Earlier and latest Pdf files are not stored in this app and nit opening in this apo.

Hello,After the recent ipad update version 20.10.00 the find in document feature is no longer highlighting words when i make searches, it takes me to the relevant page but now i have to read the whole page to find the word i am looking for which wastes alot of time. This is a feature i always use that is extremely important.Please fix this.  Kind regardsIan 

I'm on a pixel 3 and running adobe 20.9.1.15848. All pdf files open with this error on my phone. But are fine using other devices.  Didn't used to have the issue. And one day it just started. Any help is appreciated!

Hi I am using IPad to take notes while I attend a class, but sometimes the auto smoothing function of Adobe Reader corrects my writing too much so that it ruins my notes. Anyone who knows how to turn this function off?  

I've created a number of PDF Portfolios for viewing via Apple iOS devices, which have all worked fine up until recently. Now, when I attempt to open any of these Portfolios - on iOS devices - the Adobe Acrobat Reader app just brings up a blank screen (with the name of the file at top); the only option given is "Done". I can no longer see or access any of the PDF files that comprise the Portfolio. I have reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. It all works fine on the Mac desktop apps. As the ability to easily use this particular functionality on mobile devices is a core use requirement for me, unless I can get this sorted I'll just have to cancel my subscription to what was otherwise an excellent product. Any help would be very much appreciated.

When trying to use a fillable form via iPhone, drop down options are only appearing as a black box until the user selects an option making the responses impossible to read without touching each individual block.  

 Hi , I’m unable to open and read pdf files on a site that I’ve used before without any problem , and there are a number of them to be viewed . I’m using an iPad tablet and the Software version is 14.2  I’m using safari browser  and the Acrobat Reader version is 20.10.00  all seemed to be well until I recently upgraded to this version . Is there an issue with apple , safari ,and this version  ?  When I phoned the relevant company and told them my issue , I was told to download Google chrome , which I did ,but stilI could not open documents , when I clicked on view I was given an option to download and (open in ) to which I chose file , but when I go to file,  the documents there are blank . I can view these on Google chrome on my laptop , which is windows 10 and can save them  to file no problem , however I would rather be  able to read them on my iPad as I’ve done before , any help would be much appreciated .  

I used the trial version for 1 week, but I was not satisfied, there was a fee cut, but no fee came to my account.

Hello I am having problems with auto-suggestions after updating to Android 10. So that is already for about a year.When I am typing a text auto-suggest bar just blinks with every typed letter. So I type, it blinks and dissapears. I can't choose anything, and only when I am done with typing (whole phrase is typed) then I see same in auto-suggestions bar.This happens almost always with numerical inputs, and very often with words.Please help me! 

Hello can someone please help me!!whenever I open my PDF conflict copies appear on my Mac !it's so annoying. Please help me.

Please remove all devices list I never put list in my personal information .  I am angry for no one let me know who can accrssing without my approve or know .. I have right to deleted all list I'd devices. Expect iPhone 7 Plus and  IPad (7 generation) and Mac Catalina that is all I have now.  None another they must be fraud ..   thandjs 

Why can't i rotate the view of a page?I have PDFs that open full screen but the page is sideways and when i turn my phone to view it landscape it stays at 90 degrees again. I want to have page view / rotation control just like the PC version. 

Adobe acrobat reader has been taking too much space on my ipad. Is it possible to unsync my files in document clouds and reload it back whenever i need it?

So i'm a paid book blogger and adobe is what i typically use when reading the books I have for review. Lately though anytime i time to upload a document it keeps saying that the file is corrupt and won't open. At first i thought it was the book files but after others had no issue with opening and reading it on the review sites end - I feel like there's something going on. I have already deleted and redownloaded the app but still doesn't help.    [Title renamed by the moderator]

Hi, How do I go about syncing the Adobe Acrobat DC files I have saved and can access on my laptop to the Adobe app on my iPhone, so I can read the same docs on my phone? Best wishes, Steve

My iPhone & iPad devices though fully update (App & iOS) just does not let me access onedrive files? How do I add onedrive location back on my acrobat app on the 2 devices pls

For our business, we use Dropbox and Acrobat Reader. We open and fill out documents stored in Dropbox in Acrobat Reader. We then export the file back using the "copy to Dropbox" function. Up until recently this function worked. I am thinking there was an update to the app removing this feature. We use the app on our iPads or iPhones. I have spoken to Dropbox and they said everything is linked on their end. Apple said it has nothing to do with them. I tried calling Acrobat support and could not get to anyone who could help through the automated system. I started a chat with a rep who informed me they only know how to troubleshoot desktop apps then he ended the chat. How do I get this feature back?   Help?!

Trying to download my resume so I can get my information out there

Im having an issue with finiding a word in some pdf files using my ipad air2 adobe acrobat, which can be searchabe using a laptop or PC. its making me sick to do that...its says searching when i input a word in search box but never finds.. this is happning only with some pdf files, not all.please help me. thanks.

I'm paying monthly for my subscription. However, I can't use any of the features on any of my documents. It keep prompting me to a free trial to something I already have and I'm already paying for.

Hello. the subscription renewal happened by accident, which I didn't want. I canceled the subscription, I would like to get the money back

I downloaded the free 7-Day trial of adobe and I knew that I would be charged after the seventh day. So for several days leading up to that day that I knew I would be charged, I went and logged in and tried to cancel my account. I seriously tried several times per day every day basically from the day that I started the free trial and I couldn't unsubscribe. Every time that I went to cancel my subscription it said I didn't have an account or something like that but bottom line is it would not let me cancel my subscription so finally I get charged on the day that my free trial ended and coincidentally, I was able to cancel my subscription. I have called several numbers and nobody will help me get a refund for this when this was not my fault and I did not want this application. I did not like it after trying it for the free trial period. I don't know what to do now to get my refund. This isn't right? Google play won't let you talk to an a person. They refer you to the developer who refers
