Dear Community,i've a Formular with a question for a example: Do you have a car? Yes [ ] or No [ X] i can only select one of the Checkboxes this is alright! When I receive a pdf attachment it wont open and it comes up as pd_  I have been told that my grandchildren have altered a setting on a game that has something to do with sounds. I woudl llove to know how to reset it. 

I try to install Asia language pack for Adobe reader DC, the pack vision is FontPack1500720033_XtdAlf _lang_DC , but shom me ths pack is not compatible. now the Adobe reader DC version is 2020.006.20034, my laptop OS si windows 10 1909.so has anyone know how to download the new Aisa language pack for Adobe reader DC version 2020?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a setting in Acrobat Reader DC that affects whether editable fields appear in a document and/or whether a file can be saved with field changes.  I have someone using the full Acrobat sending me documents that require me to add my "signature".  In one case, the document warns me that I cannot save changes and in that case, she saved in Acrobat with a different check box and that worked.  However, another one came with no editable fields.  Since she sends these to multiple people that use the Reader, it seems like it's on my end but I can't be sure. Version is 2020.013.20074 Reader if that helps.

I'm reading many PDF documents these days.Today, I found for most documents, comment and highlight tools work, but for some other documents they don't(those tool menus have been just grayed out).What makes this difference?

My apple computer tells me they are no longer supporting adobe and that I should uninstall it.  Is that correct and how does one do that?

I keep getting an eror mesage that reader cannot find the file and it list the file path and it is correct.  I have uninstalled all adobe, restarted and then re-installed and still getting the same message.Does anyone know what the issue might be?  I have a feeling it is a software conflict but I have no idea what software.  it worked fine till about 8 months ago. 

When trying to open a specific pdf file with my adobe reader version 2020.012.20048 i get "insufficient data for an image" error message and my pdf is displayed as blank pages.Would you please help me to find out what that error means.Thanks in advance,

Hello,  I receive this everytime I open and try to edit a PDF file. I cannot edit the file whatsoever. What is the solution to fix this? I have many PDF files and this is becoming a concern. What needs to be done to edit these files?  

Hello   The measuring tool stops working when i turn off/uncheck "use scale and units from document (when present)".  By "stops working", i mean that the measurement doesnt complete and a popup occurs (attached).  The popup states "unable to select point" "This point cannot be selected because it is the same point as the previous point" Tried repairing AAR. Then reinstalled it. Tried opening various PDF's all resulting in the same issue. [Moderator moved from Using the Community (forums) to Acrobat Reader.]

Sometimes I can't open PDF docs without apparent reason...Can someone help me? 😄 

Acrobat reader : After "Sign yourself", the possibility to add my signature no longer appears, anyone to help me ? 

So previously you could use find (Ctrl + F) to locate text and it would zoom to the position of the text with no problem. For some time this function seems to have stopped working. Dispite there being several occurances of the text, the program does not zoom to the first instance and then the next as it did in the past. It now zooms what appears to be randomly around the document. Using advanced find will list all the occurances correctly but clicking on them does not zoom to the relevant occurance.I have unchecked the fast find function but this makes no difference. The documents are PDFs of drawings. The function has always worked in the past (probably more than a couple of updates ago).   

Hello After I launch Acrobat Reader Dc the initial home page loads but when I try to click on something the reader freezes and stops responding, I have to close it via task manager. I have tried many fixes but the only one that seems to be working is uninstalling and reinstalling it. (These are the fixes I have tried: https://windowsreport.com/fix-adobe-acrobat-reader-dc-not-responding/) Could you guys help me to figure out a way that does not force me to reinstall the program every second day? 😄  System: Windows 10, 64-bit

I recently updated my computer Macbook Pro and now I am unable to open downloaded PDF files to view and also unable to open attached PDF files in my email to view. Not sure what the problem is. 

I'm trying to figure out how to use a submit button to save a document to a preset location on my network. For instance, my network has shared drives where I would like to save a new copy of the form by a field name and the date to a specific folder on the shared drive. Any ideas on how I accomplish this?

I have documents that could be 100 pages long with several versions of the same 'view'.  I need to search just one version.  We used to have seperate documents for each version and this made it simple, but we are 'making things better' and craming everything into one document now, making it difficult to work with. I can open the document multiple times, but I can't lock to a single page - or better yet- area of a page leaving me with multiple occurances of the same 100 page cluster.  Of course I'm only given the free reader version, or again this would be simple. I just want to open single pages of a searchable document.  I'm very frustrated- please help.

How do I "save current page" or "export current page"?  I don't want to save the entire document, just the current page.  This should be so simple.  Every word processor I've used the past 22 years has this option.Please answer, thanks!

I understand that modern web browsers are no longer supporting the Adobe PDF plugin (and I've read the Adobe support document that covers this).I still don't understand WHY. There are countless websites that will not provide the option for downloadable PDFs that can be opened offline in Adobe Reader DC. As an example, the Government of Canada's immigration department's entire library of online forms are inaccessible. You have to —somehow— find a downloadable version of the form, which isn't clearly presented.Today I'm trying to download a patient tax form from my pharmacy, which offers this via its online service. One button - View Patient Tax Receipt - and you have it to download. But it doesn't work on Safari, Chrome, Firefox in 2021. Nor do you have the workaround available - sometimes you can right-click and "Save target as..." to get the PDF. This is not available either (you are presented with an option to search the internet for the text in the button - sigh).I can't f

Dear people,I try to open a pdf file from JavaScript via browser, but I am failing with the correct syntax.  window.location.replace("acrobat://C:/path/to/file.pdf") opens the Acrobat Reader correctly but it always claims that the syntax is wrong. Initially I try to open a file from SharePoint via Webdav but that seems to be the second step. The simple example from above does not work. What is the correct syntax? I searched the whole internet for an answer but was not succesfull. Help is very much appreciated!  

Hallo, ich habe das Problem, dass auf meinem Terminal-Server die Folgende Meldung kommt: Adobe Acrobat 32BitMAPIBroker funktioniert nicht mehr.Der Fehler kommt wenn ein User ein geöffnetes pdf via Adobe Acrobat Reader DC per Mail verschicken möchte.  Genutzt wird die Version: 2020.012.20041Server wird mit Windows Srv 2012 R2 Std betrieben Der Server wurde mehrmals neu gestartet und Adobe wurde mehrmals neu Installiert. Davon hat nichts eine besserung gebracht.

I have somehow created a grid overlay on all PDF's I open in acrobat. Does anyone know how to remove it?
