Acrobat Reader Mobile

It's been already 1 week since on my Android, the Adobe Acrobat App has been working really bad, actually stressing me out. The app when I open an PDF File and start editing it, later in a couple of minutes it starts to not letting me type anything on it, pages loading really slow not even showing what is there or even loading in parts, not fully. I have tried unstalling, resetting my phone, clear cache, deleting apps on my phone and nothing, please tell me there's something I can do

Hello!Recentrly Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS on my iPad started to display a blue message ribbon at the bottom of the screen with the "onine service will be biefly offline..." message. This message wont go away and blocks the controls (like delete, copy, move, etc.) normally availabe for selected files. How could I get rid of this message ribbon? I looked everywhere I could think of and could not find any way to remove this pesky message! It really cripples my work, as I cannot handle the selected files. Thank you!

I paid for a yearly subscription. But it's steady asking for me to subscribe. App and features do not work. Is there a actual customer service number that I can speak with someone and fix the issue. Or how do I get my money back. 

All my bookmarks are gone missing from the PDF file I had it saved on adobe cloud which I use to open every day. 

My Android Adobe Acrobat has latest version 23.8.0.29156.In Android Adobe Acrobat, Settings -> Subscriptions -> Adobe cloud storage(Free storage and file sharing), click "Sign in" button, select sign in with Adobe ID, after sign in, it shows "You have successfully signed in", then it prompt up a dialog "Access Denied" with message "You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with a different ID".(see attachment) So whether my account should have privilege to access free storage in Adobe cloud storage?This failure access just happens recently. I even don't get chance to backup all my documents previously uploaded to the Adobe Cloud Storage.

Hi, so as the title says, while working on my document on my PC everything will be fine for around an hour and then all of a sudden the whole software will crash or act strangely; for example, I can highlight a section of text and it'll just become a large black box, or the whole text document will disappear and then when I click the sidebar and tool shortcut will turn black.For some additional context, I pay for a membership on my iPad and use the documents on both my iPad and Windows desktop. This happens on both, although it seemingly happens less on the iPad (but the could just be less use or random). Furthermore, this happens on documents that have never been opened on my iPad and only on my desktop or vice-versa, so it's not a syncing issue, nor is it a system requirements issue as I have a pretty decent spec desktop (Ryzen 5, 16 GB Ram) and the newest iPad.This also happens with varying-length documents, some of the books I read and annotate are 100s of pages long, others are la

Since a company I am associated with updated their app, I can no longer open their monthly pdfs. On my end, I have the free version of adobe acrobat--all was working correctly before the company updated their app. My version is up to date, my iPad mini iOS is up to date. Anyone having similar problem and have found solution? Or is this the company's problem?

I accidentally purchased subscriptions on the app and google play denied my request refund, i already cancelled it after a couple of minutes after subscribing. Google play said request refund for the app developer but the chat support said the google play is the only can refund . Im so confused where to get my refund. please help

Todas as vezes que vou abrir um pdf que está no Dropbox só abre na segunda tentativa.Na primeira tentativa ele não abre e informa que não foi possível realizar a operação.

I have form fillable PDF files stored on Box.com. I am able to open these files and edit them in Adobe Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad. When I tap the Back button to close the file, I see the pop-up that the Document Saved. However, the file is not updated on Box. The Modified Date on the PDF on Box has not changed. I have tried this several times and waited a significant amount of time to be sure uploads are complete, yet nothing is saving back to Box. I have refreshed Box and even tried signing out of Box and then back in.

I am not able to open pdf documents. I was able just last week. Any suggestions?

Iam Acrobat reader pro user , Crop pdf pages feature not cropping the selected portion exactly . It cropping randomly. Please rectify 

Entre a mi cuenta desde otro celular y se me quitaron todas las marcas y subrayados que tenía en un PDF, no es la primera vez que pasa, esto es horrible, alguien tiene una solución? Quiero recuperar lo que subraye.

Si el color se cambia a un color predeterminado de la paleta de colores si aparece la imagen sobre el recuadro, antes no sucedia esto. Recently updated the Acrobat app on my iPad. Now it only shows dropbox stuff in bare alphabet order instead of by folders. How do I get it back to the folders layout?
