Hye, I would like to make an humble request for refund I couldn't cancel the subscription and after free trial payment got deducted. I cannot afford this subscription, I have to meet another genuine needful expenses. I request for the refund. Hoping a positive response thank you.

I had subscribed and used the 7-day free trial. I had also canceled the very same day. Yet, I’m still being charged for over the full amount, even though I had canceled my free trial way before payment was due. Now it’s effecting me downloading other apps. I’d like for that to be canceled considering it’s false advertisement and almost a scam.

Hello, I am experiencing significant problems with Adobe Acrobat on my iPad.Device: iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation)iPadOS: 26.6Acrobat version: 26.07.51 (build 20260818.120342)Subscription: Acrobat PremiumSince around August 28, 2026, some PDF files that previously opened normally have started failing to open directly from Acrobat → Files on iPad.The files are stored locally under Files → On My iPad. Some PDFs open normally, while others do not. The problematic PDFs open immediately in Apple’s Files app. They also open successfully if I use Open With → Acrobat.The problem is intermittent: sometimes the same PDF opens only after many attempts.This does not appear to be simply a file-size issue. It happens when logging in to Adobe Reader and Adobe Scan.

How much time it takes to combine 2 files of 20 MB each in Acrobat Premium? I am trying to merge the 2 pdf files but only shows uploading for half an hour. This has happened in past too. Never been able to combines these 15-20 MB size files. I am  using premium version if Acrobat in Samsung S26 Ultra. One UI 9 and Android 17. Acrobat latest update installed on 08 Oct 2026.

I often work with large PDF files that contain many pages and images. Sometimes Acrobat takes quite a while to open the file, and occasionally the app becomes slow when scrolling or searching through the document. Is there a recommended way to improve Acrobat's performance with large PDFs without reducing the document quality?

I ask for a refund as I think it’s a digital fraud to subscribe for Acrobat without my ordering

Can’t open PDF files anymore.

Since late August, acrobat isn't able to open large files on my ipad. It used to work perfectly before. I have tried all methods from software updates, reinstallations, workarounds, but it hasn't worked. The app crashed after 2 seconds of trying to open any files even around the size of 500 MB. I have been raising the issue on the review section on app store but they literally pasted a nonsensical response from 1 year back saying they have solved the issue. I am astounded how they treat consumers. I have been using other apps. Repeated updates have not solved the issue, and my review updates have received no response. The email notification is not being received when an agreements has been completed. In the past I record the completed signed agreement.
