Acrobat Reader Mobile

When edit in the app it makes me purchase it again before I can use all the features.  When I purchase it says that I am already subscribed until 2024.  It has been like this for time. 

Why has ADOBE ACROBAT READER made it impossible for me to remove highly sensitive documents from my Android Adobe Account? I have tried, to no AVAIL. 

hi, just wondering if I can search for a word within a doc on my iphone/ipad app. I used to be able to but can't anymore??‌

I have a 2 page form that I fill out in acrobat on my iPad. Normally I fill out the form, hit menu>send a copy> save to files. From there I can rename the form with the clients name and date and save to files on my iPad. This no longer seems to be an option and I'm trying to figure out what's goin on. When I get to the 'save to files screen', in the bar where I'd rename the file it says "2files" and there is no way to change it, it's just greyed out. If I hit save as it is then when I go to files, it just gives me an error when I try to open it. I can't find any other way to contact Adobe or any information about what could be going on. This wasn't an issue two days ago last I used it. Any ideas here? Or does anyone know how to contact Adobe?

Hello people,I have my subscription true the app but when i log in from my laptop it doesn't show anything so Can I use my account for more then 1 device ? 

The app accessed my photos and asked if I want to convert one photo to a pdf although the app does not have permission to access photos ans media on my phone (galaxy s20 with the latest update available)!!

If I have a page with lots of markup created with my Apple Pencil, there is a good chance that when I tap a link on the page, instead of taking me to the link, it opens up the comments sidebar and a blue editing box shows up around my markup. This is annoying to say the least. Is this a bug or is there a setting I can change to correct this undesirable behavior?

The combine pdf feature on acrobat iPad version with premium subscription stopped working. Need this to compile kids homework. I signed out and back in. I deleted app and re-installed. I even re-created the individual files; however i am still unable to combine. 

I have paid my adobe monthly subscription thro Apple ID mobile number 9003412819 but subscription not came yet kindly rectify

Ich habe mich an- und abgemeldet, mein Telefon neugestartet, meine Abo kontrolliert und sogar die App deinstalliert und es geht immer noch nicht. Jedesmal wenn ich die Käufe wiederherstellen möchte kommt diese Fehlermeldung: "Einkäufe konnten nicht  wiederherhergestelkt werden" oder " Keine Verbindung".  Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!

Por gentileza, possui uma assinatura do ADOBE ACROBAT READER, (PREMIUM), pago mensalmente o valor de R$ 16,90 através do cartão  MasterCard....6126 , mas não estou usufruindo do APP por ter trocado de celular. Não consigo cancelar a assinatura e nem ativar o mesmo no meu novo celular. O que devo fazer? Obrigado!

I have paid for my monthly subscription 340/-. But I am not able to use the premium facilities. I have tried every solution that has been given in the community post, but still not able to use my subscription. Please find me a solution as early as possible.

Certain attachments will not open in my email. I am not able to open an attachment from my email on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 cell phone.  It goes to the attachment and says downloading but stays at 0%.  I also see a blue bar that scrolls from left to right but the app does nothing more.  I first noticed the problem with the email I received on 6/11.  I have had no trouble previous to this.  I am able to download the attachment from my Samsung tablet without trouble using the same email program.  This leads me to believe the trouble is specific to the app for my phone.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app which didn't fix my problem.  Please help!  Thank you.

My Word files are automatically converted into pdf files. Sometimes I want just the Word file. How can I change it?

HiCan't locate subscription on android phone. Signed up for 7 fay trial of Adobe pro as I was trying g to open a .ai file and the pop-up came up. Looked in google subscriptions but it's not there, any ideas.  Thanks

In my adobe mobile app, it is showing I am subscribed to adobe acrobat pro, but when I go to manage subscriptions, there is nothing I am subscribed to. And I am charged $44 today. Please help to cancel it and let me know if I am eligible for a refund
