Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have made several documents to be used as tillable forms for me and my coworkers and when we open the documents in acrobat and try to select an option from a combination box, the options are not only almost too dark to see, but once selected the option is invisible. Is there a setting I can change on acrobat or is it the way the forms are made?

How can we convert PDF to JPG on iOS?

After the last update, I was working on a simple pdf file (generated from Latex via pdflatex) and noticed that one out of ten times a handwritten comment (android app on a Samsung Tab S7+) would disappear directly after "switching off" the pen on the top menu. It felt like it had something to do with specific shapes/points on the page; if it disappeared and I would try again to draw the same circle / write the same text at the same spot, it would disappear again after switching off the pen. As said, nine out of ten comments went through without trouble... Never happened before the last update.

I created a password protected filable form which is enable printing, fill & sign and add comment. It's 128 bit AES encrypt and support acrobat7.0 and later. I found this form can't fill and sign in IOS acrobat pro(Ver 21.01.04), all the filed is blank. Can anyone help me what's is the problems? The app will not even open on a third gen iPad Pro 12. It has been having issues for the last month with retaining comments and highlights when the app is open. But, now it won't open even after multiple restarts. I have the latest update (4 days ago) and still nothing. This is making the app completely useless now. Please provide update to address all the recent issues. 

I cannot save any modifications I make to file in the cloud even though it says. "Document Saved". I am using pCloud. please help. Thanks

ADOBE READER ISSUE:I created a 400 page indesign document for mobile devices with hyperlinks to navigate the book. All the links were working fine on iPhone and Android until this morning. NOW Andriod is only responsive on some of the links. All hyperlinks were done exactly the same way.PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

Recently unable to open downloaded files as says error file maybe corrupted or damaged. Was all okay till 23rd December. Any ideas anybody? Tried off and on. On the latest version. 

Hello there This is chandan, after updating Android 11 in my Samsung galaxy S10 lite, downloaded pdf file not able to open in Adobe Acrobat. I am unable to read newly downloaded files.Pleaae resolve this issue.I am using the latest one. 20.10.116347 version.

Almost all pdf's downloaded from the web cannot be opened with Acrobat Reader mobile (android 11 Pixel 4), only after opening them with either Google PDF reader or the Microsoft O365 app we can open de Pdf in Acrobat Reader. Error message the file is corrupted and cannot be opened

I am getting an error when I try to download, open pdfs.The error says file cannot be accessed. Please check your connection or make the file name shorter.This only happens on my phone. Galaxy s20+ 5g with android 11. This is the adobe acrobat that was included with the phone.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am using Adobe Acrobat to read PDFs, and I really like the feature that translates my written notes to a typed text in a comment box attached to my markings (highlights, underlines, etc...). However, I can't seem to be able to delete anything with my Apple Pencil. When I switch to my eraser, the comment box closes, and I have been forced to use the touch typing feature. Is there any way to solve this issue? If not, Adobe, please make your Acrobat app more compatible and intuitive with the Apple Pencil. With Gratitude.

I cannot save any modifications I make to file in the cloud even though it says. "Document Saved". I am using pCloud. pCloud is one of the best cloud providers as of today and many people use it. It seems to be supported in adobe acrobat because pCloud option is there - check the attached photo - and of course it requires the app of the cloud provider, pCloud, to be installed. By the way, I am using android and I have the last version of adobe acrobat. Please help.Thanks

Hi there I have signed in with my google account, my google account name is not what is showing on my account and when in share files an old name appears, how do I change this? adding my name in Adobe makes no difference  

How can I send the info on phone app to desktop? I can't see any on either. Does this not sync? Yes I tried the cloud.

I am new to using Adobe. I set it up to create a Resume. Works fine. But there are Several pictures in the same file that only exist in this file on my phone. I am trying to click on them to DELETE them but they are CLOUDY and cannot do so. I can only click on my newly created Resume file. How do I make it so I can delete these pictures? I received a PDF fillable file,  drop down list works on my desktop, but does not work on Iphone or Ipad.  It has fillable text fields and signature and those work on the iphone and ipad.    Only issue is drop down list.
