Hello,Is it possible in the form, during digital signature and redirection to save a PDF file, to insert data from the form as the name of the target PDF file??Please tell me what i can do this.

  I made interative PDF and after export, font ar not written properly on my M1 mac bookbut I can write on window laptop and andriod phoneIs it a setting problem on acrobat reader? 

The sticky note text does appear when I right-click and select "Open Pop-Up Note." However, the text appears only as many boxes when I roll my cursor over the note. Any suggestions? I've been working on this same document for months, and the problem only appeared today. This problem shows up on most of the sticky notes, but not all.

I found what appears to be a text/html extraction utility for PDFs that is installed with Adobe Reader called "acrotextextractor.exe". Cannot find any information on this tool but was hoping it could be used from a command line to extract data from a PDF. Does anyone know how to use this tool?

since the update yesterday. I cant see my contacts and I cant send files

Hello all, I've got a problem in Acrobat when I open a 3D file, the quility of the files in sudenly much lower. This morning it seems that I had a update or something, because all my setting where gone and back to the standard settings. Before that i didn't had any problems or what so ever. I tried "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" but also that isn't working. Also tried to reinstall Acrobat, but the problem seems to stay the same.  Here is an example, maybe not the best, but the only one i've got, the first one is before the update and the second photo is after the update. As you can see the lines are much more pixeled now than before.  PC:Windows 11NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060Intel Core i7-8750H CPU If someone knows what to do or what i'm doing wrong, please let me know!Thank,AJ

When I am reading a pdf on a Surface tablet, I get this blue overlay on top of the page when I touch the page. I read that the hand tool will make it go away. It doesn't. I have to touch outside the page to make it go away but it makes the other page get it.I don't know what this blue mask/overlay means. Is there a way to disable it from the preferences page?

Hallo,ich möchte nur einen Urlaubsantrag speichern den ich signiert habe und den dann per Email senden.Nach der Signatur ist die Datei geschützt, was ja gewollt ist, aber sie lässt sich nicht speichern. Beim speichern kommt die Meldung "Das Dateiende wurde unerwartet erreicht." Ich habe absolut keine Idee was denn mit Dateiende gemeint sein soll, und wie das unerwartet erreicht werden kann.  Gestern ging es komischerweise. Ich würde ja einfach ein Bild einfügen, und einen Schreibschutz drauf machen, aber dafür benötige ich Pro. Warum kann ich die Datei nicht speichern? Waurm ging das gestern? Was kann ich sonst machen?

I am running MS Access 2016 in an office with mutliple machines. In several forms I have added the Web Browser Control and set the hyperlink to a single PDF. On some machines the PDF displays just fine on the Access form. On others instead of being in the web control it launches Acrobat and leaves the control blank. Now this is dependant on user too. On a machine that works for some it doesn't for others and if someone who had it work on one machine moves to another it doesn't work. Some people even get a message that Adobe Acrobat is not open. This appears to be a user setting by machine, but I don't know if its a Adobe Acrobat setting, an MS Access setting, a browser setting, or a machine system setting. Anyone have any ideas? The 1st attached image shos the MS Access form with a blacn window the PDF firle that should be displayed in it. The 2nd image shows the hyperlink builder.

I am writing a report and checking a number of PDFs saved on my laptop.  Everything has been fine.  All of a sudden, a popup covers the document and asks me to sign in.  I do so but it says I am entering the wrong password and it needs to send me a code by text message -- the problem is the number is to an old phone that I have not used for years. There is no place to change the number. I went to the adobe.com page and checked my account.  I have my correct email, password, and phone number in my account information.I really need to access these PDFs to finish my report.  Help!  thank you.

I have a 32" 4K monitor using 200% scaling on Windows 10. I have some issues: 1) The app's font sizes are inconsistent (see image). The menu bar matches the rest of the OS (good), but the fonts below look twice as big (bad).2) The bookmarks pane contents are not compact enough, even with text set to small.3) The mouse wheel scrolling is too slow. I would like to know if anything can be done for these items. Thanks 

On a 4K monitor (in my case, Dell U2720Q), Adobe Reader will only scroll a very small step at a time. This is because Adobe Reader scrolls a fixed number of pixels at a time, and on a 4K monitor that means a much smaller distance than on a 1080p monitor. To fix this bug, Adobe Reader should consider the user's Zoom Factor in his Windows Settings. For example, I use a 27-inch 3840x2160 monitor but I set my Zoom Factor to 200% so that everything is twice the original size and looks exactly the same size as on a 27-inch 1920x1080 monitor. If the Zoom Factor is 200%, Adobe Reader should scroll twice the original scrolling distance. This is a long-standing bug, and I have no other way to contact Adobe but this forum.

Hi,  I am currently using 4K display labtop, and when I use file explorer on the external monitor(not 4K), the PDF preview thumbnail is really small and cannot see the details from the preview panel.Any solutions on this problem? Best regards,  

Run vanila Adobe reader 20096 on MacOS 11.6. It's terribly slow. It used to work normally on previous MacOS version. Tried all the suggested tips online to no avail. Any new tips would be greatly appreciated.

 I wanted to convert a pdf  file to a word document, so I started to fill out the form to  purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but I changed my mind and did not complete the subscription.  As a result, all the  Adobe Acrobat files I have on my computer were automatically converted to  the  strange format  shown below with  all the options on the side and on the top, cluttering the pdf.  How  do I  restore  the document to a clean pdf. Thanks for your input.  I  use Windows 10, and I unistalled the Adobe Reader App, and downloaded Adobe Reader and the files were still corrupted.   

This is for multiple users in our company. Updating to latest version does not help.

When selecting one box of a series all boxes get selected with the "Tick" mark.  Is there some setting that is causing this?

Hi all, I'm having issue whereas Adobe Reader DC immediately not responding when i'm opens it. It show like after the opening, something running at background that make it start not responding.  Already try several method find in this communitiy likes; disable protected mode during startup, change compability to other OS version and multiple time of uninstall /re-install application from many version up to the latest version. The application is not having an issue if  i'm running as Administrator but our company have policy with no admin right access. Is there any other solution to fix this issue?

there was an error opening this document. acrobat cannot open this file because a task is still active in acrobat.please return to acrobat and end the task before opening this file.

Hi,Since the last update Adobe reader has been crashing all our computers consistently. The 32 bit version seems ok, although does crashed acording to logs but it doesn't cause the computer to BSOD. It looks like you have now removed the 32bit versions completely? So i thought fair enough the 64bit update from today has probably fixed the issues. Nope. Downloaded  and installed 21.007.20099, within a minute of opening adobe reader the computer BSOD again. No i dont have the option to go to 32 bit. I'm not sure what the solution is at this point other than switching to fox it.

Nie pracowałam w zawodzie, ale teraz moja synowa poprosiła mnie o logo firmy w kolorze golden rose. PROSZĘ pomóżcie jak mogę ten kolor uzyskać w CMYKu? Szukałam w necie, ale nie znalazłam.

InDesign generated PDF. CMYK output, with transparency and spot colors present in document but not used on the image or background.Transparent photo x2 over a colored swatch, soft light effect with varying opacity. Acrobat Reader DC on windows does not display properly. I tried changing settings for overprint and rendering space. Nothing seems to be able to get it to display correctly.Preview.app, Chrome, Edge, Acrobat Pro, everything else correctly displays the PDF.InDesign files: https://ufile.io/5w6fs

Hi, I want to create the rectangle to strees the important numbers in table in the full-screen. I only know about this annotation in comment tab in the normal screen. However, I do not know how to make the rectangles be active (i.e move around) in the full-screen mood. Could you please help me? Thank you.

hello!  I have a report of the latest version being incompatable with one of our core systems.  User can open pdfs in reader from file explorer but cannot in one of our web based apps. this has happened before and I was able to uninstall the latest version that came out 10/13/21 and intsalled an older version that is now working for user. Problem is I only had a 2019 version on hand.  I am aware of the FTP site ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/ with older versions, but for reader DC, the latest one I see is 20.13.  where would I be able to download the version that was just before this latest version 21.007.20099? thank you in advance! 

Hello All, I have a problem with my Adobe Reader. I use Windows 7 and suddenly the newest version had a problem with the send email button. Everything is configurated in a right way, but sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. I’ve downgraded to the last supported version for Windows 7 (2019.008.20071) and I still can’t use the send email function. I get the 'An error occurred while sending mail.'. I tried putting my email as Outlook, Webmail, changing the Outlook configuration, updating policies, using administrator’s tools, everything that I’ve found support site and nothing worked for me. May it be the problem with Windows 7? Best regards,
