Today I clicked the Save To Cloud icon to save a PDF to my online storage from Adobe Reader. I got the following message which I've never seen before:"Contact your administratorAccess to Adobe Document Cloud files and Acrobat online services, including sharing and e-signing, requires an update to the latest version. Contact your administrator for continued access."I've never had this problem in the past. Reader is up to date. I signed out, then back in. Cleared temp files, did a repair installation—nothing has worked. New PDFs also do not show the doc thumbnail, just the Adobe Reader standard icon. Previous files do have thumbnails. What is going on?
HiI posted about 'Flashing PDFs' back in January and if anything, this software seems to have become even worse. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this or am I the only one experiencing this!! Any help appreciated.
When I open some PDF files (notably bills from Thames Water) in Acrobat Reader, they open correctly and without giving any error messages. However, if I then try to save a copy (since they are generally downloaded from the web), this fails with "error 109". The same happens if I manually copy the document somewhere and then try the same thing. I have tried re-downloading the documents and changing the security settings as suggested in related threads, all to no avail. I also tried validating the document using https://www.pdf-online.com/osa/validate.aspx and this claimed that it conformed to PDF 1.6. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this annoying problem, please, or what to ask the creator of the documents to do so that they work? My Acrobat Reader version is 2024.002.20895 64 bit running under Windows 11.
I looked to see if there was a fix for this, but what I found is that this appears to be a constant reoccuring issue without a real solution or answer as to why it is happening. I've had this problem come up several times before and just switched to a different font. But, I got annoyed about it enough this time to actually complain. Please Adobe, I don't care about AI generation. I'd like the programs to work without constant reoccuring bugs like this. Instead of focusing on new bells and whistle, please put some time into making your products reliable. I saw one solution to this being to use the print option, which I don't see as a real solution. Even if it works, some of us are sending or files to printers that want you to use particular printer description files. If someone knows a real solution to this please let me know.Otherwise, Adobe please put more focus on making your programs less buggy.
Hi folks, This error message pops up for multiple users and keeps coming back - is there a permanent resolution for this?
Hello! I've been getting the error message below for the past week or so with ALL pdf docs I try to open, whatever the file, whereever the location. Once I click OK, the message disappears and the document opens, but it will come back each time pdf Reader loads. So for, I have tried the following, without effect on the issue:unchecked the "use only certified moduyle on launch" option - as stated on Adobe forumunchecked the protected mode on startup in the sandbox protection menu - as stated on FileOpen forum Thank you for your help
I am trying to install the most recent version of Adobe Reader onto a Windows XP SP3 computer with Internet Explorer 8. I am able to download just fine, but I run into a problem during the installation when I get to the part where it tries to retrieve the install. From what I can tell, instead of downloading the actual installation file it's as if I'm downloading something that handle the download of the actual installation file (like a download manager). Anyway, no matter where I download from and no matter whether I save first or run without saving I get the same Internet Explorer Script Error. It looks something like this:An error has occurred in the script on this page.Line: 1Char: 9914Error: Object expectedCode: 0URL: http://127.0.0.1:4287/app/_js/adobe.jsDo you want to continue running scripts on this page?Yes NoI have tried everything I can think of. I don't know if some random Internet Explorer setting is interfering with the install or if it's som
My account is in English, but lately documents come up in Spanish and it wont give me the option to change it. I live in Costa Rica so I guess I am being geotagged (which I hate incidentally) but there is no option to change it to English Under "idiomas" languages, it says spansih, or same as operating system (which was in spanish but I changed most of it to english ) or one other option that I am not sure what it means...HELP, I need it back in English My account here is noted as English by the way...

Hi all, I'm having an issue with 2 PDFs in particular. When they are opened they flash open for a split second and then shuts down reader. However this doesn't happen and I can view them as normal if reader is already open, so it only happens when I am using the PDF to open reader. This doesn't happen with any other PDFs. I have tried a fresh re-install.I have tried opening on a different device and it still happens so it is the files themselves. Has this happened to anyone else before?Does anyone have a possible fix for this? Any guidence will be appreciated.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this as it's driving me crazy. As of a few months ago, every time I open a PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader it asks me to accept the Distribution License Agreement for Use on Personal Computers. I don't understand why it's necessary to do this every single time I open a PDF. Surely there's a way of stopping this popping up every time?
I tried with different types and models of printers but the margins values are greyed-out in the page set up tab.
I am unable to print using any printing driver in black and white. When i tick print in grayscale or save ink toner, these do nothing. Also have gone into properties settings and clicked black and white but this also does not help. I never had any issue with this a year ago on a much much older computer...
I file save as to create a PDF (in MSWord) but then cannot see the file via File Explorer or Insert File through Adobe. If I go back to MSWord and go to File Save As again, I can see the file is there. It tells me the file already exists and do I want to save over. I can also see it through Teams and Sharepoint. So why can't I access through File Explorer or Adobe? This has been going for weeks now and it's slowing my work down. I had to shut down and restart this morning three times to get access to three files that I needed urgently to finish a job.
I have received a PDF attachment from a trusted source, however my Acrobat Reader has responded by saying that it is not a supported file type. I need a solution for this, please.
O que eu faço para isso parar? Ele trava para salvar e perco todas as alterações feitas.
I opened the above account by mistake after a free trial which added no value How do I close it and avoid further month,y charges?
Why are these icons appearing over the email and phone number. I thought it wouldn't appear once I printed it, but that was not the case. How do I remove this?
I want to download the offline installer, so I went to this link. https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ Also, I found this issue. There is no 64-bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (v2024.002.20965) for Windows. That is what I am concerned about.
When opening a PDF form, Acrobat Reader crashes as soon as the cursor is positioned on a fillable field in the form. The form has been in use for a while without issues. Problem just started happening yesterday. Running the most current version of Acrobat Reader on a Windows 10 PC. No issues opening other PDF's. Problem seems to only happen when opening a form. Reader doesn't crash right away. It stays running until the cursor is positioned on any fillable field. The same form can be opened and filled on other computers without getting the error. Here's what I've tried: - Installed the latest Acrobat Reader updates - Repaired installation - Uninstalled Acrobat Reader and removed Adobe folders from C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files\Common Files C:\Program Files (x86), C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files &nb
Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with the adobe Acrobat DC the free version. About a couple of weeks now I was working the Certificate tool to add my signature without any issue. About few days ago when I'm trying to add my digital signature acrobat DC freezes and it's not responding at all. Any suggestions?I have already reinstall the app and I've also deleted the adobe files from the C drive before the installation. I've also run the repair tool from the control panel but still nothing. Acrobat DC stills freezes when I add my signature

Sometimes when I'm signing document with a certificate I have a problem that after saving the document there is no signature in the file. There is no error or anything. Everything look normal except missing the signature in PDF file. Nothing seems to help, I've tried reinstalling certificate, reinstalling Adobe Reader, it doesn't help. After few hours or sometimes on the next day I can normally sign the documents. Does anyone had similar problem?
