I have a fairly length PDF created from a Word document. In Word, I can set up in "read mode" so that the text fits the width of the page (Alt+2) and I can suppress the headers and footers by double-clicking in the gap between any footer and the header of the next page. This makes the document scroll like one long page. I can do it one better by changing to Draft mode. That gets rid of the headers, footers, and margins and in one. I cannot figure out how to do something similar in Acrobat Reader DC. I can get it to scroll without respect to the pages by pressing Ctrl+2, but the margins, headers, and footers are still visible. I can switch to Read Mode (Ctrl+h), but then it also switches to full screen and removes everything including the bookmark map on the left. And that also screws up the window size when I cancel it (Esc or Ctrl+h). Is there any way to make the Reader show the document in a read mode similar to what I can get in Word? I just checked and I have th

Finally able to open downloaded pdf when opened directly from Adobe Reader. But then... when trying to attach/submit the filled-up form, the same dialogue comes back up. Adobe reader version is not latest. How do I resolve this??

Hello, we have Citrix servers where Reader DC is installed.  I was spending time checking the processes running on the server and there were many, many instances of RdrCEF.exe running.  After doing some research on this process I'm still not clear on what it does.  Is it used for Reader updates?  Is it used for syncing cloud services?  Maybe both?  Different posts say different things.  Either way, we update Reader through other means and we do not need the cloud service, so we do not need or want RdrCEF running.  I've searched and searched, but cannot find anything about how to stop this process from running other than renaming the .exe file.I saw this post below where other people were complaining about it on Citrix servers too, but there was nothing in there about stopping RdrCEF from running.  RdrCEF high cpu usage I have implemented these registry keys, but RdrCEF.exe still runs.  Am I missing other registry keys to stop the RdrCEF

Good day,I'm having a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC; it displays forms fine until a user clicks to fill it in then the page goes corrupt. It happens to every form, not just one. I've done a scan of Windows to make sure there were no viruses / malware, all the Windows system files are intact and not corrupt (sfc /SCANNOW), and I've used the Microsoft uninstall tool to completely uninstall and reinstall Reader fresh. I've also tried some of the other fixes I've seen online (e.g. - select/deselect local fonts, etc.). None of that has worked to fix this. Below is a screenshot example of what keeps happening. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I found even though I send it through Adobe share, now it doesn't send you a Delivery Receipt. Can you turn this function on? This is a necessary function as you can use it instead of a "signed for" post. 

When I try to request a PDF recipient signature I receive this error message."Request must be made to correct API access point (e.g. use GET/baseUris).  What does this mean?

I can no longer sign PDFs using fill and sign using Adobe Pro 2017. When I choose the option to sign the software doesn't pull up my signature or initials. Instead, the system spins endlessly. I would appreciate any fix you have found.

Hi there,I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2022.001.20112 installed on a Mac, and am trying to work with a PDF that has just over 1,300 comments. I have to review each comment, but it's taking ages to scroll through each one. How can I speed up the process? It sometimes takes 30 seconds or more to move from one comment to the next. It's also not possible to scroll through them using my mouse, and I have to use the arrow keys instead. Does anyone have any advice?

Hey there,I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on my PC, but I can't and I don't know what's happening, since I never had an issue with it before.My old hard disk broke and it got replaced with a new one (the old one was removed from my desktop PC). I now have a new operating system, which is Windows 7 Ultimate.I don't have any Adobe program installed on it, since the replacement of the hard disks was recent, and now I'm trying to re-install everything I had on my old hard disk.When I try to install Acrobat Reader, at the very end, I get the message that a newer version is already installed. I don't see how this is possible since, I'll say it again, I have absolutely 0 adobe programs installed. This was supposed to be the first one.

i have a document with page size 8.38 x 10.88.  yes, it's a weird size.  i'd like to make an 8.5 x 11 printable document.  my printer doesn't allow for anything other than 8.5 x 11.  unfortunately, my workplace will not upgrade my acrobat reader.  is there an easy way to change the document size so i can print it? thanks! lisa

Hello,I'm facing a strange problem, I'm unable to sign any PDF Forms and Files downloaded from MCA Website (Ministry Of Corporate Affairs - Government of India ).I have even followed the full instructions as mentioned here:http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/MCA21_Settings.pdfI was told by MCA helpline to use this specific version of Adobe Reader 11 Non-DC ( Version : 11.0.10 ). But I'm still unable to sign any PDF forms.The thing is, I am not even getting the option to sign the PDF Form as you can see in the screenshot provided. The option to Sign is not even coming/enabled. When I'm clicking (left click) on signing box, nothing is coming up. And, when I'm doing the right click on Signing Box then also I'm not even getting the option to "Sign Document". I have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader Free Version. I do have all other Open Source Software. I no longer use Adobe since they have stopped a perpetual License. I do not want to Pay Adobe SCAM and paying them by the month. There is GIMP, Inkscape, PDF Viewer, Microsoft PDF, etc.Now I was using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but when I have tried to open a document then it is asking me to download a Font package. It is installed on my Desktop computer but still did not work. Does anyone know why and can give me a solution?Or just forget this SCAM software. Hello, I have some PDF Files (DIN Norm) to open with the FileOpen Plugin and Adobe Reader. The TestPDF working well.As soon, as I open the DIN Norm PDF, Adobe shows me something like (free translated in english): you have to be logged in in the service". -But im logged in (with Adobe Account). I have no clue, where I have to log me in. Also: I don't have any idea where the publisher of this PDF is because it was handled by an ex employe. Do you have any Idea? Hello,when I print a PDF from the Explorer on my terminal server, with "right click" - "Print", the printout is executed and then additionally afterwards the Acrobat Reader with its start page. What could be the reason for this or how can I disable this procedure? It happens with both Reader 2020 and DC - latest version. RegardsThomas

  Hi, we noticed that occasionally when we try to print all PDF pages, half of the pages get removed. If we close and  DC Reader reopen the file, it will print all the pages. we using Version: 22.1.20117.0I have attached a screenshot any help would be appreciated   

Hi, I noticed when my friend uses Acrobat reader and goes into "read mode", everything besides the scroll bar disappears from the screen. No tool bars or task bars remain. It appears almost like full screen. However, when I enter read mode my taskbar, menu bar and tab bar all remain. How can I get my read mode to appear like my friends?

Hi, for the second time now I've spent hours reading and marking a text and when I clicked "save" the whole text disappeared, only the marks remained. Is there a way to restore the text and not lose my marks and comments?

Ich habe mit InDesign eine interaktive PDF erstellt in der man auch Fotos einfügen kann. Die interaktiven Felder habe in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC bearbeitet und mit einem JavaScript Befehl das Feld klickbar gemacht, sodass Fotos eingefügt werden können. Ein Kollege nutzt den kostenlosen Acrobat Reader und erhält beim Einfügen die Fehlermeldung: Fehler beim Lesen der JPEG-Datei: Unbekannte, nicht unterstützte oder reservierte Markierung gefunden. Die JPEG Datei die er einfügen wollte, ist in Ordnung.

I'm confused by all the adobe products.  Is the "print to pdf" feature available in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?  When I look to add a printer it does not come up in the available printers window.
