Aconteceu logo após alguma atualização do Android, depois troquei de celular e tentei novamente com o celular novo mas o problema foi o mesmo 

já faz um tempo em que quando vou tirar um print da tela no acrobat mobile, aparece um pop-up me dando algumas opções extras (e isso é do adobe, não do sistema do aparelho) mas isso é estressante desnecessário, principalmente quando se quer continuar rolando o print para tirar um print maior.  Então: como desabilitar essa função?-segue em anexo vídeo mostrando o fato.

I convert my Excel generated invoices into PDF’s before sending them to my customers. I would press Create pdf, select the file to convert, it would then show on my recents screen and send a copy of the file into the same file I originally selected ? It tells me it is converting the file and will let me know when it has been completed. Never get the completed pop up. This has only started to happen recently ?

Hi, I opted for 7 days free trial subscription and was directed to pay 349 rs. for auto repayment. I wanted to explore the trial version. I humbly request to refund the payment. I cancelled my subscription immediately.

Today I made the payment through Adobe application an amount of Rs. 340 got deducted from my account but my subscription which i paid for haven't got active.

I was charged before the free trail was up. How do I get a refund?

He descargado un documento de una fuente confiable pmi.org , cuando intento abrir con adobe me solicita contraseña; sin embargo , el pmi no genera contraseña a sus documentos, pedí ayuda con ellos y me comentaron que el problema lo genera adobe. Por favor su soporte con este inconveniente, he intentado abrir el PDF con otros lectores de PDF sin problemas.

I was actually editing a PDF document and I finalised typing and went on to for the edit however suddenly a message pop up dating that the work couldn't be saved and the app crashed by the way I am using Adobe acrobat on my tablet. Now I cannot recover the work I completed by editing and that's a very Grave loss please help. Thank you

I just downloaded Adobe because I needed to sign an agreement, a friend recommended it. I signed in and I clicked on the fill and sign feature but it refuse to load, I have been trying that sign last night. I already cleared my cache like the app suggested but that doesn't help. I click on setting and asked for help I was told to look for a " Request e-signature" on the menu that it will solve the problem but the Request e-signature is not on the menu and the problem is not yet solved. I need to sign and submit the agreement within an hour, please.

I am unable to edit the pdf on laptop. But if i edit in mobile phones it is editable

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I was recently charged for an Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription through Google Play, but I did not intend to make this purchase. I reached out to both Adobe and Google for help. Adobe told me they cannot cancel or refund it since the purchase was made through Google. Google also denied my refund, saying the payment had already gone to the developer and the decision is final. Now both support teams have closed my case, and I’m stuck with the charge.  Details: App: Adobe Acrobat Premium (Mobile) Order ID: GPA.3308-3818-8046-39521 Purchase Date: July 30, 2025 I have screenshots and proof that I reached out within a reasonable time.  I already canceled the subscription to avoid future charges, but I really hope there’s a way to get a refund for this unwanted charge. Can anyone from Adobe or someone who had the same issue guide me? All i want to do is cancel my subscription but when i go to your website to follow the instructions all i see is go to the app store and cancel it. When i go to the app store it doesn’t give an option for refund. I am still within the 14 days, there’s absolutely no help or customer service with adobe. very disappointing. I wanted to see the adobe acrobat free trial, and it charged me, so all i want is a simple refund but this company is incapable of doing so.

Hello,Our team is experiencing a widespread issue with the Adobe Acrobat mobile app and Dropbox integration on Android.We use Dropbox to store PDF forms and open them in Adobe Acrobat for editing. This workflow has worked successfully for several years. However, for approximately one week, Acrobat has stopped saving edited PDFs back to their original Dropbox location.The normal workflow was:Open the PDF from the Dropbox Android app. Select Adobe Acrobat to edit the file. Make the required changes. Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner of Acrobat. Acrobat saves the edits to the original Dropbox file and returns the user to Dropbox. A small notification confirms that the edits were saved successfully.What happens now:Tapping the back arrow does not return the user to Dropbox. The PDF remains open inside Adobe Acrobat. The previous “saved successfully” notification does not appear. The changes are not saved to the original Dropbox PDF. Dropbox does not receive or sync the updated file

My documents are lost without deleting them, where and how can I find them

Witam,W dniu wczorajszym zostały pobrane pieniądze za subskrybcję. Niestety za późno ją anulowałam. Chciałam odzyskać pieniądze. Aplikacja nie spełnia moich oczekiwań i niestety za pozno zostala anulowana. Dział Samsung kazał mi napisać do was o zwrot pieniędzy. Niestety nie mogłam zablokować transakcji, pobrania pieniędzy z konta. Subskrybcję juz anulowałam ale niestety środki zostały pobrane. Chciałbym je odzyskać. Proszę o odpowiedź z waszej strony czy jest to możliwe. Pozdrawiam

i would like to star a folder on my adobe for easier access.

I was seeing a large number being charged my my card from Apple and it was this app. I’m not sure how I’ve bought a full year subscription, but I would like to cancel and I want my money back. This app was required to sign documents for my job. I wasn’t aware I signed up. Please give my money back 

No choice to change file name now

I cannot get a Generative summary  to generate on my financial packet.   I do this every month with no issues.   Error message:"something went wrong, Please try again"
