings for this? I only ask because our Adobe Acrobat Reader installs are still on the same version (2023.003.20269 | 64bit)  when we released the virtual desktops. 

We set all our pdfs to have an inital view of "fit page" and have never had an issue. This week we were notified by web visitors (who were all using the chrome extension) that they were seeing a double first page, one small and one full screen size. Anyone not using the exension did not see this issue. I did some testing and discovered if I change the initial view setting to "default" and reloaded the pdf to our site, this no longer happens.  Attached print screen - Left side is what the visitor sees. Right side I drew lines around the two since it is hard to see initally what is happening. Anyone else see this happening? Is there a way to tell if the extension was recently updated and thus the bug was introduced?

I updated my Adobe Reader to the latest version already But my past documents still cannot show Chinese characters  (which added by Fill & Sign feature) Please advise the solution if possible. Thanks! 

I have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. It appears that the ability to import and export PDF form data has been entirely removed. Is that correct, or is it just really well hidden away, please?

Buenas, queria poner en charla si a alguien mas le salta este error al querer instalar el lector de PDF de Adobe, descargo el instalador desde la pagina oficial y al momento de inicar la descarga y finalizar salta "Error 150200". Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente y me comunicaron que es por el S.O. antiguo, pero literal el dia anterior a hoy lo usaba normalmente al programa en ese mismo equipo, pero tuve que reinstalar los programas por problema ajeno. Cuestion, no estoy encontrando si quiera algun lector de PDF para Windows 7 y Adobe era el mejor, no se si a alguien mas le paso y encontro solucion pero estoy a la espera de que alguien lea y tenga alguna opcion. Saludos 

Hello there, We have the following Problem in our company: When the Adobe Acrobat Reader is openend everything seems normal but as soon as you move your mouse away from the Adobe window or even click onto a different window the Window Bar disappears, aswell as the Menu of Adobe Acrobat Reader, you cannot drag the window anymore or close it through you usual means. You have to go to your taskbar and close it that way. When you open the window through the Task bar the Window bar appears but as soon as you click on it, it disappears again.Trendmicro is installed Windows is on the newest Version. A Clean uninstall and a new set up with a new Windows did not work aswell. Thank you beforehand.

I used to save excel files as PDF then copy the text and paste to note or somewhere else for work.But today I tried to do the same work and it could not paste the text from the pdf file which was save by excel.And I also tried to copy/paste the text from the pdf file which was save by excel one week ago, it worked fine.Another test was opened the pdf by Chrome and it worked fine.And I checked the file "Content Copying : Allowed". Did anyone have this issue?Please try to copy the text which I upload if you have the same latest Acrobat Reader ver. Thank you 🙂 Acrobat Reader - Continuous Release | ver. 2023.003.20269 | 64bitExcel -  2307(Build 16626.20170) 

I am trying to open a PDF that is password protected. I am not able to open it even after I enter the correct password. I am able to open the same PDF with same password on a Windows machine. OS details: Mac OS Ventura Version 13.5.2 (22G91) Acrobat Reader details:    Architecture: arm64 Processor: Apple M1 Build: 23.6.20320.0 AGM: 7.1.1 CoolType: 8.3.1 JP2K: 4.0.0.52671   This is the error that I get:   The password is incorrect. Very strange issue hereWindows 11Adobe ReaderIn the File Explorer Preview window, the PDF file is filled out, yet when opened, there is nothing in the forms.However, if I email it to someone (also Windows 11) and they open it in the email, it's filled out. However, if the person downloads and opens the file, it's again blank (forms are not filled).However (again) if I open the file in the email and print it as a PDF (using cutepdf) the forms are filled out.This is NOT making any sense.Any help

HiSomeone has kindly embedded an MP4 video that I created in a PDF for me. It works and plays absolutely fine on my laptop but I cannot get it to run on my primary desktop machine.Both machines are running version 2023.006.20320The only difference that I can see is that in Preferences -> Multimedia (legacy) -> Player Options the laptop has a checkbox (which is checked) for 'Show Multimedia Controls'; this simply does not exist on the desktop (see attachment).I have now tried uninstalling, downloading and reinstalling Reader several times on my desktop and am completely stuck.I would be very grateful for any help or insight that anyone can offer.
