Setting:- Fresh installation of MacOS 13.4 in host and guest.- Parallels Desktop 18.3.1- Fresh Installation from Adobe Acrobat Reader (Downloaded from Adobe)Problem: Adobe shows a error message after start then a big grey box and can neither used nor stopped. Adobe starts and i can see the main window with last files. After some seconds an error message box occurs with the message: "Adobe has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected.". After pressing "OK" a big grey box occurs and nothing is clickable in the Adobe window. The menu entry "Quit Adobe Acrobat Reader" is not clickable. I found in a forum ( https://forum.parallels.com/threads/macosx-high-sierra-guest-graphics-issues.344640/#post-865475 ) that adding --disable-gpu as parameter to the command in the terminal might help. Using this trick: The main window is useable. After clicking on the "Welcome"-PDF to edit it the again the message from above. A greyish window is above the viewed PDF (this time

I am attempting to change my printing preferences to allow for duplex printing. I am using Windows 10 and a Brother MFC-9340CDW printer. This is a duplex printer. I have set my automatic settings within my printer to duplex. I can print duplex in literally every other application I have used. The "Print on Both Sides of Paper" checkbox IS NOT VISIBLE. The option to adjust this in my printer properties within the print window IS NOT VISIBLE. The response to every question of this nature within the forums is a link to this page: Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC . This does not resolve the issue because this only tells you how to check the box if the box is there to be checked - so please don't reply with this as a potential answer to my question. What can I do to print duplex?
Good day, One of our employees are having trouble with trying to print to a Brother MFC-L9570 single sided. If you open Adobe Acrobat for the first time and changed the profile of the printer to print single sided, then it'll stay single sided as long as you don't close Acrobat. Is there a way to make single-sided the default, even if you close Acrobat Reader? Or is it all contingent to the printer?Thank you for your time!

Has anyone know how to fix this errors? The user is getting either "Insufficient Data For An Image" error or "There was an error while reading this stream" or they get white blank pages.Have user that getting this for the past few weeks with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling adobe, turning off updates and installing the previous update, have tried turning off page cache in settings. Nothing seem to get rid of this error. She viewing files at 75% zoom for the most part so adjusting it to 100% or some other zoom would be a bit insufficient as it would be harder to view due to the resolution. Either getting this error or blank pages with random PDFs Update (06/22): We are still having this problem after reinstalling her whole desktop (upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11) and reinstalling Adobe (without updates). Anyone else have any ideas? We also seem to have this same problem for another user in the same office now. It also causing file explorer to crash as well
Hello all,Fillable PDF forms linked to work are sent to a worker of mine via email. When viewing a file preview in Outlook Desktop, the form is presented and the field data is present in the appropriate fields. When you open the PDF with Reader or Acrobat Pro, the fields on the forms are empty. Fields can be highlighted for testing by clicking on them, and nothing is shown when a space is added to or deleted from a field. When the file is opened in MS Edge, all of the form field data is then accessible. Another one of my employees was able to open the identical form and examine the field data using their Acrobat XI. It's urgent please help.
I have completed a pdf fillable from from a website I use at work every day. When I print it, it prints the previously saved pdf fillable form. I believe I have clicked something somewhere to cause this error but how can I correct this? I hope this makes sense.
Every time I open Adobe Acrobat application on my Mac, I get an annoying pop-up that takes over my screen in a very non-user-friendly fashion asking me to set the default application for PDFs. No matter how many times I click no it always pops up. How do I turn this pop-up off for good without using Adobe Acrobat as my default PDF application on my Mac? There must be a setting somewhere.
Hi,We use a dot matrix to print on to a pre-printed invoice page. Since undating to windows 11, one of our machines is unable to print into the predetermined boxes due to the margin (shown in preint preview as a pink box). See below:We have a windows 10 machine that doesn't have this same issue, all settings and printer drivers are the same, it just seems to be a problem on Windows 11. Are there any settings I could be missing to resolve this?Tested this on Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat ProThank you in advanceLee
Every time I open a PDF file I get this question: Everytime I close the pdf I got two similar questions: When you work hundreds of PDF's daily this not only gets tiring, but time consuming. Is there a way to remove this questions or choose a default setting like "always check out the file"?
Hi,We have been experiencing with issue with PDF previews in Outlook and getting error "This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following previewer: PDF Preview handler," continues to persist.Steps we have already taken in an effort to resolve this matter without any success:1. Power Toys Removal2. Outlook Trust Center Settings: We verified that the necessary settings in Outlook's Trust Center are correctly configured to enable PDF preview. 3. Office 365 and Adobe Reinstallation: We went ahead and reinstalled both Office 365 and Adobe, ensuring that the latest versions were used. 4. We made certain that the installed version of Adobe Acrobat is 64-bit.Anyone facing the same issue or have any solution we can test?
