Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello,Our team is experiencing a widespread issue with the Adobe Acrobat mobile app and Dropbox integration on Android.We use Dropbox to store PDF forms and open them in Adobe Acrobat for editing. This workflow has worked successfully for several years. However, for approximately one week, Acrobat has stopped saving edited PDFs back to their original Dropbox location.The normal workflow was:Open the PDF from the Dropbox Android app. Select Adobe Acrobat to edit the file. Make the required changes. Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner of Acrobat. Acrobat saves the edits to the original Dropbox file and returns the user to Dropbox. A small notification confirms that the edits were saved successfully.What happens now:Tapping the back arrow does not return the user to Dropbox. The PDF remains open inside Adobe Acrobat. The previous “saved successfully” notification does not appear. The changes are not saved to the original Dropbox PDF. Dropbox does not receive or sync the updated file

I have a PDF which has more than 2 thousand highlights. I changed them all into underline, although the data shows that they've been changed, it still visually shows the highlight, not the underline.

I recently updated to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on my Samsung tablet. In the attached screenshot, the editing bar that appears on the left used to appear on the bottom of the screen. Is there an option to move that editing toolbar that appears on the left side of the page back to the bottom?

I have tried to request a refund from Adobe but they recommended me to consult Apple Pay? But Apple pay is not the one charing me and I didn’t use it for the payment with Adobe. 

Witam,W dniu wczorajszym zostały pobrane pieniądze za subskrybcję. Niestety za późno ją anulowałam. Chciałam odzyskać pieniądze. Aplikacja nie spełnia moich oczekiwań i niestety za pozno zostala anulowana. Dział Samsung kazał mi napisać do was o zwrot pieniędzy. Niestety nie mogłam zablokować transakcji, pobrania pieniędzy z konta. Subskrybcję juz anulowałam ale niestety środki zostały pobrane. Chciałbym je odzyskać. Proszę o odpowiedź z waszej strony czy jest to możliwe. Pozdrawiam

Unable to open any document on the app. Saved or new. 

I’m paying for Acrobat Premium on iOS, but Read Aloud no longer uses Premium/online natural voices. It only uses offline robotic voices. When I start Read Aloud, it plays for a short time, pauses by itself, and keeps spinning/loading like it is downloading. This happens with all PDF files. I already restarted my iPhone, updated Acrobat, deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in, tested Wi-Fi and cellular, and tested multiple PDFs. Please escalate this to the Acrobat Reader Mobile team. It seems like my Premium Read Aloud voice entitlement is not syncing with Adobe servers.

Before July of this year (2026), I used to be able to have full discretion with my documents: edit, convert, insert or remove pages, and combine documents. Now, I can no longer do that, and it keeps telling me that I don't have an account. What is the problem? I've been paying monthly, but now it's like you're taking my money and not giving me what I pay for. 1) What happened to my monthly payments of $20 that gave me my subscriptions to Adobe like I once did?2) Why did I need to pay another $60 for a subscription that I already had? Renewal is one thing, but it said that I didn't even have an account anymore.3) I would like to go back to my previous subscription setup and accesses and a refund for a new subscription that recently paid for but still cannot access through any of my devices. Thank you

Hi, I was using a 7 day free trial and decided I did not want to continue with the subscription so I cancelled but adobe attempted to charge me today. Please assist me in this matter

I have installed acrobat 3 times in a day and initially all my files will be open and now it doesn’t work at allit is soo frustrating 

I am not able to access the adobe acrobat app in either my iPhone or my iPad. I have deleted the app, deleted cache, rebooted and reinstalled app and it still crashes. The opening page will come on for a second and then crashes. Can someone please help as this app is needed for work. I have a iPhone 16 pro max and an IPad Pro 18.5.

Did Adobe forget to enable Zoom in/ Out on tablet  Android app? I can't imagine that such a tging should be a hassle to find.Using Adobe Acrobat on Samsung S9 Ultra

I installed a trial version of Acrobat Pro and liked it, and purchased the Creative Cloud account with access to 47 apps or similar. I am using an iPad OS and cannot for the life of me find the dmg installer files for either Adobe Acrobat or Dreamweaver. Other apps such as Photoshop and Illustrator installed successfully without any issues. Can someone please help me? I’ve looked in every Downloads folder I can find, on my iPad and on the Creative Cloud space. Supposedly the installer dmg files have downloaded successfully but I can’t run the installation program without finding the files. HELP PLEASE!
