Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, I upgraded to pro version so that I could add hyperlinks to uploaded PDFs taken with adobe scan. So first I scan the doc and it saves as a PDF.then when I double click to edit the PDF, the only option I have is to delete it.I have a textbook with references to lots of different pages and its driving me crazy flipping pages back and forth. I wanted to capture the page, save as PDF, and create hyperlink within the page to an image of the other page/chart required. sometimes there are 4 different pages I need to go to from each page and the manual is 210 pages long. please tell me there's a way! Happy to buy any packages I need for this as I have 20 plus manuals and counting,!  Forever hopeful..

Hi,I am currently having problems with a certain document that I was supposed to fill and sign, but some fields appear hidden unless I click them. Those hidden fields were already filled in using my Microsoft Surface, but when I switched to using the Adobe Reader DC App (the latest version) for my iPad Pro (the latest model) those fields that were filled in on my Microsoft Surface appear hidden unless I click them. 

My pdf has password I can't open it 

Hi, im wondering if someone can help me? i downloaded and set up a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium in order to edit a PDF document I have but I can't see anywhere on the app that allows me to edit the document once I open it. Can someone help me at all? I've tried all of the icons shown below but can't see how to edit  

I have a particular file in Document Cloud (it originated from my tablet device) whose text is unable to be highlighted from both my phone and tablet (both Android). On long press, I am only able to select from: Note, Text, Freehand, and Signature. It's a peculiar problem for the following reasons:I am able to highlight in another 3rd party app and on the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.Links work on mobile. Normally, this issue exists if the PDF is a set of scanned images, but the above prove that it is not. Ideas?

I have a premium subscription and using my IPad. I am attempting to fill out some PDF forms. The info i type will not stay in the place i type it. As i move down to more pages and blanks to fill out some of my info moves down as well. When I move up to review my answers information is missing.Not sure if i need to "save" of check some boxes to keep this form happening? BTW, I saved this form as a PDF from an email.  Thanks for your help.

How do you print multiple pages on 1 sheet using the adobe app on an ipad. I know it can be done using a computer but an unsure how to do this on an ipad

How can l upload a story and view two pages side by side on my screen. I woukd like to share my screen but have two pages visible on my screen. This could be done before by going to view > page display > 2 page view.  It no longer gives me that option. Only single or continous viewing modes in Adobe Reader Touch.

I am new to this and I can see how to add my signature to documents but how do I add a signature line for someone else and send it to them?

I am being charged for premium service but cannot access it. How do I resolve this? I use Adobe on my iPad and iPhone. Apple shows the subscription to Adobe Premium @ $9.99 per month but when I got to the Adobe app, I cannot access the premium features. It shows me as a free user and offers me a chance to subscribe. I'm already being charged for it.

Why can't I click on an adobe acrobat file and open it on Facebook?

How to cancel subscription 

Dear Support Team,  my organization got me Adobre Reader Paid subscription. Since it works on my PC just by login to my ADOBE ID account I'm not able to use premium features on my iPad. When I choose my plan my subsription is not there (it says that I can start free trail, and pressing that do nothing since my company does not allow to buy stuff on applestore). How can I use my Premium account on iPad?

Hey fellow creatives,  Whenever I open the app I get mystery boxes in place of any of the information (see image attached). I can open PDF's fine but I can't see any button information. Is there any way I can fix this? I've tried restarting my machine and  unistalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't worked. ThanksDB

I wasn't able to cancel my subscription on time two days ago. I reached out to Google for refund but they told me that the payment was already transferred to Adobe and they should be the one to assist me regarding my refund request. They also gave me a transaction ID to track my payment. I sent an email to acrobat-android-support but I heard nothing from them yet so, I tried to talk to live chat about it. Then I was told that Google was the one that should cancel and refund my subscription. I talked to Google again and they insist that it's the developer's job to handle refunds. What should I do? I want my money back.

I am trying to create a pdf to submit my timecard I have done this one hundred times, I am subscribed and payed up on my monthly subscription. It keeps taking me to the  subscribe page. When I hit subscribe, it says "already subscribed" 

How can I share a fill-in file but others cannot edit the information you filled in? I was able to share a file after I add information but share it in a way others could not change the information on older apps.

Hello, I need help. I created a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and sent it to some people to fill it out and send it to me via WhatsApp. For this I created a link for sending via email and at the time the staff chooses to send me via WhatsApp and send me a completed form. The problem is that all the files I receive come with the same name and when saved on the android phone, it overlaps the other. How do I, so that when I receive the file on my cell phone, I have the option of "Save as"? So I already rename the files when I receive them. Kind regards, Berg
