hi guys. Really need help, I can't find out a way to delete text that's accidentally highlighted. Because I clicked off it without leaving a comment I can't then delete it! please help! It's a shared document on iPhone
Hello I'm having trouble on IPhone just updated the app. Issue I'm having is when I click a file it doesn't appear in my recent tabs like it used to. Also if I duplicate a file it's duplicates it as (1),(2), ect. But after a few sec it disappears and I can only find it on my Adobe cloud storage. I can't even use the search bar to look for a file any help?
I was charged 1750 even when I cancelled my subscription in trail period
I have android OS mobile Huawei mate 20x When I open the bank statement which is protacted by password the Adobe give this text "The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged" which make in trouble and push to use Samsung mobile to open the same file. I need help for solving this issueThanks

I am able to print my sewing patterns at 100% scale on my mobile device, but then I can't take advantage of the layers feature. I am able to see and use the layers features on my windows PC, but then it won't print at 100% scale. Can anyone help me?
The Acrobat app (version 22.06.00) on my iPhone 12 Pro Max running IOS 15.5 is excruciatingly slow to the point of having to wait 15-60 seconds to simply open a document. It's so bad that using any of the app features are unusable due to the app constantly crashing and even copying text is out of the question sometimes depending on the document size.My iPhone storage is showing that Acrobat is using up 2.98 GB of documents and data and I assume that is the cause of my problem because the app runs perfectly fine if I am logged out as a new user. If I need to delete all of my files in Acrobat please tell me how to do that without having to individually delete each one. I have searched the community posts on this website for an answer, but all of the answers from Adobe customer service were worthless garbage.

Apologies if something already exists as it is difficult to find mobile only Adobe Acrobat related material. Rarely use a PC these days and was hoping that going up to Adobe Acrobat Premium on my mobile would save me a step from having to go to my PC to use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to OCR an existing non-OCR pdf document. When I select "Edit Pdf" and try to select existing text, I only get "Delete". Please do not suggest to use Adobe Scan on my mobile, as even though the existing pdf may be ISO A4, it will automatically crop it to a smaller page size, could possibly instead be US letter or legal by default? Adobe Scan also does that quite regularly on other non-A4 pdfs, as well as also sometimes skewing the existing pdf. Am hoping for a simple solution.

I want to send PDFs that display size of file and must be clicked by recipient to open. Most do arrive that way, but one or two are arriving already opened in email. What am I doing wrong? Using iPad Pro, with latest software, fully updated Adobe Acrobat Pro and Apple Mail.

I'm trying to printThe document who sent password protected I opened it was able to open the document been trying to print it and it says that is password protected can't they can't be printed but there's no password there's no option to put a password in to enter a password it's important that I print this document within 5 days I'll talk to the company that sent the document they resent it to another email address I've tried that and it takes me back to Adobe as it should but it's still will not let me print them document does anyone have any ideas or can someone with Adobe help me there's no cop don't find any contact information for Adobe which as many people use Adobe there should be a contact number or email
I have the latest Adobe acrobat. When attempting to do anything with a recent file it continues to erase and not save. Combining and organizing files do not save, I have erased old files and restarted the app Even when I open files from scan to acrobat it erased from my recent and cannot be found in acrobat

I have been troubleshooting creating pdfs on my android tablet. Every single time I create a pdf and send it to another device or my One Drive, it will come thru as corrupt. This has only started occurring since the latest update to the app on 5/4/23. None of the typical fixes seem to help or apply to android so I am at a lost as to how to fix this. Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated!!
The Adobe Acrobat Android mobile application has a bug, it does not respect the 'binding' setting. It always lays out pages from left to right in the two page reader and organize pages view. This is very annoying for working with right to left documents. I have confirmed that the file metadata is correct by opening it in the desktop application, where it properly displays from right to left. Can anyoune reproduce this issue? Is there a place to file an official bug report?
