Acrobat Reader

Olá,Estou tentando assinar um arquivo pdf com a assinatura digital, porém ao clicar em "Assinar" o sistema trava, ou seja, ele para não abre a caixa para salvar o arquivo.Na imagem abaixo me refiro a opção que clico e nada acontece:,,A tela que deveria abrir seria a seguinte:OBS: Desisntalei e instalei o Adobe, também já reisntalei o certificado mas não obtive sucesso.

Diese Fehlermeldung kommt regelmässig bei einem User auf unserer Terminal-Server-Farm."Die initialisierung des Rastermoduls ist fehlgeschlagen" wenn er versucht das PDF zu drucken.Sofort beim starten des Druckdialogs.Nur bei diesen einem User von 200 auf 15 verschieden Windows 2016 Servern.Hat irgendwer eine Idee dazu?

Hi guys, I am attempting to self-publish the digital version of my paperback on Amazon Kindle Direct publishing, using "Kindle Create" to make the necessary layout changes.  I produced my paperback on InDesign. And have just subscribed (free trial) to Adobe in desperate attempt to achieve necessary file conversion (from pdf to rtf or doc. or docx) in order to produce the digital version.  Kindle Create rejects the converted files every time as an Invalid Source.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, kindly? With thanks in advance, Kirsten

I deselected the McAfee's bloatware when attempting to download Adobe Reader for a Guest user on my desktop. Since, now with CC, I would sacrifice a user instance allowing my housesitter to launch Acrobat I needed freeware for that logged in user.  Surprise! The only thing that ACTUALLY installed from my readerdc64_en_wa...exe file was McAfee. Adobe Reader did NOT install. 

Acrobat Reader installer automatically downloads installs McAfee and McAfee Safe Connect garbage.There are NO BOXES that I could untick in the installer or on your website. You're straight up scamming people into downloading this crap.I saw in the other thread that people showed checkboxes that allow to decline McAfee on the download page. Here is the screenshot. The only checkbox here is for Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension.

We have had a client call in who downloads hundreds of PDF documents each week from court websites (legitimate courts in the state of Iowa). Unless the client individually checks the “unblock” checkbox on EACH document they are faced with this error intermittently when trying to preview the document from a UNC path location in their own domain (different from the court’s domain)…. can't access the url, security restrictions prohibit access to untrusted URLsTheir question is:“Is there a way we can en masse uncheck unblock on our hundreds of thousands of PDFs?”Their IT person has tried to use the Trusted locations in Adobe Acrobat Pro adding the URL of the source website but it does not help. Thank you in advance for your response. A link to a blog post with steps I can pass on to their IT person would be great. We cannot manage this firm’s Windows or Adobe Preference settings… we can only show them the root cause (i.e. URL is “blocked” by default if it comes from a website download).

Hi, several of my clients are having issues printing from adobe reader since either reader was updated or a windows update was installed.  Not very helpful errors.  The document looks like it will print, gets to about 84% flattening then 2 errors first one says The document failed to print.  2nd error says An error occurred while printing the document.  For one client these documents were created using DocsCorp pdfdocs 4.5 if that helps.Only affecting adobe reader, can print using other pdf software.Operating system is Windows 10 1709 64 Bit.thanks in advanceMatt

In Adobe ES4, truststore certficate is going to be expire on upcoiming January 8, 2023. Looks like it's a Adobe Root cert, I never updated any cert in Adobe ES4 since installation. How can I get a new Adobe Root CA? Will the new Adobe Root CA be valid for Adobe ES4.I got this Adobe blog - https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/acrobat/kb/reader-extended-pdfs-and-adobe-root-ca-expiry.html , but I did not find the link for new cert to download and import in ES4.Screenshot from ES4 admin console - Any help on this will be appreciated. ThanksHimanshu

Dear allI have recently upgraded my Macbook Air. It is running on Ventura.My Acrobat Pro gives me the following error message on all pdf files stored on Onedrive"Adobe Acrobat could not open [name of file] because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."I have reinstalled Acrobat Pro and the problem persists. I am not very technical, but would really appreciate some guidance on how I can fix this issue as I need to access these files? ThanksBernard

Hello, I've got a couple of issues that I have users complaining about. The first is that the Save icon is not "Save As". We have reports generating a PDF file, the user does not need to edit these reports, but has a need to save them locally after they are generated. They can navigate to Save As and use it successfully, but they're stating the previous version would allow them to click the save icon and get the Save As dialog to save the file without any changes to it. Is it possible to set that as the default save icon in the toolbar? The second is that the Tools Pane on the right side opens by default, they'd prefer it to open minimized. Is there an option for that? I can edit reg keys if necessary. Finally, is there a way to disable the print and email options? I've seen where you can lock down a PDF when it's created, but they would prefer no users are able to print or email documents.

Hello, Anytime I try and open Adobe Acrobat I get another screen pop up that acts like it is trying to load something. I'm not sure what do because once this screen pops up, I am unable to do anything. Anyone else have issues with this? How did you fix it?

Hi There, We have an issue with signing the .pdf files by mobile phone in our company. The documents need to sign by different departments. but if an user would like to sign by phone they cant. because acrobat reader mobile does not support signing by certificate. but if the document already signed by previous department they cant sign it by mobile phone signing system. need support on this matter. thanks.

WIth the new update, I can't find the setting to always open new pdfs as new windows. Did this setting get permanantly removed?

This PDF has the following document restrictions;Printing: Not AllowedChanging The Document: Not AllowedDocument Assembly: Not AllowedContent Copying: Not AllowedContent Copying For Accessability: Not AllowedPage Extraction: Not AllowedCommenting: Not AllowedFilling of form fields: Not AllowedSigning: Not AllowedCreating of Template Pages: Not Allowed I have locked down the Adobe Reader menus.When I launch the PDF Within Adobe Reader and press Ctrl + Shift + S. Is there a way to prevent this from occuring. If not, is there a way to have the Save As box blank and not allow the function to actually save the file. I was going down the route to disable the Ctrl,  Shift and S keys using Scancode Maps, but that was going to cause more problems in the long term then it is worth. Any advice is most welcome. Kind Regards, John
