Hi,I am using Adobe acrobat from my android phone.whenever I want to upload any pdf from my mobile storage to any blog content it show there is no any data.how do I fix it.

How to cancel subscription 

Dear Support Team,  my organization got me Adobre Reader Paid subscription. Since it works on my PC just by login to my ADOBE ID account I'm not able to use premium features on my iPad. When I choose my plan my subsription is not there (it says that I can start free trail, and pressing that do nothing since my company does not allow to buy stuff on applestore). How can I use my Premium account on iPad?

Hey fellow creatives,  Whenever I open the app I get mystery boxes in place of any of the information (see image attached). I can open PDF's fine but I can't see any button information. Is there any way I can fix this? I've tried restarting my machine and  unistalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't worked. ThanksDB

I wasn't able to cancel my subscription on time two days ago. I reached out to Google for refund but they told me that the payment was already transferred to Adobe and they should be the one to assist me regarding my refund request. They also gave me a transaction ID to track my payment. I sent an email to acrobat-android-support but I heard nothing from them yet so, I tried to talk to live chat about it. Then I was told that Google was the one that should cancel and refund my subscription. I talked to Google again and they insist that it's the developer's job to handle refunds. What should I do? I want my money back.

I am trying to create a pdf to submit my timecard I have done this one hundred times, I am subscribed and payed up on my monthly subscription. It keeps taking me to the  subscribe page. When I hit subscribe, it says "already subscribed" 

How can I share a fill-in file but others cannot edit the information you filled in? I was able to share a file after I add information but share it in a way others could not change the information on older apps.

Hello, I need help. I created a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and sent it to some people to fill it out and send it to me via WhatsApp. For this I created a link for sending via email and at the time the staff chooses to send me via WhatsApp and send me a completed form. The problem is that all the files I receive come with the same name and when saved on the android phone, it overlaps the other. How do I, so that when I receive the file on my cell phone, I have the option of "Save as"? So I already rename the files when I receive them. Kind regards, Berg 

Hi, On my iPad all pdf files are shown in only black and white colours and inverted . What to do?

My documents have stopped saving to document cloud. I get a red error message every time I attempt saving. Any advice? I have used Adobe for years and have never encountered this problem.

My card has already been charged but it won't let me edit the pdfs and the account still shows it's a free account even though it shows up on my Apple Subscriptions. Can someone please help, if this doesn't work i'd like to get a refund.

After the update on Acrobate Reader Mobile all files crash after opening. They can well be opened in iBooks for instance. Exactly all files are crashing. Tried everything.

i have some PDFs in my outlook inbox. i can open them in the email but when I click the share button to open in Adobe, Adobe doesn't come up?ibooks doesn't come up either. How do I get it so I can choose Adobe to open the PDFs in so I can edit them?thanks.

I have various people who use my email account to sign up for accounts on things. Apparently, someone did this with adobe, and now my profile information has her last name instead of mine (she has my same first name). Fortunately, the code goes to my phone and I have the password, so I believe my information is secure. How do I change my profile information and replace her name with mine, as this is my account since it’s attached to my email address? Thanks for your help.

Hello all,  I've created a button that will spawn hidden templates within my fillable form. The code checks out and it works flawlessly on my PC. However, the majority of clients that will be filling this form out will be using an iPad/tablet. I've installed Adobe Acrobat Reader onto both devices and the button doesn't work on either.  Why doesn't this work? Can the mobile version just not read spawning from templates?? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I am trying to export a pdf to a power point but it keeps loading and loading it doesn't convert.

Does anyone know how to set the order of pages when using acrobat on a iPhone I have combined several pdf files which worked great but I am unable to get them in the order in which I need any suggestions ?
