Acrobat Reader Mobile

Why do I get everything in the Adobe app to do drawing, highlighting text that was previously not possible, or is that to get you to sign up for a subscription? I never actually use it, so I would appreciate knowing how to put it back. And if it is possible in Dutch, because you do business in the Netherlands, I would love to

I can't find my subscription on any account. I have tried all the emails to check but there is no active subscription.  The charge on the card says adobe acropro subs. I even got a new credit card but somehow I got charged on that as well. I don't understand how this is possible. Please let me know what to do

Hi , I receive an error message, that files cannot be uploaded from adobe to Gmail due to an "unknown error" (see attached screenshot). Also, i cannot access my adobe files saved on the cloud.  I have this issue since I have a new iPhone (14), before it was working fine. Anyone an idea how to fix this? Thanks 

hi all, i am  having trouble using the default submit a form action on a button to send to a mailto:me@server.com addressi am not using any other javascripti am on android tablets using the adobe acrobat reader app this action did work fine for about 4 months up until this week, now the submit button just highlights itself and does nothing clicking the submit button on desktop works fine, it is just not working on mobile. these forms are how my work does their paperwork and it is cruical that these forms are working - or i have a substitute mobile app that supports adobes fillable forms i have searched on these forums but was unable to fix the issue. any help is appreciated

I opted for the monthly subscription and the amount has been deducted from my account but Adobe shows no active subscriptions. Will my amount be refunded? 

I'm trying to print a document but I'm unable to. I'm asked for a password. I then fill in the password that i use to to view the document but comes bsck as incorrect. Which password should i use.

How do I select multiple images to create pdf? So far, it seems to only allow me to select 1 file and it automatically starts converting. Thanks

I fill out contracts in pdf format, the text is displayed in Russian and English, but in Hebrew the text disappears after filling out. How can I solve this problem?

I want to cancel the subscription 

I purchased your annual membership and it's not working I don't know what to do I tried signing out - rebooting phone - sign back in nothing is working when I try to purchase it again it says already purchased and when I try to use it it says I need to purchase when I go in setting and try to restore purchase it says not available something. I'm so frustrated. Please do something. I need a quick fix. Please respond to my email ASAP. 

My old iphone 12 had no issues when I would highlight and then "Copy".  Now that I upgraded to an iphone 15 Pro Max - I can open, view and highlight anything in the PDF but, unable to "Copy" it!

This form has a "Submit" button that will send the PDF via email from our iPads. After the newest app updated on iOS, it seems to have stopped working with Outlook. Clicking the button will still bring up the email with the attachment and all fields filled properly. However, the "Send" arrow is grayed out and no longer clickable so these forms cannot be sent at all. 

 Buenas noches, tengo la aplicación de adobe premium, cuando intento compartir cualquier archivo .pdf; dígase a un contacto en WhatsApp. Me sale la opción compartir pero vía link a una nube de adobe. Anteriormente se compartía el archivo sin problema.y podía abrirlo a quien se lo hacía llegar; pero desde que tengo premium lo hace con el link con la nube y no me gusta ese proceso.Ya que a quien se lo he enviado no le funciona el link o no puede visualizar el archivo. Por lo siguiente busco la forma o la manera de eliminar esa nube y no hacerlo de esa forma. Pero adobe no me permite dentro de sus configuraciones eliminarlo o hacerlo de la manera anterior; dígase con el archivo original.

Is there a way to make documents open from the beginning instead of the last location? I can't find any settings related to this.

 I am receiving this billing message erroneously. I used it during the trial period and canceled immediately to avoid this kind of issue. Please cancel whatever is signed there because I didn't sign anything. If I canceled and you didn't accept it, it's a problem on your website. I hope you respond quickly to resolve this. Totally unjust and senseless billing! 

Hi all, I hust subscribed to premium on the app and I'm trying to make the app to read the Hebrew text. For some reason it reads the Hebrew text backwards.Can this be solved or should I cancel my subscription?

Hi , I am using Adobe Acrobat app on my tablet for reading my books in pdf format but either it load them blank or takes too much of time 😔. PDFs with less images load better but my biology pdf with so many diagrams take too much of time and load the diagrams in bits or go completely blank. ( I have attached it here) Please help.. 

I have 2 devices..ipad and an android..i have logged in with same email id in both device..i am used to add text or freehand when reading a pdf in android..but i dont get the annotation in my ipad later..is there anything i can do??   [Moved to the Reader Mobile forum]

Hello. I open a PDF in Acrobat Reader Mobile and use the FIll and Sign tools but don't technically sign the document. I close the document to do something else and with the original Adobe FIll and Sign app I could reopen that same document and edit a text field that I added, for example. However, in Acrobat Reader Mobile the text box cannot be edited after reopening the document. What am I doing wrong? ThanksMorgs

Somehow I was registered for a free trial then when I tried to cancel it was like trying to break into Fort Knox...I still can't cancel so I had to cancel my credit card as if it was a theft.

I just subscribed to this app. I was editing my document three times, and all three times it closed my document and deleted the documents I added. It suddenly erased what I had been working on for 4 hours. And this application was of no use to me.

Un saludo a todo el mundo, creo que sería interesante que la aplicación Android, (en la versión tablet y en ChromeOS), el menú de resaltar, pudiera personalizar la paleta de colores, o al menos tener los mismos colores que la versión de móvil. Por otra parte, echo de menos una herramienta de goma de borrar, cuando utilizo la herramienta de lápiz. Por último, sería muy útil que al buscar texto, no se distinga entre vocales acentuadas, (no distinga entre mas y más).Gracias
