Acrobat Reader

I am experiencing a problem opening a PDF in Acrobat Reader with Windows 10 64 bit operating system. The PDF is using a font Arial-BoldMT which is not embedded. This font is not present on my system. When I copy the jumbled text and paste it into Word it displays correctly and identifies the font as Arial-BoldMT even though I cannot find the font residing on my system. I have tried this on two different 64 bit PC's. If I open the same file from a Windows 10 32 bit operating system the file opens without corrupting the font in question. However, if I copy the text and paste into Word the text is identified as Arial Bold. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks.

email option in adobe reader no working. it was just random, the software has been reinstalled. i tried the cashed option change also did not help 

I have a popup that avoids me from using adobe reader. The problem is that it freezes my screen and the only thing I can do is simply stop the program. I need to print a file that is in pdf and this is extremely annoying.... I even added the extension to chrome... The problem is that I don't get the same printing options in Chrome as in Adobe reader. The file I want to print is a booklet. How do I get rid of this?I[Branched as new discussion. -Mod.]

If I have a PDF that needs review and I generate a public link for people to add feedback to the PDF via the cloud, can I later upload a new version of the PDF to that same link, and also still see all of the original feedback for comparison?

Hello Adobe Community,           I have over 2,500 line of codes. I was able to insert only 1810 line of code. The codes are in Custom calculation script. however when I added addition line of codes, adobe displays an error message," Text is to large to be displayed in dialog". Have I done something wrong?       Is there any limit on how many line of code should a user insert? If there is, any suggestion on how to add the rest of line? Thank you for your helpAdosh.

Bonjour,Je reçois un fichier pdf créé par un de mes fournisseurs à partir d'un formulaire.Je ne peux pas lire le contenu du document sur mon Mac; seul le masque du formulaire s'affiche.Mais je peut faire afficher le contenu du document avec Safari, avec Aperçu.Et je peux afficher le contenu du document sur mon smartphone Androïd.Y a-t-il une solution pour faire afficher le contenu de ce document dans Acrobal Reader sur Mac ?Cordialement

Hi there I have not use adobe reader for a while. Then when I tried to log in adobe reader recently, I found I have no access to adobe reader service anymore, although I can still log in the Community or change my password for adobe account. I was wondering how can I regain the access to adobe reader service ? I tried to log in Adobe Reader on ipad, a laptop and my phone again and again, there is a line telling me that I have no access  to the service anymore. If I found the situaton questionable, the suggestion is to contact Adobe constum service for support.     

The pdf forms from IRS.gov. work well from my browser (Chrome), populate and save just fine. When I reopen them with Reader DC I am not able to add nor change any of the fields. What's up? - Dan

 I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC reader.  Any help would be appreciated.  Just happened out of the blue.    

After adobe auto updated recently, it was getting hung up when opening files. So I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall and now I am getting a message when I try to open any file "Acrobat has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected." My windows 10 is also prompting me "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" which it never prompted before. 

Hi,Acrobat reader keeps not saving all my latest pencil comments onto my pdf document, only some got saved and I really want to recover the pencil annotations that did not get saved on my Ipad 11 pro please thank you. I clicked done multiple times, I may have accidently clicked undo and then done as well however I am not sure but the comments are not showing up properly!

I have a pdf cataloge that is 100 pages & I would like to be able to do a search for the product'sthat I am interested in by using the type of machine  ( that is in the cataloge several times , but the parts are all over the place in the cataloge ) I have as the search requirement . so is there a way I can search by using a specific word from the  cataloge & then save the results so I don't have to read page by page each time I'm looking for parts specific to my  machine ?thanksanimals45

My monitor shows Adobe Reader DC in a blurry way with grainy pixels.

Under Edit-> Accessiblity -> "Change Reading Option" shows disable. how to enable it ?  

Hi All. This issue is on a Windows 10 computer. I have a new issue that just started.  When trying to open some pdf files in Acrobat Reader DC I get an error message about missing fonts.After clicking OK it takes me to the following After Clicking on Proceed to Download I am taken to the following   After clicking on Download Now, nothing happens. No file is downloaded. At the bottom of the window I see that the pointer is pointing to an address that has a .msi file. There is mention that Acrobat Reader DC must be installed. It is. I also did an uninstall and reinstall thinking that might be all that is needed to get the fonts package, but that didn't help. Error messages were the same before and after reinstalling the reader. There is mention of "a standalone installer" being required, but I am unable to find one. I'm not really sure if the .msi file that will not download is the "standalonbe installer" being mentioned or whether it is, in fact, a separat

I have Acrobat Reader DC running on Windows 10. When I try to Send an open .pdf using File> Send File> Attach to Email, I get an error message "An error occurred while sending mail".However, if I go to Help> Generate System Report> Send report, it opens an Outlook 2013 Email with the report attached, just fine. Why does one work and not the other?

Richiedo qui aiuto perche non vedo altrove la mia richiesta.Ho aggiornato il pc da Win7 a Win10, e aggiornato l'ultima versione di abode reader.Nonostante in win10 abbia impostato come programma predefinito di posta, outlook 2007 (ma ho provato pure con outlook 2019!), premendo in un documento pdf il tasto in alto a destra della busta (nella ultima versione e' spostato a destra) mi esce l'errore "errore nell'invio della posta"Se invece utilizzo un altro lettore pdf il richiamo dalla bustina, mi apre correttamente outlook.Ho provato a eliminare adobe reader, reinstallato direttamente dal sito di adobe....niente da fare.Ho provato a usare la vecchia versione 11 da xp di adobe reader, e PER QUALCHE GIORNO ANDAVA....poi non ha piu riconosciuto il comando pure li' e nonostante abbia fatto tutti gli aggiornamenti non ha piu' funzionato. Tolto la 11 e rimesso (sia come offline sia come loader dal sito ufficiale), niente da fare...,..il richiamo al programma di posta non mi apre outlook, e rip

I want to resize my pdf document using Adobe Reader 9, but when i tried ctrl +P, my print page doesnt contain the option of printing to aadobepdf.Does anyone know how i can put this settings in place?

Da ieri però non funzionano più le azioni rapide (intendo quelle che appaiono quando selezioni una frase e ti permettono di evidenziare senza dover compiere troppe azioni), è successo a qualcuno e sapete come risolvere? Purtroppo in questo modo il lavoro mi diventa molto più macchinoso e lento, spero possiate aiutarmiHo già aggiornato all'ultima versione e fatto quelle poche cose che dicono le FAQ sul sito

Hello,I am writing my thesis and I need to check on articles and Microsoft Word subsequently and very often. I am tired of finding the right PDF reader tab each time between 45 opened tabs. I want to click adobe on the taskbar and continue reading the last tab I minimized. It distracts me way too often, can someone please help me? 

Dear all, While reading pdf, after pressing page up or down command, the line which one sees is either at very up or bootm of the screen. It requires one to navigate eyes from bottom of the screen to the very top of the screen. I believe if there will be command by which we can move the half page only, that would avoid the diffuculy. Does any command exist currently?

I can't install Adobe in my Samsung note plus after the new updated version, I have many tried to install but i can't what's the solution to install? there are some adobe apps on thesmartapk when I download from that site that app is successfully installed on my mobile but when I try to install from the play store I cant, what's the reason?
