Acrobat Reader Mobile

Boa tarde, fiz 2 compra 1° foi no app, tentei acessar no pc não  entrou de jeito nenhum! Ai fiz uma outra pelo site para o pc, porém foi descontado e ainda pede pra comprar  de novo! Espero uma solução breve pois estou precisando com muita urgência, mas deixo claro que se não  for resolvido com urgência, peço o cancelamento e o reembolso também com urgência pois tenho trabalhado para fazer e não  posso esperar! 

Hi,  I have finding it difficult with copying code sent by text messages to login to Sparks on my phone. Each time a code is sent I of to minimise go to text message copied the code by then I'm back to square one.There is no other way for me to copy back and forth to login on my phone, help.

Hello,My adobe reader is no longer highlighting words when I do a search for them. It will bring me to a page that has the word but it does not high light the words that I've searched. I have the latest update for the app and I have tried multiple PDFs. Is this a common problem? It used to work fine, stopped working correctly about a month ago.

Hi i was wondering if there is a way to change the highlight colors on the ipad to match like the ones when using on Mac?

I haven't used the mobile app (android) for a while and when I opened it I was prompted to sign in so I clicked and then was taken to another screen with a message about free storage and file sharing with a blue continue button. Clicking the button I can see that it acknowledges the touch, but doesn't actually do anything. It just stays on that screen and doesn't request and log in details so I can get in and access my documents. I updated the app which didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same happens. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello, I have been trying to sign in to my adobe cloud on my samsung galaxy note without sucess. The cloud works on my win pc and I can also access via browser on my tablet, but whenever I try to sign in wih either a google account or any account on the Adobe Reader app nothing happens or it returns the error of "please try later". Anyone experiencing the same issue? I am on android 5.0

Hi,I am using Acrobat Reader in my Samsung S6 Lite Tablet. This semester we are going to do our exams online, so I download the exam as .pdf file and than edit/comment it. But the problem is, in the exam there are checkboxes and multiple choice boxes, and in my tablet i cant tick them, when i press them nothing happens. And if I for example edit the other parts from my tablet and edit the rest(check boxes) on my PC,i cant press on the multiple choice boxes somehow? Is there anyway to fix this? I coudnt find anything on the web...ThanksEfe

I can't sign in on Adobe acrobat reader on mobile android. All other applications are ok but not this One só i can't Edit any documento.The Page to sign in does not even show upBest Regards

I have pdf files that i need to print.  I see no option to do this.  Any advice please.  I have a LG K51

I have a large number of pdf's that I have saved onto my iPad using the Acrobar Reader Mobile and whihc I can view and move into folders in Reader.  However they're not visible in the iPad's native Files app and if I try to access them in iTunes by File Sharing they also don't appear so I'm unable to copy them onto my Windows 10 PC.Any suggestions please?Simon

Hi, everytime i try to login into adobe cloud, it asks my mobile number's last digits and sends me sms code before asking for password. I want to disable mobile number based authentication. I only want to use password. But I am not able to find any settings where I can disable the sms authentication. This is so annoying. Please help.

I've searched on here for this and everyone says go to Tools and choose Prepare Form. I don't have either of those options. I have Adobe Premium. Do I need something else?

Hello,I am using an iPhone 11; recently hosted to latest iOS.I subscribe and pay for the Premium service.2 issues:1. My menu bar and options have disappeared.2. Signature option has also disappeared! I only have an option to edit the text. Before, I had alrww Wendy saved my signatureI need to sign a PDF document urgently.Any help is much appreciated

I just upgraded to the premium version because it said you can edit PDFs with the subscription. It says you can double click the text in a PDF and it'll pull it up and let you edit it, but it really just treats the entire pdf as a single image and doesn't really have any options except "delete" the whole page. The "add text" option works I guess, but it just puts a line of text over something else, so apart from being unreadable that way, it's still not really editing a PDF.   

Recently Adobe updated software and now I cannot view portfolios using iPhone 8 running iOS 13.5.1. Help!!!

HiI am no longer able to use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad. I previous had InTune/Company Portal with a company I used to work for, and it looks like they took control of Acrobat at the time, and I am now still being impacted by this control. I have since left the company, removed the MDM profile and also removed Company Portal. However, Adobe Acrobat is still forcing me to login via a web frame to my old company’s InTune portal. I am long gone from the company, so no chance of my login details working anymore. Uninstall and re-install of Adobe Acrobat makes no difference - still forces me to the web frame to log into a place where I no longer have an account. Is there a way to force delete all traces of InTune? Adobe Support has been hopeless and unable to comprehend this issue. To recap - I have 1) Remove all Device Management profiles (upon leaving company)2) Uninstalled Company Portal (upon leaving company)3) Uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and re-installed

Hi I have a PDF that has vector drawing about an engineering project. It's about 2 MB. When it's opening on Acrobat mobile I see it step by step. It's opening about for 5 minute. 

I'm assuming the Adobe application did some sort of update and all my files and folders are gone. Many files I use for work have disappeared. Please help. 

I want to cancel my subscription I was trying trial version but you debited money from my account which was 820 I want to cancel it and get my money back how can I do that.Please help me with this it has told that after 7 days trial it will charge but it suddenly charged and that what shocking please help me.

I made a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader by mistake. I thought that it could be canceled at anytime.However, I have been trying to cancel it but I have not succeeded.The fee has been charged in my credit card account and the bank told me that I have to get in touch with you so as to have it cancelled.I have sent messages and e-mails but have not heard from you Please, cancel my subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader because I do not use it.  

Hi, i  encountered a problem of save document to document cloud. I was not able to save the document to document cloud. It will appear as error and subsequently the file appeared as another file with(recovered). Kindly guide me on solving this problem. Thanks 

After latest Adobe app Update 27 october 2020 our users on iPads are no longer able to import PDF files from Microsoft Outlook app to Adobe acrobat Reader when apps are in Intune?Adobe app are joined to Intune.
