I paid last night £68.99 for one year  and acrobat doesn't work  

Hello, I started a 7 days free trial, but  I was charged immidiately. I don't know why I was charged during the 7 days free trial period. How can I get a full refund? Thanks. 

When trying to open a pdf i get a message that states (this form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAC or Windows). Do I need to purchase that also to open or view a form?

I use lenovo tablet for my studies. When I try to mark something or write some small notes on pdfs, there comes unnecessary marks of my palm on the page. Palm rejection should improve.

As stated in other posts as well, the iPad app lack the "Replace"and "Insert" features, which are extremely useful for editors and copy editors. Since Adobe doesn't provide this functionality on iPad, is there any competitor reader that allows the "Replace" and "Insert" comments in an Acrobat compatible way? With that I mean that when I open the pdf on a desktop adobe reader app, they appear as if they were compiled directly on it.So far, I haven't found any solution, despite having tried about a dozen di apps for iPad.  I have also tried the online version of Acrobat, which unfortunately has the exact same issue...

Hello, I'm searching the 'Replace Text' and 'Insert Text' tools in Adobe Acrobat Reader, to annotate PDFs. I’m using an iPad Pro (iOS 14,6) and wondered if these two tools are available (yet) with the free software version that I’m using . If not, are these two tools available with the Premium version on iOS? Thanks in advance Genevieve

How can I get a refund? My niece is only 4 years old. She accidentally clicked the subscription button on the app which is Adobe and pay 1,400 pesos. I want to have my money back and cancel the subscription. I really need the need the money. Please help. Anyone? 

I would like to have an option to prevent the dialogue from appearing while in reading mode. I can clearly understand when Acrobat reader is unable to reflow a page, and on top of that I find it distracting.

I need to cancel my free trial asap. I went to the app store checked on my subscriptions as directed and the adobe app is not listed there, then I go to the adobe app click on subscription management and I see my subscription but it doesn't allow me to do any kind of update to it. Please help me to cancel,I cant afford to get charged for an app i barely use. 

I noticed another post stating the "7day free trial isn't working", as if there's a system issue. It's not a technology issue, it's an integrity issue. To offer a consumer a 7day free trial just to turnaround and immediately charge me for 1 month of service is a MISLEADING &DECEPTIVE business practice. when I noticed I was actually enrolled I immediately canceled the subscription but I did not receive a refund. Please refund all charges or forward this to someone who can. I am not interested in doing business with your company. 

how to recover a deleted file?

good afternoon everyone!when I delete recent files are they completely deleted or do they go to some folder? I deleted a file in the adobe app and it was also deleted in my samsung download folder. It's also not in the trash folder. can i recover the file?thanks
