Como faço para abrir arquivos em PDF só no aplicativo Adobe

Hi I took the free trial for the premium service of Adobe Acrobat  on 29th October ,  but it did not meet my requirements hence I decided to cancel it . Therefore I cancelled it within three days as it was clearly mentioned during the purchase that if I cancel my subscription within the free trial period there won't be any charges applicable but yet I was charged the total amount of INR 2600 from my account on the 5th November despite of cancelling it. Please I would like to request for the refund .

Can someone help me get the IPA for acrobrat reader that is only for ios devices (iphone and ipads). I need the current version so we can continue to erase devices and download/reinstall the current version each week. Ipads are old and are not going to update past ios 15 and will not be compatible with future versions of adobe. 

Hello,I work for a company where mulitple people access PDF files in Acrobat. This issue is happening for about a month. When a file is open (in an open job folder) on an iPad, edited, saved and about to be emailed; the file name changes to another file name (in a completed job folder). For example. The open job file name is: 0000000_1234_MainStreet_Chicago.pdf and gets changed to 0000000_5678_SecondSt_Naperville (Conflict).pdf. The content of the PDF is not affected, just the name. The conflict name is an old job file name that is usually weeks old.We are using Acrobat Reader APP (the files are in Dropbox) on Apple iPads. Files also are accessed by a MacBook, Apple mini, and ThinkPad. Any help in fixing this problem would be appeciated.Tod

Siempre me dice que no estoy subscrita, luego le doy a comprar y me sale que estoy subscrita pero sigue sin valerme... también me sale que tengo hasta el 30/04/2023 pero sigue sin valerme... no sé para que lo pago la verdad que no lo entiendo 

I used to be able to rename files by copy & past from the document. When I highlight a title to do so now it doesn't offer that feature any more. Why is that? 

I did write notes in sticky pad/ comment box and saved it but now it is only showing square box and it is not opening please help me...i m in much needed i have exams in 1 week ... How to open that

   I have signed in and have a yearly subscription and yet Adobe will not allow me to use my fully subscribed features! It's urgent and please rectify this immediately. It affects my work! 

Ayer acepte el periodo de prueba de 7 dias y me.han cobrado la cuota de un mes. Normalmente sin probarlo no acepto suscripciones premium. Esperi se me devuelva el dinero porque me han cobrado algo que no he pedido. Gracias

My team has been using acrobat for all our contracts, but when our office manager sends us contracts I am unable to open them on my iPad and get an error message saying "unable to open document at this time". Other members on the team that use android are able to view the documents. I'm hoping someone can help me get this figured out and back to singing deals!

Have the premium package. Working on i pad pro. Trying to combine two files together but comes back and says error, can't complete due to security settings of document? I don't know what to do?

Can I add or work on two acrobat accounts on one device , one is free the other is a premium account.I want make changes to my free account docs using my premium account

Hi, my Z fold 3 cannot read a pdf which used to read it. I reinstalled acrobat and deleted and re-saved the document. The problem is still present. The message shown idle the doc is corrupted.  The acrobat can read other docs and the doc is being read by other apps. How should I fix it. Tnx

Hi Team,We have one pdf file that is downloading from server through our mobile app. When we open this pdf file in Adobe Acrobat for mobile on any Android devices, files does not display whole content. While same pdf file when we open through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Desktop then all content display successfully. This pdf file display whole content on Android devices, when we open it through other non-adobe products like WPS office, Drive Pdf viewer etc.We debug from our side and we are not getting any error. Kindly check it and let us know as soon as possible. Please let us know in case of any query. For reference attaching the pdf file, and also attaching the screenshot of pdf that how this pdf is looking  into mobile devices, how this pdf  is looking into desktop devices for Adobe Acrobat. When I am using my phone I am able to use my adobe normally commenting marking highlighting all features are available. When I am using my there is no option to do so. No option to write on the document or highlight or to mark

Hi, My project called 'Isabella konfirmation' seems to be broken.I can't access it (the app breaks down, when trying). I can access other projects with no problems.I made a copy 'isabella konfirmation copy 2' which have the same issue. I managed to get access to the file through mobile app - however that seemed to corrupt the file even more leaving only the text-layer in the file apparently. Any chance it can be recovered (spend many hours making it and need it 1 1/2 week). A 'error report' was also sent by the system. Best regards,Katrine

Por gentileza, digam-me como eu devo proceder para apagar alguns arquivos no Acrobat Reader mobile que eu já não preciso mais que fiquem guardadas. É que o aplicativo não nos dá essa opção. Ele até que seleciona o arquivo, porém para outros propósitos, mas não para apagá-los. 

The saving process doesn't work normally, So I got a amout of the conflict file.I would like to combine this all files without lose my data that I record on the pdf. How could I solve it, could I get a hand?
