Acrobat Reader

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but I can't find the answer on this forum.In the past, when I 'prepared a form' and I wanted to be able to add in a signature, I'd choose "Signature" and it would add in a box like the picture attached.Now, it seems that this option is gone, meaning that I can't electronically sign my own documents. Whenever I put in a "signature" box, it just looks like a text box.Is there something that I'm missing? Is there a way for me to electronically sign my documents like before? Or am I expected just to use the "fill and sign" option to sign a document?

Hi I'm having an issue with printing a particular PDF, some of the figures don't print correctly. It only happens in adobe reader, I've tried SumatraPDF and firefox and it doesn't happen in them. It does happen when I print to file as well as printing to a physical paper copy. I have attached the problem PDF, the figures that don't print properly are 4 and 8. You only get a very thin section at the very top, and then the rest of the figure is blank white. The other figures are fine when they print.I don't have a clue what is causing this! Any thoughts please?

Unter Windows kann man ja bei den Einstellungen unter Sicherheit (erweitert) den Hakten bei Geschützten Modus beim Start aktivieren entfernen und dadurch wird es dann möglich auch geschützte Dokumente zu drucken. Bei meinem Windows PC habe ich diese EInstellung auch gefunden, kein Problem. Bei meinem Macbook kann ich diese Einstellung leider nicht finden. Kann mir jemand helfen?

In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, version 2019.010.20069, how in the world do I permanently turn off the task pane and navigation panes? I want the default view to be my PDF document at 100% zoom and neither of those stupid panes on either side.I have gone to Edit -> Preferences and under Page Display I have changed the page layout to single page and the Zoom to 100%. Yet still when I open a new document it'll come up at 52.8% or something that is not 100% zoom and both those panes are up on either side. Im facing an issue today morning when i tried to open a pdf but adobe reader is not responding and then i've to force closed it via task manager can anyone have solution please let me know...

In Adobe Reader, under accessibility, high contrast colors work in Adobe Reader 2017, but not Adobe Reader 8.1. Does anyone know why? Some documents work, and some don't.

Hi Support,I received email contain PDF attachment, using a browser (chrome, firefox) I can open the file without issue but when open using Adobe Acrobat Reader I not able to open it. It came out with below error. I hope your team can check what is the issue. Than kyou 

Adobe Community, I am having an issue printing to a Kyocera MFP using a Job Accounting code on my Macbook. I have setup a Print Preset and tested it, but every time I close out Acrobat Reader and open it back up the preset stops working until I go in and re-confirm the parameters of the preset. The preset will then work for the entire time Acrobat Reader is open, until it is closed and re-opended the next time.  Anyone else experiencing this issue? TIA

Ich benötige Hilfe. Ich habe in den Foren und sonstigen Quellen nichts gefunden. Die PDF Miniaturansichten lassen sich bei Aufruf einer PDF im Deskop nicht darstellen, sondern es erscheint nur das Acrobat Logo. Das Häkchen in den allgemeinen Einstellungen habe ich bei "PDF als Miniaturansicht darstellen" gemacht. Ging leider auch nicht. Gibt es andere Möglichkeiten.

i am logged in on my phone and on google chrome. i had to reinstall adobe acrobat reader to my computer. now when i try to log into the program it says that my email is not associated with an account.

I tried to open an email attachment, and my computer asked what app I wanted to use. I accidentally chose Always Open with Adobe Reader, so now my computer sees ALL my documents as pdfs, but they're not. And I can't open the document at all! How can I reset that? HELP!

When I open Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Surface Pro the header bar reads Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. It functions as Acrobat Reader does, not allowing me to do any of the things Pro does.When viewing the About info. it shows as Pro yet when trying to access a feature of Pro it will not let me and displays the screen asking me to upgrade. Hi,I'm unable to make Hand Tool default when I opened pdf files. I've checked the Preference settings. All looks good. The "Always display the keyboard selection cursor" is unchecked. However, whenever I opened the files, Select Tool was selected even after I changed it to Hand Tool several times.The Acrobat Reader DC that I use is the latest version. I also tried both 32-bit and 64-bit. They have the same issue.Thanks.

New installation of Acrobat, iOS Monterey up-to-date.  When I open Acrobat after install, I get a tour pop-up that freezes and I cannot close out of.  I then have to force-quit Acrobat.  Have tried reinstall several times to no avail.  Thanks for any hel

I have used Adobe for many years now but I cannot get the system to open any files on the usb's I just get a message to say the Reader cannot open file because it is either damaged or not a supported file, I am getting so frustrated. I have now 6 times taken Adobe off my computer and reinstalled it but nothing helps, can anyone please help me as I use the files dayly?  xx 

Every day I view some PDF files generated by a problematic system used in my corporate. Every time I view them, a small window titled "Reconfigure" and says "This file is damaged, but is being repaired." in it appears and disappears. No big problem until now. However, while closing the file Adobe keeps asking "Do you want to save changes to "..pdf" before closing?". I don't want this warning. The only solution that I could find until now is selecting [Adobe Acrobat Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Protected View --> All files]. However this generates a yellow bar at the top which is stating the case and shrinks the view. A better solution?

Hi, I need a problem. When I try to click on any selected .pdf file the message appears: an internal error has occurred. I deleted the program, installed it, then updated it and downloaded the latest. What do?

I'm using windows 10 last edition, I installed Adobe Acrobat DC but it doesn'work to open PDF neither to open the program. I followed all the item (update, correct  and so on )that Adobe support suggested but bthe program doesn't work!

I have a multiple page PDF, when I do the following in DC:Crop Pages / Draw Crop Box / Double Click in box to bring upSet Box Pages / Choose Apply to : Trim Box / Trim Box size is displayed under sample image as 210.00 x 297.00 / Page range: All When i click OK the cropped PDF is created. When I check in Properties, under File Menu, the dimensions are: 210.00 x 297.6. Sometimnes i get different  dcimal differences. Does anyone know why this happens, I am only using the Presets in DC 

After installation of acrobat reader in win11, google chrome and microsoft edge crash when print webpage to pdf. After unintallation of acrobat reader, the issue resolved.Please help.
